Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of any proceduresthat affect consumer decision in purchasing the home , either partially orsimultaneously between the marketing mix consisting of price , product , promotion ,and the location of the consumer's decision to purchase the house at PT. Rimbunespecially leafy Green Hills Regency Trenggalek housing residents. Methods ofstatistical analysis used multiple linear regression analysis . Results of this researchindicate that the dimension of the tax procedure consists of price , product , promotionand location simultaneously significantly influence consumer decision in purchasing aresidential home in Green Hills Regency Trenggalek. While partially dimensions ofprice , product , promotion and location have a significant influence on consumerdecisions in the purchase of a residential home in Green Hills Regency Trenggalek.Keywords : Price , Product , Promotion , location , and Consumer Decision .

Abstract

The public interest to establish SMEs continue to increase, but many of them do not have the ability to manage finances. Knowledge of financial analysis , particularly for business activity is necessary, because with such knowledge of SMEs will be able to book their business finances and be able to distinguish business finance , venture capital , as well as personal finances . This was the case in the SMEs that are members of cooperatives (Kop - Uber) Talangagung District of Malang. SMEs are generally not have the knowledge and the ability to record and analyze the effort. So that they find it difficult to meet its obligations as a member of the cooperative. Therefore, there should be training and mentoring members of the financial analysis for Kop - Uber. Training and assistance was done on two groups of SMEs as Partners.This activity istransfer knowledge of financial analysis for the group of partners who are members of Kop - Uber. After training and mentoring, participants gain knowledge of : (1) how to perform financial analysis efforts, (2) is able to record financial matters related to its business , among others, are able to make cash flow, balance sheet , income statement , classifying the various types of costs, and calculate the cost of production. (3) the analysis of bookkeeping, is expected to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of business, and thus the expected participation of the cooperatives are becoming increasingly active and flowing. (4) Furthermore, participants are trained to analyze the business, financial record attempt, it is expected that trainees can pass on their knowledge to other members

Abstract

Accurate information is a major requirement for management in carrying out all activities related to achieving the stated goals. This information has an important role in the process of controlling and making decisions on the company's operations that have been and will be carried out, so that it can be said that the success of management depends on the information and whether information is owned accurately. Internal payroll system for good payroll is expected later ease the burden of payroll, so that it can be used as a monitoring tool for the company. Therefore, in a company there needs to be an adequate payroll system and procedure which includes recording time attendance, recording working time, making payroll, making procedures for proof of cash out, salary distribution procedures and procedures for payment of wages in which the implementation is an internal control. The results of the study explained that payroll accounting systems, payroll systems, payroll procedures and organizational structure simultaneously affect internal control of the Pirm Nirmala Hospital and partially each payroll accounting system, payroll system, payroll procedure, and organizational structure also very influential for control intern of Panti Nirmala Hospital Malang. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memaknai manajemen bisnis Islami yang dijalankan oleh penjual bubur sehingga menghasilkan bisnis yang bukan hanya sebagai kegiatan yang bersifat self interest akan tetapi bisnis sebagai kehidupan yang menghidupi, dan juga memberikan gambaran lingkungan bisnis yang holistik dengan mengintegrasikan unsur spiritual religi-sosial ke dalam bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan fenomenologi yang diekstensikan dengan konsep Tauhid Al-Faruqi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen bisnis Islami mendasarkan kegiatannya pada ketaatan, istiqomah, keikhlasan yang disandarkan pada Allah SWT sehingga memunculkan manajemen bisnis Lillahi Ta’ala dengan Tauhid sebagai landasan utamanya, hal ini membuka jalan pembebasan ekonomi Islam yang masih terkurung dalam bayang-bayang ekonomi kapitalis.
