Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji keefektifan model think pair share terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPS pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 03 Pedurungan Pemalang. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi experimental design dengan bentuk nonequivalent control group design. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 03 Pedurungan dengan populasi 61 siswa. Sampel kelas eksperimen sebanyak 28 siswa serta kelas kontrol sebanyak 29 siswa. Pengujian hipotesis pertama menggunakan rumus independent samples t test. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung data aktivitas belajar sebesar 9,006 dan t hitung nilai hasil belajar sebesar 3,357. Dari hasil penghitungan, dapat diketahui bahwa thitung > ttabel (9,006 > 2,004 dan 3,357 > 2,004), sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPS antara pembelajaran yang menggunakan model think pair share dan yang menggunakan model konvensional. Untuk hipotesis yang kedua, menggunakan rumus one sample t test. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel (13,081 > 2,052 dan 4,813 > 2,052), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPS dengan model think pair share lebih tinggi daripada model konvensional. Jadi, model think pair share lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa.This study aims to test the effectiveness of the model think pair share student’s learning activities and student’s learning outcomes of IPS in the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 03 Pedurungan, Pemalang. This study uses a quasi experimental design with nonequivalent control group design form. The study was conducted in SD Negeri 03 Pedurungan. Samples were taken by 28 students as the experiment group and 29 students as the control group. The first hypothesis test using independent samples t-test, showed that t count of learning activity data is 9.006 and t count of learning outcomes is 3,357. Based on the result test, it can be seen that t count > t table (9.006 > 2.004 and 3.357 > 2.004), so it can be concluded there are differences in student’s learning activities and student’s learning outcomes in social studies subject between the students were taught using think pair share and those were taught with conventional model. For the second hypothesis test, we use a one-sample t test. Based on the test results, it showed that the value of t count > t table (13,081 > 2,052 and 4,813 > 2,052), it can be concluded that student’s learning activities and student’s learning outcomes in social studies subject were taught with think pair share was more higher than students who were taught with conventional model. So, think pair share is more effective to improve student’s learning activities and student’s learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V antara yang mendapatkan pembelajaran menggunakan model mind mapping dan yang menggunakan model konvensional serta keefektifannya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V SD Negeri  Sidapurna 01 Kabupaten Tegal, yang terdiri dari 22 siswa pada kelas eksperimen dan 18 siswa pada kelas kontrol. Desain eksperimen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu quasi experimental dengan bentuk nonequivalent control group design. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis pertama dengan menggunakan independent samples t test, diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (2,557 > 2,024), sehingga H0 ditolak. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis kedua dengan menggunakan one sample t test, diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (3,952 > 2,080), sehingga H0 ditolak. Dengan demikian dapar disimpulkan hasil belajar IPS siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model mind mapping lebih tinggi dan efektif daripada yang menggunakan model konvensionalThe purpose of the research is to find out whether there are differences in learning outcomes social studies grade V between learning using a model that gets the mind mapping and the use of conventional models as well as their effectiveness. The samples in this research are fifth grade student at SD Negeri Sidapurna Tegal Regency 01, which consisted of 22 students in experiment group and 18 students in control group.This study uses a quasi experimental design with nonequivalent control group design form. Based on the results of the first hypothesis test using independent samples t test, the results of tcount>ttable (2,557 > 2,024), so that H0 is rejected. Furthermore, based on the results of the second hypothesis test using one sample t test, retrieved tcount> ttable (3,952 >2.080), so that H0 is rejected. So that, it can be concluded that student’s learning outcomes at social studies who were taught using mind mapping model are higher and more effective than those who were taught using conventional model.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran Seni Rupa materi membuat benda konstruksi pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Tenggulangharjo melalui model pembelajaran explicit instruction. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu 34 siswa kelas IV. Mengacu pendapat Arikunto (2008), prosedur penelitian ini terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Pelaksanaan penelitian terdiri dari dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi teknik tes dan non tes (observasi dan dokumentasi). Untuk analisis data menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data hasil penelitian, kualitas pembelajaran menunjukkan peningkatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I nilai performansi guru 87,84 (A), persentase  keaktifan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran sebesar 63,38%, dan rata-rata nilai hasil belajar siswa 79,41 dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 79,41%,. Pada siklus II rata-rata nilai performansi guru 94 (A), persentase keaktifan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran sebesar 81,54%, dan nilai hasil belajar siswa 78,46 dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 91,18%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Simpulannya yaitu model pembelajaran explicit instruction dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Seni Rupa materi membuat benda konstruksi pada siswa kelas IV sekolah dasarThe purpose of this research is to know increasing of the quality of learning to make Art construction objects materials in fourth grade Tenggulangharjo Elementary School students by used “Explicit Instruction” learning model. Subject in this research are fourth grade students, which amounts to 34. According to Arikunto (2008), the procedural research consisted of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Implementation of the research consisted of two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. Data was collected by testing and non-testing techniques (observation and documentation), while there used quantitative and qualitative data analyzed. Based on analysis of data research, the quality of learning showed an increase. This result showed that first cycles has the teacher’s mark perfomance 87,84 (A). The presentage of students learning activity were 63,38% and rate marks 79,41 with totally classical result 79,41%. On the second cycles the teacher’s mark performance 94 (A). The presentage of the students learning activity were 81,47% and rates marks 78,46 with totally classical result 91,18%. The result showed that there was increasing from the first cycles to the second cycles. The conclusion that “Explicit Instruction” could be increase teaching quality Arts made construction objects material in fourth grade elementary school students

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Seni Budaya dan Keterampilan pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri Dukuhsalam 01 Kabupaten Tegal melalui model Student Facilitator and Explaining. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik tes dan nontes. Indikator keberhasilan untuk aktivitas belajar siswa minimal 70%, rata-rata kelas minimal 70, tuntas belajar klasikal minimal 70%, dan performansi guru minimal 71 dengan kriteria baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh nilai persentase aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 74,48% meningkat menjadi 80,46% pada siklus II. Peningkatan juga terjadi pada hasil belajar yaitu nilai rata-rata siklus I sebesar 73,95 menjadi 81,44 dan perolehan persentase tuntas belajar klasikal sebesar 68,75% menjadi 91,11%. Demikian juga pada perolehan performansi guru yang mengalami peningkatan dari 85,29 pada siklus I menjadi 93,53 pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Student Facilitator and Explaining dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar materi Lagu Daerah Nusantara pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri Dukuhsalam 01 Kabupaten TegalThis research aims to improve the quality of learning culture and Art Skills in students of class V SD Negeri Dukuhsalam 01 Tegal Regency model Student Facilitator and Explaining. The methods used are research methods collaborative class action. This research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques are used namely engineering tests and nontes. Indicators of success for students with learning activities of at least 70%, an average grade of at least 70, mastery of at least 70% of classical learning, and a minimum of 71 teachers performance criteria either. Based on the results of data analysis, retrieved the value of the percentage of students learning activities on cycle I of 74,48% increase to 80,46% in cycle II. Improved learning results also occur in which the average value of the cycle I of 81,44 and the acquisition becomes 73,95 percentage comprehensively studied classical of 68,75% to 91,11%. Likewise on acquisition performance of teachers has increased from 85,29 in the cycle I became 93,53 in cycle II. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the model Student Facilitator and Explaining can increase the activity and results of the study material area of the archipelago on a grade V SD Negeri Dukuhsalam 01 Tegal Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menguji keefektifan penerapan Kartu Pintar Pengetahuan terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPA materi Struktur Bumi. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V MI Walisongo Kranji 02, terdiri dari 24 siswa kelompok eksperimen dan 26 siswa kelompok kontrol. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu quasi experimental berbentuk nonequivalent control group design. Uji hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan independent samples t test dan uji pihak kanan pooled varian. Hasil uji independent samples t test aktivitas dan hasil belajar menunjukkan bahwa t hitung> t tabel (2,734 > 2,322) dan (2,746 > 2,322) yang berarti terdapat perbedaan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPAmateri struktur bumi antara yang menerapkan kartu pintar pengetahuandibandingkan dengan siswa yang menerapkan model konvensional. Selanjutnya, hasil uji pihak kanan aktivitas dan hasil belajar menggunakan rumus pooled varian menunjukkan thitung >ttabel (2,784 > 2,017) dan (2,408 > 2,017) yang berarti aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPA materi struktur bumi antara yang menerapkan kartu pintar pengetahuanlebih baik dari siswa yang menerapkan model konvensional. Berdasarkan independent samples t test dan uji pihak kanan dapat disimpulkan bahwa media kartu pintar pengetahuanefektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPA materi struktur bumi di kelas V MI Walisongo Kranji 02The purpose of this research to test the effectiveness of the application of the a smart card of knowledge to the learning activities and learning outcomes structure of the earth material science. The research sample grade V MI Walisongo Kranji 02, which consists of 24 students at experiment group and 26 students at control group. The design of this research used quasi experimental in the form of non-equivalent control group design. This research hypothesis test using independent samples t test and pooles variance. Results of the independent samples t test the learning activity and learning outcomes show that t count> t table (2,734 > 2,322) and (2,746> 2,322) which means that there is a difference in thelearning activity and learning outcomes material of structure of the earthscience among which apply media kartu pintar pengetahuan compared to students who apply to conventional models. Furthemore, the test results of pooles varians shows t count> t table (2,784 > 2,017) and (2,408 > 2,017) which means the learning activity and learning outcomes material of structure of the earthscience among which apply smart card of knowledge better than students who apply to conventional models. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keefektifan model Take and Give terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar materi peristiwa alam pada siswa kelas V SDN 02 Gancang Kabupaten Banyumas. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu quasi experimental dengan bentuk nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V SDN 01 dan 02 Gancang tahun ajaran 2013/2014 sebanyak 42 siswa. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Sampel pada kelas eksperimen 19 siswa dan kelas kontrol 21 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi dokumentasi, tes, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat analisis dan analisis akhir. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji dua pihak dan uji satu pihak. Hasil uji hipotesis terhadap aktivitas siswa diperoleh thitung > ttabel (2,968 > 2.024) dan pada hasil belajar diperoleh thitung > ttabel (2,262 > 2.024), sehingga Ho ditolak. Berarti terdapat perbedaan aktivitas dan hasil belajar antara yang menggunakan model Take and Give dan model konvensional. Hasil uji pihak kanan terhadap aktivitas siswa diperoleh thitung = 2,574 dan  ttabel = 2.024, sedangkan pada hasil belajar diperoleh thitung = 2,239 dan ttabel = 2.024, sehingga Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian, aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model Take and Give lebih baik daripada yang menggunakan model konvensional.The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of the Take and Give model against to the activities and learning result on the matter of natural events in students of 5th grade of Gancang 02 Elementary School District Banyumas.  The research design used was  quasi experimental with nonequivalent control group. The population in this research is student of 5th grade of Gancang 01 and 02 Elementary School the academic year 2013/2014 which totals of 42 students. Research samples taken with the simple random sampling technique. Sample on class experiment 19 students and class control 21 students.The technique of collecting data consist of documentation, test, and observation. Data analysis techniques used analysis prerequisite test and analysis end. The testing of hypotheses research using a test of the two parties and one parties. The results of the test hypotheses against the activity of students obtained tcount 2,968 > ttabel.024, and on the learning result obtained tcount 2,262 > ttabel 2.024, so Ho rejected. It means that there are differences between activities and learning result that use the Take and Give model with that use the conventional model. The results of the test the right against to the activity of students obtained tcount 2,574 and ttabel 2.024, while on the learning result obtained tcount 2,239 and ttabel 2.024, so Ho rejected.Thus, the activities and learning result of the students who use the Take and Give model better than who use the conventional model.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia materi menulis puisi bebas pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 04 Cibelok melalui metode Suggestopedia. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V, yang berjumlah 40 siswa. Mengacu pada Arikunto (2008), prosedur penelitian ini terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Pelaksanaan penelitian terdiri dari dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik tes dan non tes, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data hasil penelitian, kualitas pembelajaran menunjukkan peningkatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I rata-rata nilai hasil belajar siswa 75,31 dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 75%, persentase  keaktifan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran sebesar 55,37%, dan nilai performansi guru 83,28 (AB). Pada siklus II rata-rata nilai hasil belajar siswa 80,12 dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 92,5%, persentase keaktifan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran sebesar 75%, dan nilai performansi guru 96,45 (A). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil pembelajaran yang menggunakan metode inkuiri dengan pembelajaran konvensional dan keefektifan metode inkuiri terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar IPS. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan quasi experimental. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Rajawana Kabupaten Purbalingga tahun ajaran 2013/2014 sebanyak 48 siswa. Sampel penelitian diambil dari kelas VA sebagai kelas eksperimen dan VB sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling. Hasil uji hipotesis hasil belajar siswa yang pertama yaitu dengan penghitungan menggunakan rumus independent samples t test melalui program SPSS versi 20. Hasil nilaii thitung > ttabel (3,259>2,018), sehingga H0 ditolak. Hasil uji hipotesis yang kedua yaitu metode inkuiri efektif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan rata-rata nilai kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol yaitu 82,38 untuk kelas eksperimen dan 72,17 untuk kelas kontrol. Keefektifan metode inkuiri juga dibuktikan secara statistik one samples t test dengan uji pihak kanan. Hasil nilai thitung > ttabel (4,959 > 2,086), dengan ketentuan jika thitung > ttabel, sehingga H0 ditolak. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran materi Proklamasi Kemerdekaan Indonesia dengan penerapan metode inkuiri lebih efektif daripada pembelajaran konvensional.This research aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes using the inquiry method with conventional learning and the effectiveness of the inquiry methods to increase IPS learning outcomes. The design of this study using quasi experimental. The population in this study is the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Rajawana Purbalingga academic year 2013/2014, amounting to 48 students. Samples were taken from the experimental class as a VA class and VB as the control class. Sampling technique in this study using proportionate stratified random sampling. The results of the first hypothesis testing learning outcomes of students  using independent samples t-test through SPSS version 20 results tcount > ttable (3.259 > 2.018), so H0 is rejected. The results of the second test of the hypothesis that inquiry method is effective to improving student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the average value of the experimental class higher than the control class is 82.38 for the experimental class, and 72.17 for the control class. The effectiveness of the method of inquiry also proved statistically one-sample t test with the test right. The result tcount > ttable (4.959 > 2.086.so H0 is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that the learning material with the application of the Proclamation of Indonesian Independence inquiry method is more effective than conventional learning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan hasil belajar IPS peserta didik kelas V antara yang mendapatkan pembelajaran menggunakan model course review horay dan yang menggunakan model konvensional serta keefektifannya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik  kelas V SD Negeri Mintaragen 1 dan 7 Kota Tegal, yang terdiri dari 28 orang pada kelas eksperimen dan 31 orang pada kelas kontrol. Desain eksperimen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu quasi experimental dengan bentuk nonequivalent control group design. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis pertama dengan menggunakan independent samples t test, dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPS peserta didik kelas V antara yang mendapatkan pembelajaran menggunakan model course review horay dan yang menggunakan model konvensional. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis kedua dengan menggunakan one sample t test, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar IPS peserta didik  kelas V yang mendapatkan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model course review horay lebih tinggi daripadayang menggunakan model konvensional, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model course review horay lebih efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didikThe purpose of this research is to know the difference of social studies subject learning outcomes between the students grade V who got the course review horay and those who got the conventional model and its effectiveness. The samples ofthe research are the grade V students of SD Negeri Mintaragen 1 and 7 Tegal, with 28 students as the experiment group and 31 students as the control group. The design of this experiment is quasi experimental in the form of non-equivalent control group design. Based on the first hypothesis testing using independent samples t test, it can be concluded that there was a significantdifference in student’s learning outcomes in social studies subject between the students were taught using course review horay and those were taught with conventional model. Based on the second hypothesis testing using one sample t test, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of the students were taught with course review horay in social studies subject was more than students who were taught with conventional model. So, it can be concluded that course review horay is more effective to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keefektifan model cooperative script terhadap hasil belajar materi Perkembangan Teknologi pada peserta didik kelas IV. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu quasi experimental dengan bentuk nonequivalent control group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Tinggarjaya Kabupaten Banyumas tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Sampel pada penelitian ini mengambil semua anggota populasi dalam suatu kelas (intact group), dengan anggota sampel 28 peserta didik pada kelas IV B sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 23 peserta didik pada kelas IV A sebagai kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat analisis dan analisis akhir. Analisis akhir menggunakan uji dua pihak dan uji satu pihak. Hasil uji hipotesis hasil belajar peserta didik dengan perhitungan menggunakan rumus independent samples t-test melalui program SPSS versi 17 menunjukkan bahwa, thitung sebesar 2,062 dan ttabel sebesar 2,010, Ho ditolak.yang menunjukkan ada perbedaan. Hasil uji pihak kanan dengan penghitungan menggunakan one sample t-test diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 3,365 dan ttabel sebesar 1,706, sehingga Ho ditolak.. Dengan demikian, hasil belajar peserta didik yang menggunakan model cooperative script lebih baik daripada yang menggunakan model konvensionalThe purpose of this research to know the effectiveness of a model of cooperative script on learning outcomes of the material of technological development on the fourth grade students. The research design is quasi-experimental with nonequivalent control group design form. The population in this research that the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Tinggarjaya Banyumas academic year 2013/2014. The sample in this study takes all members of the population in a class (intact group), with 28 members of the sample of students in class IV B as the experimental group and 23 students in the class IV A as a control group. Data collection techniques included interviews, tests, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using prerequisite test analysis and the final analysis. The final analysis using the two side test and one side test. The results of hypothesis test of student learning outcomes with calculations using formulas of independent samples t-test through SPSS version 17 shows that, 2.062 tcount and 2.010 ttable, then Ho is rejected that indicate a difference. The test results with calculations using the right side one ample t-test was obtained 3.365 tcount and 1.706 ttable, then Ho is rejected. So, learning outcomes of students who used the  model of cooperative script is better than the conventional model.
