Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Media Ulead Video Knowledge Technologi the Learning Outcomes of Students Lesson In Economics in SMA PGRI Gelumbang. Research conducted experiments with this type of research is the design of the Pre-Experimental Design One-Group Pretest form-posttest design is using pretest and posttest with as much as 5 treatment sessions. The population is the entire class X consisting of 4 classes second semester of the school year 2013/2014, amounting to 143 people. By using random cluster sampling technique derived class X.4 as an experimental class treated media Ulead Video .Data collection techniques was obtained by using tests and observation. Statistics were used to analyze the data in a statistical parametric verification is through hypothesis testing (t-test) using t-test formula product moment and the significance level (α) = 5% and df = n-2 so (df =30 -2 = 28). The results of hypothesis testing using t-test obtained tcount ttable 2,473 while 1,714. thus the hypothesis proposed in this study can diterime truth, that there are influences learning media ulead video Content Knowledge of the learning outcomes of students in the subject of economics at SMA PGRI Gelumbang. Its influence can be seen in the comparison of learning outcomes of students in the experimental class with a mean pretest and posttest by by 76.2. That mean media ulead video. Therefore, it is advisable for teachers to implement instructional media ulead video as an alternative to improve the learning outcomes of students.

Abstract

This research is aimed to describe the professional competences of economic teachers at SMA Negeri Kecamatan Ilir Barat I Palembang. It is a qualitative descriptive research. The subjects of this research were all of economic teachers forwhom had educational sertificate at SMA Negeri Kecamatan Ilir Barat I Palembang. The data collection was done through observation,interview, and documentation. In analyzing the data, the researcher used descriptive data analysis through data reduction, data classification, data interpretation, data display, and inference. Validity test was conducted through source triangulation. The result shows that the highest indicator was learning planning shows the results of 91,66%, itꞌs indicated a highest criteria. Understanding of professional development shows the results of 82,23% itꞌs indicated a highest criteria, so the average total of both indicator show the results of 87,02% itꞌs indicated a highest criteria.

Abstract

The teaching profession is a complex and challenging profession. In addition it must be competent and mastered the science that was involved, teachers also charged must be capable of creative, innovative, and inspiring when teaching in the classroom. It is not easy to become a professional. As a professional teacher who dedicated himself to education, teachers must be routinely adding their knowledge by reading and writing. Thereby you can summarize the valuable experience for the important things like understanding the instructional design, understanding learning styles of students, as well as the utilization of the internet in learning.Activities conducted by teachers such as these can be poured in a classroom research conducted by teachers through Classroom Action Research activities or better known as PTK. The purpose of the the activities of this devotion is producing material on how that can be done by teachers in improving the professionalism of teachers in the High School State Srijaya Palembang through Class Action Research Activities (PTK). This devotion activities carried out in the High School State Srijaya Palembang and followed by 20 teachers from a variety of different fields of study. A model of devotion used was mentorship with methods of delivery of material concerningthe Class Action Research (PTK). Evaluation test of understanding PTK with an average of 50 increased to 58.5 in the final test. The increase in accompanied by a very strong interest of participants to be able to make and carry out research activities actions class amounted to 87%. The conslusion of this activity the participants enthusiastically follow the activities of mentoring to improve the ability of professional teachers.

Abstract

The study aimed to prove the effect of snakes and ladders game media on the 11th grade students learning results in economic subject in State Senior High School 10 Palembang. This was experimental study that used Quasi Experimental Design in Post Test Only Control Design. The population of this study were all of the 11th grade social sciences students in State Senior High School 10 Palembang in the even semester of 2018/2019. The sampling technique used Cluster Random Sampling by drawing so it’s obtained third 11 th grade social sciences as experimental grade and fourth 11 th grade social sciences as control grade. The data werecollected by test and observation. The data analysis techniques on students learning results data were obtained from the post test and grouped into the Minimum Completion Criteria category and the data observation analyses were obtained from observer’s observations during the learning process. The hypothesis used parametric statistics with pearson product moment correlation, coefficient determination then t-test with the polled variance formula was conducted and it’s obtained tcounted (15,09) ≥ ttable (1,674) so Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. It could be concluded that there was the effect of snakes and ladders game media on the 11th grade students learning results in economic subject in State Senior High School 10 Palembang.
