Abstract

AbstrakUpaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan dengan pendekatan MBS di SMK mutlak diperlukan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya mutu pendidikan, terutama di SMK. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) pengaruh skill manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap implementasi MBS di SMK Negeri Kabupaten Kendal (2) pengaruh budaya organisasi sekolah terhadap implementasi MBS di SMK Negeri Kabupaten Kendal dan (3) adakah pengaruh skill manajerial kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap implementasi MBS di SMK Negeri Kabupaten Kendal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei. Populasi yang digunakan adalah guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Kendal yang berstatus CPNS/PNS sebanyak 226 orang. Dengan menggunakan tabel Krejcie diperoleh sampel sebanyak 144 orang. Alat analisis menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi.Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, menunjukkan skill manajerial kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan program MBS. Budaya organisasi sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap implementasi MBS. Secara simultan variabel kinerja manajerial kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan program MBS. AbstractEducation quality improvement SBM is needed. The problem appears is the low quality of education and management implemented by headmaster. This study is concerned with 1) whether there is effect of headmaster’s managerial skill towards the implementation of SBM, 2) whether there is effect of School Organizational Culture towards the implementation of SBM and 3) Whether there is effect of both headmaster’s managerial skill and School Organizational Culture towards the implementation of SBM in Kendal Vocational Schools. This study is survey based research. The population of this study is Kendal Vocational teachers, there are about 226 persons. By using table of Krejcie, there are 144 persons. The means of analysis is using validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, regression test, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient. The result shows that the headmaster’s managerial skills has positive effect towards the success of SBM program. The school organizational culture has positive effect towards the implementation of SBM. Simultaneously, the variable of headmaster’s managerial work and school organizational culture gives positive effect towards the success of SBM program.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis proses Rekrutmen dan Pelatihan Guru SD Al-Irsyad Cilacap. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif, data diperoleh dari wawancara, obsevasi dan dokumen. Keabsahan datanya berupa derajat kepercayaan dengan teknik triangulasi. Analisis datanya meliputi: pengumpulan data; reduksi data; penyajian data; dan simpulan atau verifikasi data.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Proses Rekrutmen yang terdiri dari : (a) Penentuan Kebutuhan diusulkan oleh unit sekolah. (b) Persiapan yakni pembentukan tim rekrutmen (c) Penyebaran informasi rekrutmen (d) Penerimaan surat lamaran, (e) Proses penyeleksian pelamar (2) Proses Pelatihan yang meliputi : (a) Penentuan kebutuhan pelatihan (b) penentuan sasaran pelatihan yaitu didasarkan pada kompetensi guru (c) pelaksanaan pelatihan yaitu sesuai rencana program (d) evaluasi kegiatan yaitu dilakukan oleh penanggung jawab, tutor dan peserta. (e) Dampak positif baik bagi guru yaitu kemampuan guru dalam pembelajaran menjadi inovatif, motivasi siswa tinggi dan kualitas sekolah baik. AbstractThe ability to increase the quality of teachers can be pursued through the recruitment and ongoing training of teachers. This study were: (1) to describe and analyze the process of recruitment and training of Primary School Teachers Al-Ershad Cilacap. This study used a qualitative research design, data obtained from interviews, observation and documents. Validity using the technique of triangulation. Analysis include: (1) collection, (2) data reduction, (3) the presentation of data, and (4) conclusions The results show that (1) recruitment process consisting of: (a) Dissemination the employee needs. (b) Preparation of the formation of a team of recruitment (c) Dissemination of information. (d) Acceptance letter of application, (e) the employee selection (2) The training process includes: (a) Determination of need training (b) Targeting of the training based on teacher competence, (c) the implementation of appropriate training programs, (d) evaluation of the activities carried out by those responsible, tutors and participants. Training conducted for teachers positively impact both the ability of teachers, student and good qualityschools.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan perencanaan dan pengembangan sumber daya guru kelas akselerasi. Fokus penelitiannya: identifikasi kebutuhan, identifikasi masalah, perencanaan program pengembangan, dan evaluasi program pengembangan sumber daya guru kelas Akselerasi di SMP Negeri 3 Pati. Metode penelitiannya kualitatif, Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data: data primer dan sekunder. Keabsahan data memakai teknik triangulasi. Analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitiannya: 1) identifikasi kebutuhan sumber daya guru untuk kelas Akselerasi yaitu: karakter dan masalah kompetensi guru kelas Akselerasi, identifikasi kebutuhan oleh kepala sekolah dibantu manajer kelas Akselerasi melalui supervisi akademik dan evaluasi hasil pembelajaran; dan identifikasi kebutuhan guru Akselerasi dengan membentuk tim manajemen, penentuan kebutuhan pengembangan kemampuan guru, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan evaluasi. (2) Perencanaan program pengembangan guru dengan pendekatan Human Asset Value pada pengalaman, profil, kualifikasi, keahlian, potensi, dan kuantifikasi. Pengembangan kompetensi melalui: kegiatan pengembangan keterampilan mengajar (perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian); dan kegiatan pendampingan; (3) Kegiatan evaluasi dengan: supervisi; penilaian kinerja; dan reward.Disarankan kepala sekolah dan guru berkomunikasi dan kerjasama dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan kompetensinya melalui training, diklat, workshop, seminar, dan pendidikan lanjut. Guru dapat melaksanakan tugas dengan dedikasi tinggi. AbstractThis study aimed to describe the planning and development of classroom teacher’s acceleration. The study focus on: identifying needs, identifying problems, planning the development program, and evaluation of teacher’s acceleration resource development programs at SMP Negeri 3 Pati. The method is qualitative, collected data using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Data sources: primary and secondary data. The validity used triangulation technique. Data analysis used data reduction, presentation, and conclusion.The research results: Identification the teacher’s resource needs (a) character and teachers’ competence issues, (b) identification the needs by principal assisted by the manager through academic supervision and learning outcomes’ evaluation , (c) identification the teacher’s needs by forming management team, determining the development teachers’ competence needs, training, and evaluation. The planning of teacher development program used Human Asset Value approach on experience, profiles and qualifications, skills, potency, and quantification. Competence development done by: teaching skill development (planning, implementation, assessment), and mentoring activities. Evaluation through: supervision; performance appraisal, and reward. Based on the study, suggested: Principals and teachers communicate and cooperate in improving the educational quality and competence through training, educational training, workshops, seminars, and advanced education. Teachers do the tasks with high dedication.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam: merencanakan program; melaksanakan program; pengawasan dan evaluasi program; dan mengatasi hambatan pelaksanaan program. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, setting penelitian di SD Negeri 1 Langenharjo Kendal. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif melalui langkah kegiatan: reduksi; penyajian data; penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : perencanaan kepala sekolah antara lain menyusun program tahunan sekolah; pelaksanaan program sekolah dan program pembelajaran, dilakukan secara rutin terjadwal; pengawasan dan evaluasi dilakukan secara rutin dan terjadwal. untuk memperoleh masukan tentang target dan kemajuan sekolah, melibatkan komponen dan stakeholder sekolah. AbstractThe objectives are describing and analyzing of the principal leadership on Mapping out program; Implementation of program; Supervising and evaluating program; Coping with some obstacles in implementation of program. The researcher formulated four of reseach questions as follow, How is the principal leadership in planning program; applying his program; supervising and evaluating his program; coping with some obstracles in applying his program?. The research design is applying qualitative approach, the setting of place at Langunharjo’s State Elementary School 1 in Kendal regency. Data colection are taken from observations, interviews and documentations, the data were analyzed into: reduction; data presentation; conclusion and verification. The result of the reasech shows that the planning that was conducted by principal some of them are making upon annual program; the implementation of program on teaching and learning program was conducted in line with school’s agenda; supervising and evaluating are regularly done based on the agenda.

Abstract

AbstrakKomite sekolah mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam memberikan konstribusi untuk menigkatkan mutu pendidikan. Sekolah yang mampu memberdayakan komite sekolah dengan baik akan menghasilkan capaian mutu pendidikan yang baik. SMP Negeri 2 Jepara adalah sekolah yang mampu mengelola mutu pendidikan dengan baik yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya hasil Ujian Nasional (UN) dari tahun ke tahun, juga keikutsertaanya dalam lomba-lomba baik akademik maupun non akademik yang hasilnya cukup menggembirakan. Disamping itu mutu sarana pendidikan yang juga semakin representatif. Itu semua karena usaha keras seluruh stakeholders yang ada, termasuk peran serta komite sekolah untuk mewujudkan sekolah yang bermutu. Artikel ini mengupas tentang peran serta komite SMP Negeri 2 Jeparara dalam : (1) memberi pertimbangan (advisory agency) penentuan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan, (2) mendukung layanan pendidikan (supporting agency), , (3) mengontrol (controlling agency) transparansi dan akuntabilitas penyelenggaraan dan keluaran pendidikan, dan (4) memediatori hubungan antara pemerintah (eksekutif) dengan masyarakat. AbstractThe school committee has a very important role in contributing to improve the quality of education. Schools which are able to empower the school committee will produce a good quality of education achievement.SMP Negeri 2 Jepara is a school which is able to manage the quality of education well marked with increasing results of National Examination (UN) from year to year, and also in participating in the competitions both in academic and non academic and the results are quite encouraging. Besides, the quality of education facilities are also more representative. It is all due to the efforts of all stakeholders, including the role of the school committee to create a quality school.This article explores the role of the committee of SMP Negeri 2 Jeparara in: (1) giving consideration (advisory agency) the determination and implementation of education policies, (2) supporting educational services (supporting agency), (3) controlling (controlling agency) and the transparency and accountability of educational proccess and output, and (4) mediatoring relationship between the government (executive) and the community in SMP Negeri 2 Jepara.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara mendalam perencanaan Program Budaya Sekolah; pelaksanaan Rencana Kerja Budaya Sekolah; pengawasan Budaya Sekolah, yang berfokus pada Manajemen Budaya Sekolah Peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kaulitatif. Untuk memperoleh hasil yang maksimal, peneliti menggunakan sample purposive dan menggunakan tehnik penelitian sampel bola salju atau snowball sample. Dari hasil penelitan yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (a) SMP Negeri 1 Kajen Kabupaten Pekalongan telah memiliki prosedur yang baku dalam pengelolaan budaya sekolah, (b) dalam setiap penyusunan rencana program budaya sekolah, selalu melibatkan seluruh warga sekolah, termasuk siswa; (c) sebelum pelaksanaan program dijalankan, pihak pengelola budaya sekolah memberikan sosialisasi yang cukup kepada seluruh siswa; dan (d) dalam pengawasan budaya sekolah, dijalankan secara berlapis dari guru, wakil kepala sekolah, kepala sekolah, komite sekolah, dan pengawas sekolah. AbstractThis study was conducted because of SMP Negeri 1 Kajen Pekalongan has established standard procedures and the management of the school culture. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengorganisasian layanan pendidikan boarding school. Fokus penelitian meliputi penetapan pekerjaan, pembagian pekerjaan, pengintegrasian pekerjaan, koordinasi, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Metode penelitiannya kualitatif naturalistik dengan rancangan studi kasus. Untuk menggali data peneliti banyak menggunakan wawancara dengan kepala madrasah, ketua yayasan, wakil kepala madrasah, dan ketua asrama, serta melalui observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Keabsahan data diperoleh dengan perpanjangan pengamatan dan triangulasi, data-data dianalisis melalui beberapa tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: pertama, penetapan pekerjaan terintegrasi di madrasah dan asrama dengan mengacu pada peraturan dan kekhasan pondok pesantren. Kedua, job discription didasarkan atas kompetensi, komitmen, loyalitas dan pemahaman terhadap budaya pondok pesantren. Ketiga, pendelegasian wewenang sebagaimana tupoksinya, guru madrasah mempertanggungjawabkan dan melaporkan tugasnya kepada kepala madrasah, sedangkan pengurus asrama kepada kyai. Keempat, Pengambilan keputusan di madrasah maupun di asrama dilakukan sesuai kewenangan melalui musyawarah. Kelima, koordinasi, monitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan melalui rapat rutin dan setiap saat secara insidental. Disarankan pada level asrama dan pengurus yayasan adanya deskripsi rincian tugas yang jelas, pembagian tugas atas dasar profesionalitas, dan kepada pihak pengelola perlu mengembangkan penyusunan instrument sebagai pedoman untuk kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi. AbstractThis study aimed to describe the organization of educational services boarding school. The focus of the study includes the determination of employment, job sharing, job integration, coordination, and monitoring and evaluation. Naturalistic qualitative research methods to case study design. For many researchers collect data using interviews with heads of madrassas, the foundation chairman, deputy head of the madrasa, and chairman of the board and through the observation and study documentation. The validity of the data obtained by the extension of the observation and triangulation, data were analyzed through several stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the survey results revealed that: first, the establishment of an integrated work at the school and dorms with reference to the rules and peculiarities of the boarding school. Second, the job description is based on competence, commitment, loyalty and understanding of the culture of the boarding school. Third, the delegation of authority as tupoksinya, madrassa teachers accountable and report to the head of the Islamic duties, while the dormitory administrators to clerics. Fourth, decision-making at the school and in the boarding done according to the authority through deliberation. Fifth, coordination, monitoring and evaluation through regular meetings and every time incidentally.Suggested level boarding and board of trustees the details clear job descriptions, job on the basis of professionalism, and to the manager needs to develop guidelines for the preparation of the instrument as a monitoring and evaluation activities.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis kurikulum pembelajaran tematik dengan metode spider web yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Alam Ungaran/SAUNG, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengevaluasian kurikulum pembelajaran tematik dengan metode spider web. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan: wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah, guru, komite, dan orang tua siswa. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik: triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan prosedur: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan kurikulum di SAUNG dikelola sesuai dengan fungsi-fungsi pengelolaan, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengevaluasian. Aspek-aspek perencanaan kurikulum meliputi pelaksanaan identifikasi kebutuhan kurikulum, perumusan kurikulum dan penetapan kurikulum. AbstractThe purpose of this research are to determine and analyze thematic curriculum of learning by spider web method implemented in the Sekolah Alam Ungaran/SAUNG covering planning, implementing, and evaluating thematic curriculum of learning by spider web method. This method of this reaserch is qualitative by case study approach. Data collection techniques were used: interviews, observation, and study the document to the principal, teachers, committees, and parents. Test the validity of the data are using: triangulation of sources and triangulation of methods. While the analysis of the data using the procedure: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification.

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) pengaruh skill manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap implementasi MBS di SMK Negeri Kabupaten Kendal (2) pengaruh budaya organisasi sekolah terhadap implementasi MBS di SMK Negeri Kabupaten Kendal dan (3) adakah pengaruh skill manajerial kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap implementasi MBS di SMK Negeri Kabupaten Kendal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei. Populasi yang digunakan adalah guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Kendal yang berstatus CPNS/PNS sebanyak 226 orang. Dengan menggunakan tabel Krejcie diperoleh sampel sebanyak 144 orang. Alat analisis menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi.Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, menunjukkan skill manajerial kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan program MBS. Budaya organisasi sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap implementasi MBS. Secara simultan variabel kinerja manajerial kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan program MBS. AbstractEducation quality improvement SBM is needed. The problem appears is the low quality of education and management implemented by headmaster. This study is concerned with 1) whether there is effect of headmaster’s managerial skill towards the implementation of SBM, 2) whether there is effect of School Organizational Culture towards the implementation of SBM and 3) Whether there is effect of both headmaster’s managerial skill and School Organizational Culture towards the implementation of SBM in Kendal Vocational Schools. This study is survey based research. The population of this study is Kendal Vocational teachers, there are about 226 persons. By using table of Krejcie, there are 144 persons. The means of analysis is using validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, regression test, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient. The result shows that the headmaster’s managerial skills has positive effect towards the success of SBM program. The school organizational culture has positive effect towards the implementation of SBM. Simultaneously, the variable of headmaster’s managerial work and school organizational culture gives positive effect towards the success of SBM program.
