This research is descriptive qualitative research that emphasizes a field survey approach, interview, and observation, as data collection methods. Data analysis used data reduction, data triangulation, and data synthesis to reinforce the conclusions obtained. The result of this study is expected to contribute to the development of tourism, especially on local wisdom-based ecotourism on “Local Wisdom-Based Ecotourism Development Strategy for Lolong Adventure Area, Pekalongan Regency”. The research results show that the most prioritized criteria in the development strategy of local wisdom-based ecotourism are providing business capital assistance with a value of 0.648. The second priority is institutionalization with a weight value of 0.230, and the third criterion is human resources with a weight value of 0.122, based on the results of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) using the Expert Choice 11 program. The obtained inconsistency ratio is 0.035, which means that the answers given by the key persons are consistent. Conclusion: The results of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) calculations can be used as a basis for developing local wisdom-based ecotourism in the Lolong Adventure tourism area.

Abstract

In the increasingly rapid development of the information age, MSME actors are required to optimize resources, but with limited capital and so on, MSME actors do not fully have all the resources needed. Coopetition is one of the phenomena currently being carried out by business actors and MSMEs. Where in coopetition the two parties who compete with each other at the same time also decide to work together. This study aims to analyze 3 dimensions of coopetition, namely mutualism, trust and commitment to the development of MSMEs by involving attitudes towards pandemics as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative study with a population of business actors (MSMEs) who are in the Semarang City BUMN House which has as many as 2,000 MSME members. The test uses multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the analysis show that mutualism, trust and commitment each have an effect on the development of MSMEs. Attitudes towards the Covid-19 pandemic did not work as a moderating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the factors that cause students in an educational study program not to want to become teachers. A qualitative hermeneutic phenomenology research method was used. The objective of this study is to identify the factors that make education students unwilling to work as teachers. The research locus is at UNNES, with several UNNES student informants from five faculties participating. According to the study's findings, the categories that influence career choice outside of education are intrinsic factors, extrinsic factors, and outcome prospects and opportunities. Interpersonal relationships, intrapersonal relationships, career prospects, and opportunities all have a significant impact on the decision to pursue a career other than teaching. Hobbies are another finding that can be considered a new variable that has never been studied.

Abstract

Protecting migrant workers' right to social security is essential, not only to ensure equality of treatment in social security for migrant workers but also to extend social security coverage to currently unprotected populations. Migrant workers have become one of the pillars of national economic growth and contributed significantly to state revenues and economic productivity, through high remittances. Therefore, the organizers of employment social security need to increase the probability of migrant workers becoming BPJS Employment participants. By using the logistic regression method and Sakernas data for August 2021, it was found that migrant workers with work contracts and BPJS for health membership have a higher tendency to become participants in employment social security. Recommendations for membership extension for migrant workers can be made with several alternatives such as, (1) justifying or adjusting payment schemes for migrant workers who work in the informal sector abroad (2) encouraging the expansion of the coverage of migrant workers, BPJS for Employment can carry out socialization of the program by collaborating with BP2TKI and Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Agency (P3MI) (3) It is necessary to encourage employers to register their workers in employment social security, through document requirements for the distribution of migrant workers.

Abstract

Zakat is the obligation of every Muslim who has fulfilled the nishab and haul requirements. Zakat has been practiced since the Prophet Muhammad SAW to today's contemporary zakat. This study aims to discuss zakat from the perspective of the philosophy of science in the dimensions of ontology, epistemology, and axiology. This research uses a qualitative, descriptive approach and literature study. Data were obtained from reference articles searched through the Google application and Published or Perish. The results of the study show that from the perspective of the philosophy of science, zakat can be explained in three dimensions, namely: ontology, epistemology, and axiology. On the ontological dimension, zakat includes the meaning of the nature of the science of zakat which can be proven to exist. The epistemological dimension of the science of zakat related to the basis of knowledge, sources, characteristics, truth of knowledge, and how to obtain zakat knowledge. Finally, on the axiological dimension, the discussion of zakat includes the relationship between knowledge and values, the feasibility of the science of zakat to be developed, and the functions and uses of the science of zakat. In the end, the science of zakat needs to be developed so that the benefits of zakat are more significant for the welfare of society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a strategy for implementing TQM in improving the performance of teaching staff at Semarang State University that is inclusive. This research is a quantitative and qualitative descriptive research. Quantitative descriptive research is a research that consists of problem formulation, constructing a model, collecting data, analyzing the results, and implementing it The analytical method used in this research is Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) analysis. ISM as applied by Bhattacharya and Momaya (2009), is a sophisticated interactive planning methodology that allows a group of people, working as a team, to develop a structure that defines the relationships among the elements in a set. The results of the classification of the elements of the strategy for developing the competence and expertise of educational staff in supporting the acceleration of UNNES to become PTN-BH which consists of 15 criteria produce 8 levels of policy. The policy element of tightening selection in the recruitment of educational staff (A1) and the element of assistance in increasing competence (A3) are at the first level. Classification of elements of the competency improvement policy for educational staff at UNNES can be classified into 4 (four) sectors. The sector occupied by the most elements is sector III (Linkage). The elements in this sector have a large driving force but also have a large dependence on other elements.

Abstract

In Central Java Province, this study intends to examine how inequality, poverty, and unemployment affect crime. The panel data regression approach is used in this study. The panel regression coefficient for the variable POV in this study was -1.924016 with a probability value of 0.3494, exceeding the significance level of 0.05. These findings demonstrate that the crime variable in Central Java is not significantly impacted by the poverty variable. The panel regression coefficient for the DISP variable is 297.2485, greater than the significance level of 0.05, and has a probability value of 0.0887. These findings support the hypothesis that the inequality variable in Central Java Province between 2000 and 2021 has no appreciable impact on the crime rate variable. With a probability of 0.1089 and a panel regression coefficient of 5.090524 on the UNEMP variable, it can be concluded that the panel regression coefficient above the significance level of 0.05. Based on these findings, it is clear that the crime variable in Central Java Province between 2000 and 2021 is not significantly impacted by the unemployment variable UNEMP. The amount of poverty, inequality, and unemployment in Central Java Province has no discernible impact on crime

Abstract

The high level of poverty in Central Java shows that the process of economic development has not been able to increase people's welfare evenly. Thus, an analysis is needed to determine the factors that influence poverty in the context of overcoming poverty. The aim of this research is to analyze the Unemployment Rate, Human Development Index (HDI) on poverty in 35 Regencies/Cities in Central Java Province from 2016 to 2020. This research uses secondary data with cross-section data consisting of 35 Regencies/Cities in the Province Central Java and time-series data, namely 2016-2020. The analytical tool used to estimate the panel data regression model is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) or also called Least Square Dummy Variable . The results showed that the HDI variable had a negative and significant effect on the poverty level. Meanwhile, the Open Unemployment Rate has a positive and significant effect on the Poverty Level. Based on the research results, the government is advised to coordinate with related agencies in formulating policies to improve the quality of education and optimize health services.
