Abstract

Indonesia is a country vulnerable to earthquakes, including the Blitar district located in zone 3. In the world of civil engineering, various types of building structures such as moment carrier frames and slider carrier frameworks are designed to meet different needs. Concrete structures, rigid frames, and wall frames are important components in building design. The Indonesian National Standard 1726 of 2019 sets out the methodology of earthquake resilience planning. Through quantitative research with the help of SAP2000, the structural analysis of RSUD Ngudi Waluyo's body recovery building showed sufficient strength and stability of the building in the face of earthquake loads.

Abstract

Monitoring kondisi jembatan merupakan aspek penting dalam menjamin keamanan, keandalan, dan umur layanan infrastruktur transportasi. Metode inspeksi konvensional yang masih banyak digunakan memiliki keterbatasan dalam menyediakan data kondisi struktur secara real-time dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perkembangan teknologi monitoring lendutan jembatan berbasis Internet of Things (IoT), mengevaluasi efektivitas teknologi yang digunakan, serta mengidentifikasi arah pengembangannya di masa depan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan menganalisis berbagai artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan pada periode 2021–2025 dari database Scopus, ScienceDirect, Springer, IEEE Xplore, dan MDPI. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi sensor digital, Wireless Sensor Network (WSN), cloud computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), dan digital twin mampu meningkatkan efektivitas monitoring struktur melalui pengukuran yang lebih akurat, real-time, dan berkelanjutan dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Selain itu, perkembangan teknologi monitoring jembatan telah bergeser dari sistem pemantauan sederhana menuju sistem prediktif yang mampu mendeteksi dan memprediksi potensi kerusakan struktur secara dini. Dengan demikian, penerapan IoT berpotensi mendukung terwujudnya konsep Smart Bridge Infrastructure yang lebih aman, efisien, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The Education Unit Revitalization Program aims to modernize and improve the quality of education across Indonesia through infrastructure enhancement, digitalized learning systems, and capacity building for educators. SMPN 5 Takisung is one of the target schools, with construction activities in the administration and health unit rooms, covering work from foundation to roof. Each project stage carries potential risks that require careful supervision regarding time, cost, and quality. The program involves Planning, Supervisory,Organizer , and Facilitators for guidance, monitoring, and educating the school staff. Implementation includes initial assessment, training and mentoring, and evaluation. The outcome is expected to enhance the school’s understanding and ability to manage development projects effectively.
