Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing the influence of the principal's transformational leadership as an effort to improve teacher performance in Vocational High Schools (SMK). This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method based on the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. This study uses narrative synthesis and thematic analysis of twelve national and international scientific articles that are appropriate and relevant to the research topic with a publication period of 2016-2026. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership has an important role in improving teacher performance driven by four dimensions, namely idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. These dimensions play a role in improving teacher professionalism, work motivation, work discipline, learning innovation, job satisfaction, and teacher academic productivity. This relationship is strengthened by the presence of mediating variables in the form of work motivation, self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and learning organization, so that this leadership supports the Teaching Factory (TEFA), digitalization of learning, collaboration between institutions, and graduate work readiness. This study presents a concise and integrated synthesis of the strategic role of transformational leadership carried out by school principals as an effort to improve teacher performance and vocational education in particular in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of implementing green technology and sustainable materials in the development process of environmentally friendly schools and their impact on the learning environment and educational achievement. This study applies a qualitative Systematic Literature Review methodology. To systematically integrate the scientific literature, narrative synthesis and thematic analysis methods are employed. Based on the analysis results, it can be stated that green technology plays a highly important role in improving energy efficiency and indoor environmental quality, while sustainable materials provide a significant contribution to reducing environmental impacts throughout the building life cycle. The combination of these two elements is capable of enhancing thermal comfort, air quality, and natural lighting, which positively affect students’ ability to concentrate, think critically, and support the creation of a more effective and healthier learning process. In this context, the research emphasizes the importance of an integrated approach in designing school buildings that simultaneously considers green technology and sustainable materials in order to create an environmentally friendly, sustainable educational environment that supports the improvement of students’ learning quality.

Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing the role of entrepreneurial mindset as a key determinant in shaping students' entrepreneurial readiness. This study is based on the importance of comprehensively understanding the factors that influence students' entrepreneurial readiness. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA approach through the analysis of 12 relevant scientific articles from 2016–2026. Data analysis was conducted using narrative synthesis and thematic analysis to identify patterns of relationships between variables that contribute to students' entrepreneurial readiness. The results show that entrepreneurial mindset plays a role in connecting psychological factors (self-efficacy, motivation, creativity, resilience), entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial skills, and external factors such as the entrepreneurial ecosystem, social media, and role models. The findings also indicate that entrepreneurship education does not have a direct impact, but the formation of an entrepreneurial mindset and the support of a conducive environment will have a direct impact on students' entrepreneurial readiness. The novelty of this research lies in the development of an integrative synthesis model that positions entrepreneurial mindset as a key variable bridging all determinants of students' entrepreneurial readiness.
