Abstract

MSMEs are one of the business pillars that have an important role in the ‎Indonesian economy as evidenced by their contribution to GDP of 61.07% or ‎equivalent to 8,573.89 trillion rupiahs. In this all-digital era, MSME activities are ‎already using e-commerce in the transaction process. One of the things that affect ‎the performance of MSMEs is the recording of financial accounting related to ‎business decision-making such as investment and so on. Accounting knowledge, ‎business scale, and education level of MSME business owners are factors that ‎influence the use of e-commerce-based accounting information in MSMEs. The purpose of this ‎study was to find out the influence of knowledge, business scale, and level of ‎education on the use of e-commerce-based accounting information in MSMEs. ‎The data analysis method used was multiple linear analysis with a sample of ‎MSMEs that have used e-commerce-based accounting information in Wonogiri ‎Regency. The results obtained were the significance value of accounting ‎knowledge was 0.006 <0.05, which means this variable had a significant and ‎positive influence on the use of e-commerce-based accounting information. The ‎significance value of the business scale was 0.000 <0.05, which means this ‎variable had a significant and positive influence on the use of e-commerce-based ‎accounting information. The significance value of education level was 0.000 ‎‎<0.05, which means this variable had a significant and positive influence on the ‎use of e-commerce-based accounting information. The conclusion obtained is that ‎the three variables, namely accounting knowledge, business scale, and level of ‎education had a significant and simultaneous influence on the use of e-commerce-‎based accounting information with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.‎

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the significance of the effect of restaurant image on behavioral intention (2) the significance of the influence of restaurant image on consumer satisfaction (3) the significance of the influence of consumer satisfaction on behavioral intention (4) the influence of restaurant image on behavioral intention mediated by customer satisfaction. This study took place in the Kemuning Nature Tourism area, Karanganyar Regency. This study used a sample of 100 respondents with accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used path analysis, t test and Sobel test. The results of the study show that (1) Restaurant image has a significant effect on behavioral intention. (2) Restaurant image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on behavioral intention. (4) The influence of restaurant image on behavioral intention is mediated by customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that all hypotheses are accepted

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, compensation and work environment on the performance of PDAM Employees, Sragen Regency in 2022. This research was conducted to determine the effect both partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative case study. Primary data was obtained from research by distributing questionnaires to research respondents. The research population was 275 respondents, with sampling using the Simple Random Sampling technique, so the number of samples in this study was 73 respondents. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, f test, t test, and test the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that partially the work discipline and compensation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment variable has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline, compensation, and work environment variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The influence of work discipline, compensation, and work environment variables is 58.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work motivation and employee performance on the quality of car body cable products at PT. Karanganyar Indo Auto Systems both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study were employees of PT. Karanganyar Indo Auto Systems quallity assurance department/section. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a total of 58 respondents, where the sample size was determined through thearikunto formula. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS Statistical 22 test tool. The results showed that partially leadership style has a significant positive effect on product quality, partial work motivation has a significant positive effect on product quality, partially employee performance has a significant positive effect on product quality, simultaneously leadership style, work motivation and employee performance have a significant positive effect on product quality

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of training, HR development, motivation on the performance of the Primkoppol Sukoharjo Cooperative employees in 2022. The method used in this study was the sampling method from the population, the object of this study was the Work of the Primkoppol Sukoharjo Cooperative Employees. Data were processed using SPSS by testing validity, reliability, classic assumption test, t test, F test, and R2 test. In this study, 21 respondents were used. The results of this study are training (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) employee performance which is proven to be true, the t value is 11,866 > 1,920 and the significance value is 0.003 1,920 and a significance value of 0.006 1,920 and a significance value of 0,000 2.93 with a significance of 0.000

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on Shopee marketplace purchasing decisions in the Solo Raya community, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The sampling used in this research is using the Non-Probability Purposive Sampling method. The number of samples studied was 100 respondents who were Shopee marketplace users who had made purchases more than 2 times. The data analysis technique used in this research is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t-test, f test, and the coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a partial effect on purchasing decisions, price partially affects purchasing decisions and promotions partially affect purchasing decisions. The four variables simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of educational background and work experience on the work ethic of PT. PAN Brothers Tbk Sragen either partially or simultaneously. The hypothesis in this study is that educational background and work experience influence the work ethic of PT. PAN Brothers  Tbk Sragen either partially or simultaneously. This research is a survey research with a quantitative research type. The data used in this study uses primary data from the results of the respondents' questionnaire answers. The research population is all employees at PT. PAN Brothers Tbk Sragen with a sample of 110 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and test the coefficient of determination. The results of the study draw the conclusion that educational background and work experience have a significant effect on the work ethic of PT. PAN Brothers Tbk Sragen either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine market performance through the two dimensions of customer and competitor orientation. The mediating role of learning organization was examined in the correlation of customer with competitor orientation and coffee export marketing performance in Central Java MSMEs. Furthermore, the moderating role of entrepreneurial orientation was analyzed in the learning organization impact on export marketing performance. The sample consisted of 116 coffee-exporting MSMEs in the Central Java region, Indonesia, selected based on specified criteria. Our data analysis used PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling) to examine the connections between variables. Our findings revealed that 1) customer orientation and learning organization significantly affect export marketing performance, 2) competitor orientation do not significantly affect export marketing performance, 3) Customer and competitor orientation had significant and indirect impact on learning organization and export marketing performance, respectively, and 4) Entrepreneurial orientation moderated the influence of learning organization on export marketing performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi terhadap loyalitas nasabah. (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kepercayaan, dan promosi secara simultan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Sampel adalah nasabah deposito PT Bank Victoria Tbk. Solo berjumlah 60 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner melalui pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Kesimpulan dari hasil pengujian setiap hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. (2) Kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. (3) Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. (4) Kualitas pelayanan, kepercayaan, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Loyalitas nasabah.
