Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh informasi atau temuan empiris tentang mengembangkan kemampuan manajemen waktu melalui layanan penguasaan konten dengan teknik kontrak perilaku pada siswa kelas VIII B SMP N 21 Semarang. Populasinya adalah seluruh  kelas VIII SMP N 21 Semarang yang berjumlah 224 siswa dan sampel yang berjumlah 28 siswa menggunakan purposeive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner manajemen waktu. Instrumen tersebut telah diujicobakan untuk digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan validitas dengan rumus product moment oleh Pearson dan reabilitas instrument dengan rumus Alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni analisis deskriptif persentase dan Uji t ( t-test). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat perkembangan kemampuan manajemen waktu melalui layanan penguasaan konten dengan teknik kontrak perilaku, dengan nilai rhitung = 20,64 > rtabel = 2,052. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yakni kemampuan manajemen waktu dapat dikembangkan melalui layanan penguasaan konten dengan teknik kontrak perilaku. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan guru pembimbing dapat lebih mengintensifkan layanan penguasaan konten dengan teknik kontrak perilaku kepada siswa sebagai strategi alternative untuk membantu siswa mengembangkan kemampuan manajemen waktu. The purpose of the study was to get information or empirical finding about developing the skill of time management, through mastery of content service with behavior contract technique to the eighth grade students B class of SMP N 21 Semarang. The population was all student of the VIII B class in SMP N 21 Semarang, which consenst of  244 students  Purposive sampling technique was used in this study, samples were 28 students. Data collection techniques using time management questionnaire. The instrument has been tested for validity using Pearson product moment and reliability of the instrument with alpha formula. Data collecting technique using quesionnaire in form of time management skill. Data analysis used pearson product moment, descriptive percentage, and t-test. The result of study showed there was development of time management thrught mastery of content service with behavior contract technique withrcount=20,64>rtable=2,052. The conclusion of study was time management skill could be developed through mastery of content service with behavior contract technique.  It is hoped that the teacher as a guide can be more intensively do mastery of content service with behavoir contract tehnique to the students as an alternative strategy to help students develop time management skill.

Abstract

This research based existing phenomena in class V SD N 4 Kutamendala Tonjong Brebes that shows low level of social development. The purpose of the research was to get information or empirical finding about influence group guidance service the social development, through to the fifth grade student’s class of SD N 4 Kutamendala Tonjong Brebes. The population was all student of the V class in SD N 4 Kutamendala Tonjong Brebes, which consenst of 28 students. Purposive sampling technique was used in this study, samples were 10 students. Data collection techniques using social development scale. The instrument has been tested for validity using Pearson product moment and reliability of the instrument with alpha formula. Data analysis used descriptive percentage, and wilcoxon. The result of study showed there was increment of social development thrught group guidance service with Tcount = 0 < Ttable = 8. The conclusion of study was group guidance service could be influence social development. It is hoped that the teacher as a guide can be more intensively do group guidance service to the students as an alternative strategy to help students increase social development.

Abstract

This study was conducted based on the phenomena that exist in UKM The Green Scientists Society, Faculty of Education, State University of Semarang which shows that 12.82% functionaries who have high achievement motivation, low self-regulation, and the ability to make decisions is low. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between achievement motivation and self-regulation with the ability to make decisions. This study belongs to the ex post facto research with a quantitative correlation method. Researchers conducted a population study with 39 functionaries. Data collection using the scales ability to make decisions, achievement motivation scale, and the scale of self-regulation. The data analysis technique used is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between achievement motivation and self-regulation with the ability to make decisions, obtained Fcount 30.191 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Based on the results, it can be predicted that achievement motivation and self-regulation can increase a persons ability to make decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perilaku agresif siswa sebelum dan sesudah layanan klasikal. Serta mengetahui tingkat keefektifan layanan klasikal menggunakan teknik sosiodrama dalam mengurangi perilaku agresif siswa kelas V. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi eksperimen. Subyek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa laki-laki kelas V  di SD N Pegirikan 03 yang berjumlah 14 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah  observasi dan wawancara. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subyek penelitian memiliki perilaku agresif. Setelah diberikan layanan, terdapat penurunan terhadap perilaku agresif yang dimiliki siswa. Persentase perilaku agresif yang ditunjukkan siswa pada awalnya menunjukkan angka diatas 50%, namun setelah layanan klasikal perilaku agresif siswa menunjukkan persentase dibawah 50%. Layanan klasikal menggunakan teknik sosiodrama  efektif dalam mengurangi perilaku agresif siswa kelas V di SD N Pegirikan 03. Hal ini, dapat dibuktikan dengan penurunan persentase perilaku agresif siswa sebelum dan sesudah layanan. The purpose of this research is to determine the students aggressive behavior before and after the classical services, as well as determine the level of classical services with sosiodrama techniques effectiveness in reducing the students’ aggressive behavior. This study is quasi-experimental. Subjects in this research were 14  male students in grade V of SD N Pegirikan 03. Data collection methods used were observation and interviews. Techniques used to analyze the data is analysis of qualitative data and analysis descriptive percentages. The results showed that the subjects had aggressive behavior. After a given service, there is a decline in the aggressive behavior of the students. The students aggressive behavior presentage shown before the service initially showed values above 50%, but after the classical services show that the aggressive behavior percentage of students below 50%. The classical services with sosiodrama techniques are effective in reducing aggressive behavior of the students in grade V SD N Pegirikan 03. It can be evidenced by the decrease in the percentage of students aggressive behavior before and after the classical services.

Abstract

This study was conducted based on the phenomenon that occurs in Class IX J SMPN 3 Ungaran less have good interpersonal communication skills. The purpose of this research is to improve interpersonal communication skills through group guidance with symbolic modeling techniques. Population in this research is class student of SMPN 3 Ungaran IXJ totaling 32 students with a sample of 10 students were taken using purposive sampling. Data collection method used is the psychological scale interpersonal communication and observation. Data were analyzed using Wilcoxon test match pairs. The results showed prior to obtaining the guidance of the group with symbolic modeling techniques interpersonal communication skills of students included in the criteria was, and after obtaining the guidance of the group with the criteria of symbolic modeling techniques student interpersonal communication becomes high. It shows that the group guidance with symbolic modeling techniques can improve students interpersonal communication.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi belajar penerima manfaat di balai rehabilitasi sosial Wira Adhi Karya Ungaran, serta adakah pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok terhadap motivasi belajar penerima manfaat. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif yang mencakup deskriptif prosentase dan uji beda (t-test), serta analisis kualitatif hasil wawancara. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa motivasi belajar penerima manfaat sebelum mendapatkan layanan bimbingan kelompok termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Motivasi belajar penerima manfaat setelah mendapatkan layanan bimbingan kelompok termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Ada pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok terhadap motivasi belajar penerima manfaat yaitu terdapat peningkatan motivasi belajar penerima manfaat dari sebelum dan setelah mendapat layanan bimbingan kelompok.The purpose of this study to describe the motivation to learn beneficiaries in social rehabilitation centers Wira Adhi Karya Ungaran, and  also group counseling services there any influence on motivation to learn beneficiaries. The data analysis using descriptive quantitative analysis includes a percentage and a different test (t-test), as well as qualitative analysis of interviews. The study found that the motivation to learn beneficiaries before getting services, including group counseling in the medium category. Motivation to learn beneficiaries after getting guidance services group in the high category. There is the effect of group counseling services on motivation to learn beneficiaries that there is an increased motivation to learn beneficiaries of before and after receiving guidance services group.

Abstract

This research implemented based on the phenomenon in VIII F grade of SMP Negeri 15 Semarang which shows that there are many students who has low learning motivation. The purpose of this research is to understand wheter the students learning motivation can be improved through the information services by using comics. The population is students of VIII F of SMP Negeri 15 Semarang that consists of 32 students and the sample is applied in all the population by using ‘jenuh sampling’ technique. The data collection technique uses a psychological scale of learning motivation and observation. While the data analysis technique uses the percentage of descriptive analysis and t-test. The result indicates that there is 20,34 % improvement of learning motivation after given some treatment of information services by using comics. Based on the t-test result, the value of tcount =48,802>ttable = 2,042 or it means that Ha is accepted and Ho is refused. Thus, the result of this research is learning motivation can be improved through the information services by using comics. Therefore, it is expected for teachers to give information services by using comics to students intensively as a strategy to help students learning motivation improvement.
