The lifestyle development of Kudus City high school students who follow the Korean Wave has raised concerns over the decline of the long-rooted local culture of Gusjigang. This study aimed to determine the Korean Wave lifestyle, explain the influencing factors of the lifestyle, and analyze the impact of the Korean Wave lifestyle on Gusjigang values. A qualitative approach was employed in this study, with phenomenological research as the research design. The data in this study were obtained from the research informants. The data validity checking was conducted with the power credibility test, which in this study adopted the triangulation method. The current trend of the Korean Wave lifestyle among high school students in the Kudus Regency involves constantly seeking information about K-Pop through social media and mixing Korean and Indonesian in their daily conversations, which indicates the acceptance of Korean lifestyle. Several contributing factors to the Korean Wave lifestyle of high school students in Kudus Regency were the music lyrics' connection to the high school students' personal lives. At present, the Gusjigang lifestyle is still adhered to by high school students in Kudus City so that it keeps the habits that have been practiced for years.

Abstract

The existence of tobacco is intended to meet the demand for cigarette factories. The indirect marketing chain is the cause of the price game by stakeholders. This situation has led to a loss of trust in trading partners, farmers suspect that there is a selling price game being played by middlemen and warehouses. The price game creates negative prejudice to stakeholders. The aim of this research is to analyze conflicts between farmers and stakeholders and solutions for farmers to the problems that occur. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and document study from related research. The results show that determining the category of tobacco can certainly trigger conflict between farmers, bandol, and factory warehouses because it affects general selling price indicators in the market. Farmers' expectations of selling prices and intimidation by bandol elements give rise to conflicting opinions about the two, thus triggering conflict. The uncertainty of tobacco prices has made some farmers use an alternative substitute for this commodity by cultivating corn.

Abstract

Amidst the necessity for inclusive educational materials, this study endeavors to develop an E-Module that seamlessly integrates Gender Equality Values into the junior high school Social Studies curriculum.. The research product is an electronic module built using software and undergoes evaluation by experts, alongside feedback from teachers and students. Employing a Research and Development (R&D) approach, following the ADDIE model, the e-learning module undergoes a validation process. This validation process involves two subject matter experts: one specializing in gender studies and another in history, along with a media expert and a Social Studies teacher. The results of the validation indicate the high validity of the Interactive E-Module, with all involved parties providing strong validation scores. On average, expert and teacher assessments resulted in a validity score of 94.7%. Each party consistently achieved an average of 90% for both content and E-Module design. These results underscore the e-learning module's suitability for use, making it a highly recommended resource for Social Studies teachers at the junior high school level.
