Abstract

Madurese written batik has not received much attention from the outside community. Tresna Art is here as a pioneer in imaging Madurese Written Batik, here to showcase the beauty of Madurese Written Batik through social media Instagram Tresna Art Bangkalan in the digital era. Instagram is an effective social media platform for implementing marketing communication strategies. This research aims to determine the use of Tresna Art social media as a means of marketing communication and determine the optimization of social media at Tresna Art Bangkalan as a means of marketing communication in the digital era. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, using New Media theory It is hoped that this research can solve problems regarding the topic studied, and can provide suggestions as material for assessing Tresna Art in optimizing social media as a marketing tool. Keywords: Madura Written Batik, Instagram Social Media, marketing communications

Abstract

LINE Corporation merupakan salah satu perusahaan media komunikasi yang awalnya fokus pada fitur perpesanan instan dan news aggregator. Namun seiring berjalannya waktu perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi berubah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Fokus penelitian ini pada perkembangan industri media baru yakni LINE Corporation dan fenomena Financial Technology. Melalui analisis ekonomi politik media tren financial technology terbongkar memiliki praktik spasialisasi yang mendominasi geografis Asia khususnya di Indonesia, Korea, Jepang, Thailand dan Taiwan. Tiga klasifikasi utama yang ditemukan adalah; produk dan layanan, afiliasi serta layanan financial technology. Dalam 3 tahun terakhir, financial technology menjadi strategi industri bisnis yang paling menjanjikan. Inilah dampak kerja sama dengan perusahaan kapital yang mampu mendominasi dan menghegemoni pasar. LINE semakin dekat untuk mewujudkan ekosistem digital di Indonesia dengan menerapkan taglinenya ”closing the distance”, sehingga tidak ada lagi jarak dan waktu yang tidak menguntungkan bagi indsutri ini. Kata kunci: Spasialisasi, Ekonomi Politik Media, LINE Corporation, Financial Technology, New Media

Abstract

Language is a variety of spoken and non-spoken which becomes verbal and non-verbal language in the communication science. The presence of the “Anak Jaksel" language as a popular culture in Indonesia is present through diction or special word equivalents such as (literally, which is, prefer). The main objective of this study is to find cyberbullying in texts on social media, Twitter. In social media, issues and phenomena are experienced as part of social construction. This research is a qualitative research using a descriptive analysis method. The researcher uses the observation method on social media with texts that are entered in searches through the hashtag #AnakJaksel, as well as literature studies. The dominant pattern of cyberbullying in this study is impersonation and dark jokes. The existence of "Anak Jaksel" is marked by the diction that is repeatedly expressed. This reinforcement then appears with the identity that is formed afterwards, namely by making the process of imitating and joking in dark jokes an act of cyberbullying that is formed. Cyberbullying is a form of social construction with the role of “Selebtwit” as social actors. Keywords: Cyberbullying, Social Media, Bahasa Anak Jaksel

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap makna work-life balance (WLB) bagi mahasiswa yang menjalani magang di sektor industri kreatif, menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap lima mahasiswa magang di bidang media digital, event organizer, dan start-up, yang dipilih secara purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa makna WLB sangat dipengaruhi oleh fleksibilitas kerja, budaya lembur, dan ekspektasi profesional. Mahasiswa merasakan ketidakseimbangan antara kehidupan pribadi dan pekerjaan, terutama saat jam kerja melewati batas atau adanya pekerjaan di luar jobdesk awal. Beberapa mahasiswa mengalami tekanan psikologis akibat komunikasi di luar jam kerja dan kurangnya batasan peran. Namun, terdapat pula mahasiswa yang mampu menjaga keseimbangan berkat dukungan lingkungan kerja yang sehat, jobdesk sesuai minat, dan kebebasan waktu. Aktivitas seperti self-reward menjadi cara mereka mempertahankan stabilitas emosional. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya kebijakan magang yang fleksibel dan berorientasi pada kesejahteraan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini juga menegaskan bahwa persepsi selektif mahasiswa terhadap pengalaman magang sangat dipengaruhi oleh struktur organisasi, budaya kerja, serta mekanisme coping individu dalam menghadapi tekanan.
