Abstract

Pemahaman tentang maksud hadis biasanya dapat difahami dengan membaca syarhnya. Akan tetapitidak semua hadis dapat difahami hanya sebatas memahami syarh hadis, karena satu hadis terkadangmemiliki keterkaitan dengan hadis-hadis lain untuk dapat memahami secara obyektif dari berbagaisegi. Dalam masyarakat masa kini masih mempercayai pekara-perkara yang tidak beralasan sepertiterm sial. Dampaknya menghubung-hubungkan sesuatu yang tidak ada kaitannya menjadi penyebabkesialan itu sendiri. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah library research denganpendekatan studi ma’ani al Hadis dan menghasilakn beberapa simpulan yaitu: Pertama hadis tersebutdari segi kualitasnya temasuk hadis sahih karena memiliki syawahid dan tawabi’, hadis terebut selainriwayat ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Amr juga Sahl ibn Sa’d, Hukaim ibn Mu’awanah, Abu Hurairah dan ‘Aisyah. Kedua, memahami al syu’m dalam hadis Nabi SAW secara bahasa mempunyai makna sebaliknya karena didapati beberapa hadis baik dari segi definisi maupun kronologis hadis. Ketiga, pemahamanhadis secara kontekstual dapat dilakukan dengan melihat latar belakang munculnya Hadis (asbab alWurud) sebagaimana riwayat siti ‘Aisyah r.a sehingga hadis tentang مؤشلا konteksnya yaitu Nabimenceritakan masa lampau yaitu zaman jahiliyah dengan kata lain tidak ada legitimasi kesialanterhadap ketiganya

Abstract

In this article, it explains the tolerance that exists in the teachings of Hinduism, in terms of the concept of teachings, texts or memorabilia, and practices and forms of application. Then, related to the concept of teaching tolerance is very much in Hinduism. But, it will be explained a little which includes Tri Hita Karana which defines three balance relations. Then, there is Panca Sradha which means five beliefs in Hinduism. Then, Tat Twam Asih which means a teaching about morality in Hinduism. Then, there is Tri Kaya Parisudha which defines three behaviors that must be sanctified, and others. One of the most well-known questions and guidelines in the life of the nation and state is Bhinneka Tunggal Ika tan hana dharma mangrwa, which if concluded we (all religious people) have many ways to achieve unity. This study uses a qualitative method by conducting interviews and direct observation of Hindu religious figures in East Java, besides that the author also conducts literature studies on various Hindu religious references. This study found that there were a variety of activities carried out by Hindus in the Amertha Juanda Pura Jala siddhi containing tolerance. Usually they do Social Services, Indonesia Celebrates the Difference which is attended by all religious people, again Semalam Nusantara Sidoarjo is an activity that is attended by several different ethnic groups.

Abstract

Pluralism is the most beautiful gift and sunnatullah that must be accepted in this life. In reality a country must have diversity in terms of ethnicity, culture, and even religion and Indonesia is a country with the highest application of pluralism in the world. That the country of Indonesia is a country formed from cultural, ethnic and diverse religious diversity not only one culture or one religion. Creating plurality or diversity is one of God's will, so God also creates various kinds of concepts so that plurality itself does not collide with each other even if there is a clash, then it can be resolved properly. Even in the Qur'an the plurality is highly valued, in the Qur'an there are also many verses that explain plurality. Starting from how pluralism is created, then recognizing the existence of something diferent from what is belived to appreciate any differences that exist. In the Qur'an there are guidelines in living a good life therefore Muslims are encouraged to learn and apply what is in it. Especially in understanding differences that in essence is the will of God. One of Al Zamakhsha>ri>'s opinions in his book, Al Kasyaf's interpretation, says that Allah creates a difference in this life so that people can know each other and not get caught up in their own stupidity then compete in terms of goodness.

Abstract

In the millennial era it is very important in describing the lives of interfaith people on the face of the earth. Various social media certainly become a very important tool for each group to convey ideas quoted based on the teachings of their respective religions. The frequent occurrence of trends in values, morals and ethics causes the relationship between religious people to become increasingly span in the field of trust. Various groups from each religion often complained about their achievements in terms of personality and even on political matters so that such a huge impact is vulnerable to minorities in certain regions. This is where the Qur'an plays a very important role as one of the rejects of Muslim thinking. In addition, the Qur'an also plays an important role for all human beings as social beings without exception. Although al-Qu'an himself has stated that to be one does not have to be the same. Different religions, cultures, nationalities or others is not a limiting thing to build a harmony of living together. It's just that, at the present time many thinkers who stand tall are only for their own sake, don't care about what's around them. For this reason, we are writing a study based on events that often occur on the face of the earth. Inserted with some ideas from several figures and an expert in the interpretation of the Qur'an in order for the writer and the reader to understand more deeply what tolerance is or what harmony is religious life

Abstract

Heterogeneous religious life requires mutual awareness to respect and maintain tolerance in religious life. Dialogue is one of the efforts to strengthen tolerance in religious communities. Inter-religious dialogue also plays a role in preventing the entry of radical ideas into people's mindsets and behavior. This study examines the role of dialogue in building tolerance and counteracting radicalism in the work program of FKUB Mojokerto. The results show that dialogue plays a full role in building narratives and inclusive behavior in religion, it acts as a bulwark of resistance against the entry of radical understanding in religious communities.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Islam and Christianity are religions that have a long history in the life of social communities in Indonesia. The pairs of relations between the two religions have been going on for a long time. Conflict there are several regions in Indonesia that are related to social harmony with various supporting factors that exist in the community. This research will support how the pattern of participation of Islam and Christian minorities, as well as the field of harmony that unites the social relations of the two religions. Then this study is a qualitative study using observation techniques and direct interviews to the field to collect data with research objects. The results of this study suggest that both in Islam and Christianity are related to good relations within a religious and social framework. Furthermore, in building social relations that are found in several religious harmony fields, the yard is a place of worship, a village spring, a village hall and a village field. Abstract

Childfree is a decision not to have children. Childfree itself is considered a common thing on the European continent, in contrast to the case in Indonesia, which is still the pros and cons. This issue deserves to be researched because not a few people, especially in Indonesia, apply it in their lives. However, in this case the author is interested in researching more about childfree in the perspective of the Qur'an.This study uses descriptive-analysis, which is to receive detailed information by explaining about childfree, while this research is qualitative, by using documentation using library research techniques, namely by using data sourced from books and research. which is relevant to the discussion, while in the study of the Qur'an and Tafsir the author uses the Thematic Tafsir method, which is a way of interpreting the Qur'an by taking a certain theme and then collecting verses related to the theme, so as to form a complete idea. In drawing conclusions, the author uses the documentation method, namely by finding and collecting sources of material or literature such as books of interpretation or books that discuss childfree. The results of this thesis research, show that childfree is a decision not to have children. This concept is closely related to women who directly experience the process. In the Qur'an and hadith, there are many explanations related to the bad treatment of the Jahiliyyah Arab community towards women. Until this concept exists as a form of recognition that women can also play an important role in various fields. If having children is only to please people's views without thinking about the situation and future of the child, then it is not good for the household especially children and the roles and responsibilities of parents will be considered trivial.

Abstract

Abstract. Ethnomatematics is the mathematics that is applied by a group of culture unconsciously. The study is conducted at Kalibaru Banyuwangi. The aim of the study is to to describe ethnomatematics and to make a pack of test questions concerning to ethnomatematics on kitchen equipment craftsmen. The type of this research is qualitative with the ethnographic approach and two subject research. Calculating activity appears when determining the length and width of a body with a certain size, determining the height of the filter location, determining the size of the length for the base and lid, making the net cover, determining the volume of parts, determining wages, and making certain diameters. Measuring activity arises when measuring the location of the filter's height, measuring the length and width of the casing, measuring the length of the radius of the base and lid, and measuring the length of the wire. Designing activity arises when the craftsman makes a ruler, makes a filter hole, makes the nets close, and emerge mathematical concept about two-dimentional figure and three-dimentional figure. Making student teaching materials in the form of a package of test questions with the topic of ethnomatematics on craftsmen in the making of dandang with material to construct curved side spaces. Abstract

Testing the overall performance of electric vehicles requires extensive on-road testing with varied conditions. Considering the amount of time and effort required for on-road testing, using a dynamometer as a testing tool can be an alternative. In this research, a dynamometer is modeled so that the load used is equivalent to the load on the urban car of the University of Jember. The purpose of this study is to analyze and validate the dynamometer in accordance with actual road testing conditions. The research was conducted by comparing power consumption measurements obtained from on-road testing with those obtained using a dynamometer. In each test, variations in PWM usage strategies were also applied to determine which PWM variations result in the most efficient power consumption. The study shows that the difference in power measurement results between the on-road testing method and the dynamometer method has a maximum difference of 7.58%. The resulting discrepancy is relatively small, leading to the conclusion that testing with the dynamometer method can represent direct testing. Another result obtained is that the variation of using constant PWM achieves the most efficient energy consumption.

Abstract

Religion and local wisdom are two inseparable parts. The two are intertwined together in society, influencing each other so that they can exist in society, including the Bersih Desa tradition whose presence penetrates the boundaries of religious space. Bersih Desa tradition in Medowo village exists and is carried out jointly by communities across existing religions, namely Hinduism, Islam and Christianity. This research using a qualitative approach seeks to explain the role of culture in society in building harmonious relationships in a society that is heterogeneous in terms of religion, culture and ethnicity. Research data was taken using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The research results show that first, the Bersih Desa tradition penetrates the boundaries of religious teachings, where this tradition is accepted, implemented and preserved by interfaith communities. Second, the Bersih Desa culture plays its role as a bond between religious communities in Medowo, this role is important in the increasingly complex dynamics of community life challenges in the era of globalization
