Abstract

Praktik manajemen modern saat ini berkembang pesat namun cenderung sekuler karena berorientasi pada efisiensi dan target kuantitatif semata, sehingga memicu krisis moral serta dilema tata kelola pada lembaga pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sintesis konseptual antara prinsip manajemen kontemporer, seperti Total Quality Management (TQM) dan Lean Management, dengan nilai-nilai profetik dalam hadis, sekaligus merumuskan strategi penguatannya agar menjadi budaya kerja yang berkelanjutan di lembaga formal. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif berbasis studi kepustakaan untuk mensintesis teori manajerial Barat dengan teks-teks hadis secara dialektis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep continuous improvement dalam TQM selaras dengan nilai ihsan dan itqan (profesionalisme), sedangkan prinsip efisiensi dalam Lean Management sejalan dengan larangan israf (pemborosan). Implementasi praktisnya membentuk manajemen berbasis tauhid dengan fungsi perencanaan berdimensi niyyah, pengorganisasian berbasis meritokrasi ('adl), kepemimpinan yang melayani (servant leadership), serta manajemen aset yang transparan guna memitigasi gharar. Strategi keberlanjutan paradigma ini memerlukan internalisasi melalui keteladanan (uswah hasanah), penyusunan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) berbasis keberkahan, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang beretika menggunakan prinsip tabayyun. Kesimpulannya, integrasi ini merupakan keniscayaan epistemologis yang menggeser tata kelola mekanistik menjadi humanistik-transendental, sehingga lembaga pendidikan Islam mampu bersaing secara global tanpa kehilangan identitas moral dan spiritualnya.

Abstract

The provision of relevant facilities and infrastructure is a main pillar in supporting the quality and effectiveness of the learning process in Islamic educational institutions. However, the fulfillment of facilities is often carried out without careful planning, resulting in off-target allocation and budget inefficiency. This paper aims to analyze the strategy of providing educational facilities based on the utilization of needs assessment results, and to formulate implementation steps within the context of Islamic education. The method used in this study is library research with a qualitative-descriptive approach through critical analysis of various literatures on infrastructure management and educational planning. The results indicate that the systematic use of needs assessment results serves as a crucial database to minimize the gap between the actual condition of facilities and the expected ideal standards. An effective facility provision strategy must pass through the stages of identifying priority needs, drafting fulfillment action plans, allocating accountable budgets, to implementing transparent procurement. The practical implication of this study requires managers of Islamic educational institutions to substantively integrate assessment results into the Medium-Term Work Plan (RKJM) and Annual Work Plan (RKT) so that procurement of facilities can answer real academic needs and support the strengthening of the religious atmosphere of the institution in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Accreditation is a crucial external quality assurance instrument to assess eligibility and drive continuous quality improvement in educational institutions. However, the accreditation process is often perceived by educational units merely as an administrative compliance burden rather than a momentum for evaluative reflection to improve actual quality. This paper aims to analyze the governance policy of school and madrasah accreditation in Indonesia, dissect the principles of accreditation implementation, and formulate the strategic roles that educational institutions must undertake to succeed in the accreditation process. The method used in this study is library research with a qualitative-descriptive approach through critical analysis of government regulations, National Accreditation Board (BAN) guidelines, and literature on quality assurance in Islamic education. The results indicate that current accreditation policies have shifted from a compliance-based paradigm to a substantive performance-based paradigm. The implementation of accreditation is strictly governed by the principles of comprehensiveness, objectivity, fairness, transparency, accountability, and professionalism. The practical implication of this study requires educational institutions to take a proactive role through establishing Internal Quality Assurance Teams (TPMI), conducting honest school self-evaluations (EDS), and fulfilling authentic performance evidence so that accreditation results can reflect and accelerate institutional quality sustainably.

Abstract

Traditional positivist frameworks in educational and social research often over-rely on pre-existing grand theories, resulting in the reduction and "dehumanization" of unique social contexts. Grounded Theory emerges as a rigorous inductive-abductive methodology to construct systematic theories directly rooted in empirical field data. This study aims to analyze the fundamental concepts, philosophical origins (symbolic interactionism), and methodological procedures of Grounded Theory, and to formulate its operational steps within educational research contexts. Operating as a qualitative-descriptive inquiry, this library research critically analyzes primary literature from Glaser, Strauss, Corbin, and Charmaz, utilizing content analysis and comparative triangulation to map out its systematic coding processes. The findings demonstrate that Grounded Theory is a comprehensive research design—rather than a mere data analysis technique—guided by key principles: theoretical sensitivity, theoretical sampling, the constant comparative method, structured coding (open, axial, and selective), memo writing, and theoretical saturation. A rigorous operational simulation of coding regarding facility provisioning for educational needs assessments is provided to illustrate its practical mechanics. The study concludes that Grounded Theory effectively bridges the gap between abstract grand theories and empirical reality, offering a robust, scientifically rigorous, and contextually responsive pathway to develop localized educational theories that are highly relevant to contemporary Indonesian and Islamic education management.
