Abstract

This study aims to examine the implications of integrated school policies on the enhancement of students' holistic intelligence at SDIT Tadzkia, Langsa City. Holistic education, which integrates academic, emotional, social, and spiritual intelligence, is expected to produce students who are intelligent in a comprehensive manner. Using a qualitative approach, this research employs a case study method with observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of the study show that the integrated Islamic school policy at SDIT Tadzkia has a significant impact on the development of students' holistic intelligence. The integration of religious education with the academic curriculum strengthens students' character, while the development of students' social and emotional skills is also enhanced through extracurricular activities and project-based learning. Furthermore, the strengthening of spiritual intelligence supports the formation of students' noble character. The implication of this research is that integrated school policies can serve as an effective model in creating comprehensive and balanced education, which not only focuses on academic achievement but also on the development of character and life skills.

Abstract

Education is the primary foundation for developing good individuals and societies. In an era of increasing globalization and interconnectivity, education faces the challenge of managing the diversity of cultures, religions, and social backgrounds of students. The method for writing the research results of this review article begins with a gap analysis followed by the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses) method. The PRISMA method consists of five stages: 1) defining eligibility criteria, 2) determining information sources, 3) selecting data, 4) collecting data, and 5) collecting data. This curriculum emphasizes four main aspects. The results of the study indicate that a series of management processes are necessary to implement multicultural values education efforts to shape religious character in students in the school environment. These efforts are realized through education, because it is through education that a person's basic character, intellectual, and emotional abilities can be formed in viewing the surrounding reality. This can be interpreted as meaning that education is the process of transmitting culture and simultaneously learning societal norms, through specific methods, so that people acquire knowledge, understanding, and behaviors appropriate to their needs.

Abstract

Universities are institutions of higher learning that play a strategic role in nation building. Developed countries generally have high-quality higher education systems capable of producing superior human resources, innovative research, and significant contributions to economic, social, political, and cultural development. Conversely, the poor quality of higher education often results in a nation's low competitiveness on the global stage . This article aims to explain the Strategic Management of Higher Education from an Islamic perspective. The method used in this article is qualitative research with a Systematic Literature Review approach. Articles were collected from Google Scholar using the PRISMA ( Preferred ) search process . R e p or t ing I t e m f o r Sy s t e m ic R e vi e wsand​ M e ta- a n a ly ses ) . Then​​​​ done​​​​​​​ analysis​​​​​​ is i s e c a ra de s k r i p t i f. The results found that strategic management is based on the strategy formulation stage, the formulation of the decided strategy must be calculated in order to provide the greatest benefit for the company, with activities ranging from developing a business mission, understanding external opportunities and threats, determining internal strengths and weaknesses and establishing long-term objective plans. Strategy implementation, is formulating to change the established strategy into a management action. Activities at this stage include annual objective policies, allocating resources and mobilizing organizational actors. Strategy evaluation, is the final stage of strategic management with its main activities being to review the internal and external factors that form the basis of the current strategy, measuring performance and taking corrective action.
