Abstract

Kinerja guru merupakan salah satu faktor kunci dalam menentukan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah. Berbagai aspek dapat memengaruhi kinerja guru, di antaranya adalah ketersediaan fasilitas sekolah yang memadai serta kompetensi profesional yang dimiliki oleh guru itu sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri di Surakarta, 2) mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri di Surakarta, 3) mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas sekolah dan kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri di Surakarta. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket. Tempat penelitian di SMK Negeri di Surakarta dengan sampel 208 guru menggunakan sampling Proportional Random Sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) fasilitas sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai pada hasil Uji-T yang menunjukkan bahwa t-hitung 17,488 > ttabel 1,972 dan sig 0,001 < a 0,05. 2) kompetensi profesional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai pada hasil Uji-T yang menunjukkan bahwa t-hitung 7,669 > t-tabel 1,972 dan sig 0,001 < a 0,05. 3) fasilitas sekolah dan kompetensi profesional berpengaruh bersama terhadap kinerja guru dengan f-hitung 581,910 > f-tabel 3,040 dan sig 0,001 < a 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa fasilitas sekolah dan kompetensi profesional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri di Surakarta.

Abstract

The increasing accessibility of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) tools has driven their exploration and adoption in education. This qualitative research reveals the opportunities and challenges associated with integrating GenAI into education, as well as strategies to encourage teachers and students to use GenAI in the school environment. A survey of 56 Pancasila Education teachers in Magetan Regency at the junior high school level revealed their views on GenAI. Through written reflections, optimistic views about the role of GenAI in education were identified among the teachers, and several strategic ideas were proposed. Thematic analysis revealed three main practices for implementing AI: teaching/learning, administration, and assessment. However, three key challenges were also identified: school readiness, teachers' AI competency, and students' literacy and ethics in AI use. The results indicate that teachers have positive attitudes toward GenAI's potential to improve learning, teaching, and administration, but face obstacles such as limited competency, digital ethical risks, and unequal access to technology. Key findings emphasize the importance of three strategic aspects: teacher capacity building through case-based training, developing ethical guidelines for the use of AI in schools, and providing adequate infrastructure and technical support. The contributions given from the results of this study is to develop an effective strategy to embrace GenAI in Education so that it can encourage the transformation of educational culture that not only prioritizes technological skills, but also instills national character in the digital era.

Abstract

Pancasila-based green election reform is positioned as a strategy to strengthen democracy with integrity while simultaneously orienting toward sustainability and environmental awareness. Using the Multivocal Literature Review method, this study examined 69 secondary documents from regulations, journals, proceedings, reports, and books. This international and national literature review utilized large databases such as Scopus and Web of Science. Government documents, such as laws, regulations, and other supporting documents, were retrieved from Indonesian legal web sources. Two concepts were used: environmental and political education. These two concepts were used solely for conceptual understanding. The analysis was then conducted based on existing regulations in Indonesia, then integrated with the values ​​of Pancasila. The results show that although regulations on environmental political education exist, their implementation remains weak, and the values ​​of divinity, humanity, unity, deliberation, and justice have not been reflected in environmental election performance indicators. Key recommendations include green compliance indicators in the evaluation and ethics of organizers, low emission campaigns that are inclusive of all groups including people with disabilities, the establishment of a green election task force, the development of a green election deliberation module, and the management of campaign material waste to promote a just and sovereign green democracy in line with Pancasila.
