Abstract

This study, entitled The Influence of Garasi Drift’s Content as an Automotive Influencer on Social Media toward Purchase Intention of Car Modification Products, aims to analyze the influence of Garasi Drift’s content as a Mega Influencer on consumers’ impulsive buying interest in automotive modification products. The research object consists of social media followers of Garasi Drift who actively engage with automotive-related digital content. This study employs a quantitative approach using an online survey method distributed to 250 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The collected data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS software. The findings indicate that the congruence between consumers, influencers, and products has a positive effect on impulsive buying intention, and the Wishful Identification factor strengthens this relationship. The study concludes that content created by mega automotive influencers such as Garasi Drift can shape consumer perception, emotional attachment, and stimulate spontaneous purchase behavior toward modification products. The results contribute theoretically to the development of digital marketing studies and provide practical implications for automotive brands and influencers in designing more effective communication and content strategies.

Abstract

Indonesia’s national health insurance program (Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional/JKN), managed by BPJS Kesehatan, has achieved near-universal coverage with over 276 million participants as of 2024, representing 98.19% of the population. Despite this quantitative success, qualitative challenges persist in achieving satisfactory healthcare experiences, particularly in hospitals primarily serving BPJS patients. Common concerns include long waiting times, complex administrative procedures, service disparities compared to private-pay patients, and limited access to specialists. This study investigates how customer expectations, patient experience, and perceived value influence patient satisfaction among BPJS participants at RS Indriati Solo Baru. It also examines trust as a mediating variable and social media usage as a moderating factor. Using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SmartPLS), data from 340 BPJS patients were analyzed. Findings reveal that customer expectations significantly affect both experience and satisfaction, while patient experience positively influences trust and satisfaction. Perceived value has a strong impact on trust and satisfaction, and trust mediates the relationship between experience and satisfaction. Social media usage directly affects satisfaction, though its moderating role is unsupported. These results validate Expectation Confirmation Theory, SERVQUAL, and trust-based frameworks within Indonesia’s health insurance system, offering insights for enhancing service quality, digital engagement, and patient-centered care.

Abstract

This study investigates the strategic roles of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM), Social Media Influencers, E-Marketing, Trust, and Intention to Purchase in fostering Customer Happiness within the TikTok Live Shopping platform in Indonesia. Employing a quantitative approach, a survey was administered to 324 active TikTok Live Shopping users, and the collected data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that E-Marketing significantly influences Customer Happiness (T-Test = 4.9586), Intention to Purchase (T-Test = 6.1344), and Trust (T-Test = 9.8557). Interestingly, E-WOM and Social Media Influencers do not directly impact Customer Happiness. However, E-WOM significantly affects Trust (T-Test = 3.5470), while Social Media Influencers significantly influence Intention to Purchase (T-Test = 6.8632). Furthermore, Intention to Purchase is proven to positively and significantly enhance Customer Happiness (T-Test = 4.6848), and Trust emerges as a very strong predictor of Customer Happiness (T-Test = 8.3383). These findings suggest that within TikTok Live Shopping, E-Marketing, Trust, and Intention to Purchase are the primary drivers of customer happiness, with E-WOM and Social Media Influencers playing crucial roles in building trust and stimulating purchase intentions, which ultimately lead to happiness. This research contributes to digital marketing literature by providing an in-depth understanding of consumer behavior dynamics in interactive e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

Objective: How customer orientation and competitor orientation influence the export marketing performance of coffee-exporting micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), while assessing the mediating role of disruptive innovation and the moderating role of organizational flexibility. The study also highlights the relevance of these capabilities to SDG 8 and SDG 9 through inclusive export growth and innovation-driven competitiveness. Method: A quantitative explanatory design was employed using survey data from 116 coffee-exporting MSMEs in Central Java, Indonesia, selected through purposive sampling. The relationships among the constructs were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3. Results: Customer orientation significantly improved export marketing performance, whereas competitor orientation had no significant direct effect. Both customer and competitor orientation significantly promoted disruptive innovation, which in turn enhanced export marketing performance. Disruptive innovation significantly mediated both market-orientation dimensions, and flexibility strengthened its positive effect on export marketing performance. Novelty: Integrating disruptive innovation as a mediating mechanism and flexibility as a boundary condition in a single export-marketing model for coffee MSMEs. The model explains how market intelligence can be converted into adaptive innovation and stronger export outcomes, offering an SDG-aligned pathway for resilient MSME internationalization.
