Abstract

ABSTRACT Fruit Marketing Strategy at UD. Wika Mitra Kerobokan Village, Kuta Utara This research is purpose to identify and to know internal environment (strengths and weaknesses) and external environment (opportunities and threats), business position, and marketing strategy as good enough to applied by UD.Wika Mitra based on currently position. The method of analysis used in this research is corporate environment which consists of IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) matrix , EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrix, and BCG (Boston Consulting Group) matrix. IFE matrix analysis with total score 2,50 and EFE matrix analysis with total score 3,020. BCG matrix analysis through the analysis of market growth rate and relative market share, known that in 2012 UD. Wika Mitra has market growth rate at 6,50% and the value of the relative market share at 1,18. Position UD. Wika Mitra is on the cell Cash Cow. This means the company has a small business opportunity because they are on the market that is not growing but it has a market share than main competitors UD. Setiawan. Based on the company's position, it can produce an alternative strategy that should be applied to the company, is a product development strategy and concentric diversification strategy. Abstract

ABSTRACT Analysis of The Factor Affecting Rice Production in The Central Region and The Downstream Flow of The ayung River (Case Study in Subak Mambal, Badung Regency and Subak Pagutan, City of Denpasar). Subak Mambal and Subak Pagutan are using the river Ayung as irrigated rice fields. Subak Mambal in Badung Regency is located at middlestream and Subak Pagutan in Denpasar city is located at downstream of Ayung river . The Purpose of this study are to determine of the factors that influence the rice production at both of  Subak, knowing  the different of rice production at both of Subak , and determine of irrigation constraints for paddy rice at both of Subak. This research was done by interview 50 respondents in the two Subak. Based on analysis of linear regression showed three variables which are influence on rice production, employee, fertilizer and water, while the other variables are not affected. Analysisi of difference of production between in two subak, showed there is significant different between rice productioan at Subak Mambal and Subak Pagutan, where rice production at Subak Mambal higher than Subak Pagutan. The contraints of water irrigation at Subak Mambal is clogged of irrigation canals due to the garbage, and for Subak Pagutan are: (1) the damage of system irrigation, (2) pest crab, (3) garbage, (4) silting of rivers. ABSTRACT Role of LPD Sesetan for Villagers Sesetan The purpose of this study is determine the role of LPD Sesetan seen from fund raising activities of society (savings, deposits and loans) and the efforts made by the LPD Sesetan that people feel the presence of LPD is important seen from LPD counseling to the community. The study location was chosen with consideration LPD Sesetan was formed with the aim of encourage the economic development of rural communities (eradicate bonded labor among farmers) through savings and capital distribution of effective and LPD Sesetan have a complete accounting. The development of unit operations is also quite good even increased every years and members continues to increase every years. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Value Chain Of Granola Potatoes In The Candikuning Village, Sub-District Of Baturiti, Tabanan Regency The value chain of commodity of potetoes is all activities done to its distribution to the end consumers. The mean problems faced by the majority of horticultue farmers or long marketing distribution chain, obstacles in the supply of seeds, in ability to meet the consumer’s demands, the weakness of infrastructur, in adequate facilities, the unpredictable weather conditions, the perishable goods, and the price fluctuation. The objective of the study is to find out the value chain of commodity of potatoes in the Village of Candikuning, the Sub-district of Baturiti, Tabanan Regency. The production system that is carried out by the potato’s farmers starting from soil preparation to post harvest. The research findings show that there are four types of different marketing channels. The marketing margins for each type of marketing channels were also different. The first marketing channel margin was IDR 7.750 which was the biggest margin because of its lomger channel of distribution, while the smallest margin was for the fourth channel because of the shortest channel of distribution namely IDR.4.000. farmers are expected to make a stronger cooperation with the marketing institutions in order to get more information on price of product and to make a better coordination of product distribution to avoid price monopoly in the marketing channels of potatoes. Abstract

ABSTRACT Factors Affecting Consumer Satisfaction Of Organic Red Rice in Denpasar This study aims to find the factors that affect customer satisfaction with organic brown rice in Denpasar and know the level of customer satisfaction with organic brown rice consumed in Denpasar. The research was conducted in Denpasar which took place in two places, gods Tiara Supermarkets and health food stores "Satvika Boga" determined by purposive sampling.The results of this study indicate that the factors that affect customer satisfaction with organic brown rice that is based on the results of a factor analysis of the packaging, taste factors, aroma factors, factors benefits, the availability of, and factors motivating factor perception. The level of customer satisfaction with organic brown rice in the city of Denpasar is, of the 45 respondents, 19 (42.22%) were very satisfied, 15 people (33.33%) were satisfied and 11 (24.45%) were not satisfied . Abstract

ABSTRACT Break Even and Marketing Mix of Rosella Flowers at UD Bali Gendis in The Village Dawan Kelod, District of Dawan, Sub District of Klungkung The research was conducted from early November 2012 until the end of January 2013 with the aim to determine the break-even of business gained and marketing mix applied by UD Bali Gendis. The analysis applied is the analysis of Break Even Point (BEP) to determine how much break even earned, both in the form of rupiah breakeven, breakeven point in units and breakeven point based on the corresponding gains desired by companies. The other analysis is the marketing mix applied to the analysis of the 4P (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion). UD Bali Gendis has production beyond breakeven point obtained in which in the form of rupiah at Rp 20,313,277.73 and produced Rosella flower tea production above the breakeven point unit is equal to 1354.21 units with a unit selling price of Rp 15.000 per box. From the analysis of the marketing mix it was found that the products produced by UD. Bali Gendis including consumable products. Pricing method used is the method of cost plus pricing and distribution channel marketing using direct and indirect distribution. Abstract

ABSTRACT Marketing Mix of Organic Fertilizer in a Stock Farmer Group of Nandini Asri at Kelating Village, Sub-district of Kerambitan Tabanan Marketing is a most important thing to be carried out by a company in its effort to create the market in order to get an opportunity to obtain the optimal profit and maintain the survival of the business. Any business in any field needs a support of marketing concept in the form of marketing mix covering product, price, promotion and place. In order to get the marketing objective, then those four elements should support each other. The aim of this research is to find out the marketing mix of organic fertilizer carried out by Stock Farmer Group of Nandini Asri in Tabanan and the constraints they are facing in applying the marketing mix. Marketing mix carried out by Stock Farmer Group of Nandini Asri is to produce three type of products which are planting media, decomposer (JMG) and organic fertilizer, to determine the selling price using cost pricing method, and to conduct the promotion using personal selling method, whereas for distribution channel used there are two channels. The main constraint faced in marketing mix is in the process of producing bio organic fertilizer and planting media in the rainy season which have a little obstacle in the drying process. Marketing mix which being carried out is preferable that stock farmer group to utilize more of existing technology. Key words: marketing, marketing mix, distribution channel, organic fertilizer.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Analysis of Employee Satisfaction on UD. Padma Sari The objective to be attained from this research is to find out the level of work satisfaction of employees of UD. Padma Sari working for more than three years and less than three years. The determination of the location is conducted by using purposive method, namely, a method which is intentionally conducted based on several considerations. The data analisis method applied is descriptive analysis method by using questionnaires measured with Likert Scale. Based on the result of research, it can be concluded that satisfaction level of employees working for UD. Padma Sari is included in the category of Satisfied Enough for employees working for less than three years and more than three years, with achievement score of 64.35% for employees  working for more than three years and employees working for less than three years obtain the achievement score of 62.63%.
