Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kematangan emosi dengan motivasi siswa mengikuti layanan konseling individual. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh  siswa kelas XI SMA N 1 Subah berjumlah 272 siswa dan sampel yang berjumlah 156 siswa yang diambil menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi. Validitas instrumen menggunakan rumus product moment dan perhitungan reliabilitasnya menggunakan rumus Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif persentase dan uji analisis korelasi Product Moment. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Ho penelitian ditolak dan Ha penelitian diterima. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kematangan emosi dengan motivasi siswa mengikuti layanan konseling individual. The purpose of this study is to find out the correlation between emotional maturity and student’s motivation to follow individual counseling services. Population of this study is all of XI grade students of SMA N 1 Subah which consist of 272 students and the samples were 156 students. Subject were selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. A data collection method was using psychological scale. Test of validity of the instrument was using the formula of product moment and reliability was tested using the Alpha formula. Data analysis were using descriptive percentage analysis and Product Moment correlation. The result shows that Ho in this study is rejected and Ha is accepted. Conclusion of this study is there is a significant correlation between emotional maturity and student’s motivation to follow individual counseling services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat studi lanjut ke SMK pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Salem Kabupaten Brebes. Subjek penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling adalah kelas VIII B berjumlah 35 orang siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan skala psikologis dan observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif deskriptif dan deskriptif persentase. Disimpulkan bahwa minat studi lanjut ke SMK setelah diberikan tindakan sebanyak dua siklus mengalami peningkatan dengan kategori tinggi. Dengan demikian minat studi lanjut ke SMK dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan informasi karier. This research aims to increase interest in the study up to SMK in the students of class VIII B SMP Negeri 2 Salem, Brebes. The subject of guidance and counseling action research is students of class VIII B totaling 35 people. Methods of data collection using psychological scales   and   observation. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative analysis and descriptive   percentages.  From this research was concluded that further studies interest to SMK as given by two cycles of action has increased with the high category. It’s mean that further studies interests to SMK can be enhanced through career information service.

Abstract

This study was conducted based on the phenomenon that occurs in class IX students of SMP N 1 Wanasari Brebes which led to a low negative behavioral symptoms associated with the understanding of self-control. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of group guidance services to increase students understanding of self-control. This type of research is experimental research. Experimental research is research used to search for a specific treatment effect. This study was conducted with eight times the provision of treatment on IXA grade students of SMP N 1 Wanasari Brebes, with research subjects 10 students. Data collection method used is the scale of self-control. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis of the percentage and the Wilcoxon test. The results showed an effective learning behaviors of students categorized as moderate (55%). After being given a treatment through group guidance increased understanding of self-control students in the high category (81%). It shows that the effect of group guidance services to increase students understanding of self-control.

Abstract

Kompetensi professional konselor merupakan aspek penting yang harus dimiliki oleh konselor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman konselor tentang kompetensi professional dalam pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Pemalangtahun 2014/2015. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah guru bimbingan dan konseling pada SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Pemalang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dengan alat berupa angket kompetensi profesional konselor. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif prosentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman konselor di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Pemalang tahun 2014/2015 secara umum berada dalam kategori tinggi (71%), secara keseluruhan konselor di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten pemalang telah paham tentang kompetensi professional konselor pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling.Professional competence counselor is an important aspect that should be owned by counselor, This study aims to determine the level of understanding about the competence of professional counselors in guidance and counseling services in SMA se-Pemalang year 2014/2015. Population of this research is the guidance and counseling teacher at SMA se-Pemalang. Data collection methods used in this study was a questionnaire with professional competence questionnaire tool counselor. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis techniques percentage. The results showed that the level of understanding about counselors in SMA se-Pemalang year 2014/2015 in general are in a high category (71%), overall counselor in SMA throughout the District have understood pemalang on professional competence counselor guidance and counseling services.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu  untuk mendapatkan informasi implementasi layanan konseling kelompok di SMPN se-Kabupaten Pati. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN se-Kabupaten Pati dengan jumlah subyek 40 konselor. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil analisis deskriptif presentase diperoleh data implementasi layanan konseling kelompok di SMPN se-Kabupaten Pati termasuk dalam kategori baik (73.3%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa konselor di SMPN se-Kabupaten Pati sudah mengimplementasikan layanan konseling kelompok dengan kriteria baik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa konselor SMPN se-Kabupaten Pati berkompeten dalam memberikan layanan konseling kelompok yang optimal dan berkualitas. The purpose of this research is to obtain information on group counseling services implementations at Junior High School in Pati. Type of this research is descriptive research. This research was carried out at Junior High School in Pati with number of subjects 40 counselors. Data collection used in this research is questionaire. Data analysis was using a descriptive percentage. Results of this research show that implementation of counseling technique accross Pati is in upright category (73,3%). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the counselor at Junior High School in Pati already implementing group counseling with good criteria.This suggests that the counselor at Junior High School in Pati competent in providing optimal group counseling services and qualified.

Abstract

This research was based on preliminary datas of the interview against the teacher of Junior High School Tegal which shows that the implementation of the individualcounseling services has not to be implemented optimallyyet. The purpose of this research is to predict whether or not there are: (1) influence of internal factors against implementation of individual counseling service, (2)influence of external factors against implementation of individual counseling service, (3) the influence of internal and external factors against implementation of individual counseling services. The population of this research is the entire guidance and counseling teacher of SMP/MTs in Tegal. The methode of data collection using the technique of test and non-test. Data analysis technique using simple linier regression analysis and multiple regression. The result of the analysis indicate a significant and positive influence, there is strong internal factors against implementation of counseling services, external factors against implementation of counseling services, and internal and external factors together against the implementation of individual counselling service

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan fenomena yang ada di SMP Negeri 13 Semarang  yang menunjukkan adanya siswa yang memiliki kemampuan interaksi sosial yang sangat rendah, rendah, sedang, tinggi dan sangat tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan interaksi sosial siswa melalui bimbingan kelompok teknik permainan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Sampel penelitian adalah 10 orang siswa yang memiliki kemampuan dalam berinteraksi sosial rendah. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologi. Hasil uji wilcoxon diperoleh Thitung = 55,0 dan Ttabel = 8,0 berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan tingkat kemampuan dalam berinteraksi sosial siswa meningkat setelah memperoleh bimbingan kelompok teknik permainan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan interaksi sosial siswa sebelum memperoleh bimbingan kelompok teknik permainan 57.5% dengan kategori sedang dan setelah memperoleh bimbingan kelompok teknik permainan 76.5% dengan kategori tinggi. Perbedaan tingkat kemampuan dalam berinteraksi sosial siswa sebelum dan sesudah bimbingan kelompok teknik permainan sebesar 19%. Selain itu, siswa mengalami perkembangan perilaku yang lebih baik dilihat dari meningkatnya indikator percakapan, saling pengertian, kerjasama, keterbukaan, empati, dukungan, rasa positif, dan kesetaraan.   This study was conducted based on the phenomenon that is in SMP N 13 Semarang  indicating students who have low ability of social interaction. The purpose of this study to determine the efficacy in improving transparency in the ability of social interaction through group guidance with games techniques . This type of research is experimental research. Sample were 10 students who have low ability of social interaction. Methods of data collection using psychological scales. Wilcoxon test results obtained Tcount 55.0 > 8.0 TTable or imply Ha accepted and Ho rejected. These results indicate the level of openness in ability of social interaction increased after the technical games. These results demonstrate openness in ability of social interaction prior to the technical games 57.5% with moderate category and after group guidance with games techniques gaining 76.5% with high category. The differences of ability of social interaction before and after the group guidance with games technique by 19%. In addition, students progressing better behavior seen from the increasing indicators.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to known effort and succesful in contend agresive behaviour of bully by counseling gestalt of empty chair technic. The kinds of this research is action research that have two cycle. Suject of this researchment is two bullies student dan doing agresive behaviour. Method that used in collecting data are interview and observation. Analysis of this researchment data are used analytic and qualitative data. Result of this researchment show changing of agresive behaviour on the bullies student and show decrease of clien agresivity. The conclution of this researchment is agresive behavior of bullies student can prevent used counceling gestalt empty chair technic.

Abstract

Berdasarkan penuturan guru BK di salah satu SMA di kota Cilacap yang pernah menjadi tempat observasi oleh peneliti, ditemukan fenomena terkait dengan layanan konseling individual di sekolah tersebut yang tidak sesuai dengan teori-teori mengenai konseling individual yang ada dalam bimbingan konseling. Contoh yang tidak sesuai dengan teori  ketika proses konseling berakhir guru BK di sekolah tersebut tidak ada upaya tindak lanjut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat proses layanan konseling individual di SMA sekota Cilacap. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konselor yang ada di SMA sekota Cilacap. Teknik sampel untuk konselor yang dipilih praktikan adalah sampling jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Validitas menggunakan rumus Product Moment. Uji reliabitilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan faktor internal penghambat berasal dari konselor dalam kriteria tinggi (71,74%) faktor eksternal penghambat termasuk kriteria tinggi yaitu norma (71,59%), sarpras (71,38%) dan lingkungan fisik (72,39%). Dapat disimpulkan hambatan yang ada dalam proses layanan konseling individual di SMA sekota Cilacap berasal dari faktor internal dan eksternal yang memiliki kriteria yang sama yaitu dalam kategori tinggi.Based the narrative counseling teacher in one high school in Cilacap town that  once a place observation, discovered the phenomenon associated with individual counseling services in the school is not in accordance with the theories about the existing individual counseling in counseling. Examples that don’t fit with theory when the counseling process ends counseling teacher the school is’n follow-up effort. The purpose of this study to determine inhibiting factors individual counseling service process In senior high school Cilacap derby. Pupolasi in research is senior high school counselors. Technical samples for counselor used saturated sampling. The instrument used a questionnaire. The validity of using Product Moment. Reliabitilitas test using Alpha. Methods data analysis using descriptive percentages. The results showed internal factor inhibitor derived from a counselor in the high criteria (71.74%) inhibitors external factors including the high criteria are the norm (71.59%), sarpras (71.38%) and physical environment (72.39%). It can be concluded that there are obstacles in the process of individual counseling services in Cilacap derby SMA comes from internal and external factors that have the same criteria that is in the high category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program bimbingan dan konseling di SMK Negeri 1 Blora ditinjau dari evaluasi konteks, evaluasi masukan, evaluasi proses dan evaluasi produk dengan model CIPP. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif dengan metode penelitian kombinasi (mixed method). Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu 1 pengawas sekolah, 1 kepala sekolah, 5 guru BK, 10 orang tua dan 302 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif dan analisis data deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil evaluasi pada komponen context, input dan process berada pada kategori cukup baik sedangkan komponen product berada pada kategori baik. Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa evaluasi pelaksanaan program bimbingan dan konseling di SMK Negeri 1 Blora dengan dengan model evaluasi CIPP berada pada kategori cukup baik.This study aims to investigate the implementation of the guidance and counseling program at SMK Negeri 1 Blora in terms of context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation and product evaluation with CIPP model. This research is evaluative research with a combination of research methods (mixed method). Source of data in this study are 1 school superintendent, 1 principal, 5 GC teachers, 10 parents and 302 students. The method of collecting data using interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis in this research using qualitative data analysis techniques and descriptive data analysis persentase. Result in tihis research shows that the component context, input and process in the category quite well, whereas product components are in good category. Summary in this study that the evaluation of the implementation of the guidance and counseling program at SMK Negeri 1 Blora with the CIPP evaluation model was in the category quite well.
