Abstract

This research analyzes the effectiveness of HR training and development in educational institutions through a literature study. Data were collected from the literature and analyzed qualitatively with content analysis, including definitions, objectives, types, processes, and program effectiveness. Training and development aims to improve the skills, competencies and productivity of educators and education personnel in order to achieve educational goals efficiently. Training methods include on the job training and off the job training. The effectiveness of the program is measured through evaluation before, during and after implementation, with indicators of increased knowledge, behavioural changes and improved institutional performance. Success is reflected in improved teacher performance, student achievement and achievement of national education standards. The study concludes that effective training has a significant impact on institutions and service users, emphasizing the importance of continuous evaluation to ensure program relevance and impact

Abstract

This study aims to examine and find out the implementation of strategic planning in improving the quality of education at UPT SDN 032 Kualu and to examine and find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of strategic planning in improving the quality of education at UPT SDN 032 Kualu. This research uses a qualitative approach, as an effort to provide answers to the problems that have been described, because it uses a descriptive analysis approach using data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. With data analysis techniques, namely: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawn, and data tringulation. The results of the study can be concluded that: (1) The implementation of strategic planning in improving the quality of education at UPT SDN 032 Kualu has been implemented, the use of strategic plans in improving quality is very helpful, with a plan prepared with strategic decisions is certainly able to facilitate the implementation of school quality improvement,   with the use of environmental SWOT analysis which is part of the strategic plan can help by looking at strengths,  friendliness, opportunities and threats owned by schools and that schools will face in the future. (2) Supporting factors, the role of the school principal, good cooperation, quality human resources, regular evaluation, having guidelines in carrying out activities to improve the quality of education. Inhibiting factors, inadequate programs, facilities and infrastructure, gaps between school curriculum and government policies, and lack of creativity of teachers make it difficult to understand technological developments.

Abstract

Transformasi ekonomi digital merupakan perubahan fundamental dalam sistem ekonomi yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk, dampak, dan strategi transformasi ekonomi digital dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi analisis berbagai bentuk ekonomi digital secara komprehensif yang belum banyak dikaji secara terpadu dalam literatur sebelumnya, khususnya dalam kaitannya dengan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif berbasis studi kepustakaan dengan analisis isi dari jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan laporan lembaga internasional dalam 10 tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekonomi digital melalui e-commerce, fintech, dan ekonomi berbasis platform mampu meningkatkan pendapatan, inklusi keuangan, serta akses ekonomi masyarakat. Kesimpulannya, transformasi ekonomi digital memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara inklusif, namun membutuhkan literasi digital dan kebijakan yang tepat untuk mengoptimalkan manfaatnya
