The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sample used was 102 employees in PT. Kasih Jaya Sejahtera, Indonesia. The results of the research show that directly human resource development, motivation, competence, and procedural justice have a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation and competence have a significant effect on procedural justice. Indirectly, motivation and competence have a significant effect on employee performance through procedural justice. The uniqueness of the findings shows that human resource development does not have a significant effect on procedural justice. Human resource development also does not have a significant effect on employee performance through procedural justice. Based on these findings, PT. Kasih Jaya Sejahtera is advised to place more emphasis on the application of procedural justice in management policies and practices to maximize the impact of motivation and competence on employee performance.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve the performance of Posyandu cadres in stunting prevention efforts in Kepudibener Village, Turi District, Lamongan Regency. The main problems faced by the community include low health literacy, suboptimal utilization of Posyandu, and limited capacity of cadres in providing health education. The implementation method uses a participatory and educational approach through the stages of observation, cadre training, health education, mentoring, and program evaluation. The results of the activity show an increase in the knowledge and skills of Posyandu cadres in monitoring child growth and development and nutrition education, increased community participation in Posyandu activities, and an increase in understanding of mothers of toddlers regarding stunting prevention. This program is also able to strengthen the role of cadres as agents of change in raising community awareness of the importance of family health. Thus, improving the performance of Posyandu cadres has proven effective in supporting community-based stunting prevention efforts. Sustainability of the program through ongoing training and mentoring is essential to maintain the positive impacts that have been achieved.

Abstract

Organizational culture change has become a critical issue in the digital disruption era, which demands rapid adaptation to new technologies and virtual work patterns. This article reviews literature on how digital transformation drives cultural evolution by integrating two theoretical frameworks: Kotter’s eight-step model (1996) and complexity theory (Stacey, 2000). The hybrid model combines strategic direction (top-down) with adaptive emergence (bottom-up), aligned with Indonesia’s collectivist cultural context. Using a systematic literature review and thematic synthesis of 25 relevant articles, findings reveal that digital-era cultural change is non-linear and emerges through intertwined technological and social interactions. The proposed hybrid model provides a contextualized framework for managing sustainable organizational culture change. Keywords: organizational culture, digital disruption, complexity theory, Kotter model, organizational change

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of organizational commitment in improving organizational performance and sustainability, especially in religious-based organizations such as mosques, where employees are still found to have less than optimal commitment due to a lack of work motivation and organizational culture support. This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and organizational culture on organizational commitment among employees of the Namira Mosque in Lamongan. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population in this study were all 45 employees of the Namira Mosque in Lamongan with a sampling technique using total sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study indicate that work motivation and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, both partially and simultaneously. The R Square value is 0.961 or 96.1%. Organizational culture has a more dominant influence than work motivation. The coefficient of determination value shows that both variables are able to explain most of the variation in organizational commitment. The conclusion of this study confirms that increasing work motivation and implementing a positive organizational culture consistently can strengthen employee commitment to the organization.
