Abstract

Background: The social health insurance system is based on the principle of solidarity between workers and employers, and guarantees access to healthcare services for the entire population. While coverage is high, the level of participant contribution activity still needs to be increased, with a target of at least 75% active participants. The aim: The purpose of this study is to explain the relationship between health services and BPJS Health membership in the Pandan Community Health Center Working Area, Sintang Regency, West Kalimantan. Method: The quantitative research method with a cross-sectional approach uses chi-square test analysis with a 95% confidence level and a 5% error rate, so the number of samples needed is around 100 respondents. The results: The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between health services (p value = 0.008 and OR = 5.179) and BPJS Health participation. Conclusion: there is a relationship between health services and BPJS health membership.

Abstract

Background: Advances in digital technology have provided broader access to various types of information, including content that is inappropriate for certain age groups, such as pornography. A cross-national survey in Europe involving 10,930 adolescents found that in Indonesia, approximately 94% of adolescents are exposed to pornography; at the Mensiku Community Health Center, 17 cases of pornography consumption were recorded. Continuous exposure to pornography can have negative effects on adolescents. Purpose: To identify the factors associated with the habit of watching pornographic films among adolescents. Method: A quantitative research method with a cross-sectional design. The study population consists of all students at Junior High School 1 Binjai Hulu, with a sample of 69 respondents selected using proportional random sampling, analyzed via the Chi-Square Test. Results: A significant association between knowledge (p-value = 0.004), access to information (p-value = 0.001), the influence of peers (p-value = 0.012), and parental supervision (p-value = 0.001) and the habit of watching pornography among adolescents. Conclusion: Factors associated with the habit of watching pornographic films among adolescents include knowledge, access to information, the role of peers, and parental supervision. Abstract

Anemia is a medical condition where the number of red blood cells or hemoglobin levels in the blood is below normal, which is a protein in red blood cells that functions to carry oxygen from the lungs to the entire body. The prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in Sintang Regency showed that in 2017 there were 116 cases, in 2018 there were 121 cases, and in 2019 there were 164 cases. This research method uses a quantitative analytical approach with a cross-sectional design in Sintang Regency. The population is all pregnant women registered as many as 369 respondents within the scope of the Health Center services in Sintang Regency during the data collection period. The simple random sampling technique was used to select respondents, with a sample size of 192 pregnant women after calculating the population size. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge with a p value = 0.000 and OR = 6.900, parity with a p value = 0.000 and OR = 5.040, consumption of iron tablets with a p value = 0.000 and OR = 5.271 with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in Sintang Regency. The most dominant multivariate test result is knowledge with OR = 7.25 followed by consumption of iron tablets with OR = 4.61 and parity with OR = 4.26. The conclusion related to the incidence of anemia in pregnant women is knowledge, parity, and consuming iron tablets and the most dominant is knowledge and followed by consumption of iron tablets, and parity. It is recommended that pregnant women can improve their knowledge, multi and grandi para pregnant women to comply with consuming iron tablets routinely.
