Abstract

Rolling element bearing fault on industrial machine can cause a serious problem in that industry because the whole production process willshuting down in a fiew times or days. That condition can cause a big losses on that company. Therefore, in this study the researchers will implement the support vector machine method to build an intelligent system for diagnosing rolling element bearing fault. so the rolling element bearing can be repaired or replaced before total damage occurs. The benefit are the company can minimize the losses caused by rolling element bearing fault.The vibration data from the Rolling element bearing will be extracted by using feature extraction to define a mapping the data from the original representation space into a new space where the classes are more easily separable and then the data will be processed with support vector machine method. After that, we can analyze the result to diagnose the rolling element bearing condition.Keywords : Intelligent System, Rolling Element Bearing Fault, SVM.

Abstract

Administration At the "Merdeka madiun" university clinic currently not well ordered and have not utilised IT technology, for it needs to build an information system that contains track records of patients who have done the examination or treatment at an independent "Merdeka madiun" university clinic. For that, we need to think about how to make information system of patient data recap at "Merdeka madiun" university clinic. So that traceable history of patient health and Built a Patient Data Recap at the "Merdeka madiun" university with an android and web-based opensource platform.

Abstract

Development Natural Disaster Information Geografis System is a website service utilizing digital map service. To facilitate the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) and the Community of Madiun Regency in providing and receiving information about the occurrence of Natural Disasters in Madiun District, the need for the application of information systems. The information system can display the points where the Natural Disasters occur. With the Information System, everyone can see the location of the map of the disaster occurrence area along with the description of the area. in this study developed a "Natural Disaster Information System at Madiun district". System development using Build and Fix method, because it is considered fast in making the system. The built system can be expected to assist BPBD officers in performing their duties. So that the system built must have the ability to form information accurately the occurrence of natural disasters. Therefore, the disaster information system in Madiun district has been tested using blackbox method, with 100% system success rate. Keywords : Web, Madiun District, Natural Disaster, Information Geografis System, Build and Fix, Blackbox

Abstract

Banyaknya pengguna internet membuat semakin bermunculnya layanan yang berbasis internet seperti e-Commerce. Ketidak samaan sistem E-Commerce untuk proses transaksi di beberapa situs membuat pengguna harus beradaptasi dengan sistem tersebut. Untuk itu perlu adanya sistem jual beli yang lebih nyaman bagi pengguna dan dapat lebih memudahkan bertransaksi.Untuk meningkatakan kenyaanan system, desain E-Commerce yang lebih memfokuskan pada pengguna dengan menggunakan standarisasi tata kelola sistem informasi Cobit 4.1 dengan fokus pada Customer Perspective. Bentuk dari standart tersebut adalah tujuan IT (IT Goal) sistem yang digunakan untuk membuat dasar desain system E-Commerce.

Abstract

Abstract— The majority of the people of Jatimulyo Village are involved in agriculture, to broaden their horizons and hone the creativity of the younger generation to be more developed among them by providing skills training in making concrete blocks which can later be used to prepare business for the procurement sector. Besides being able to reduce the unemployment rate, it can also improve the community's economy. Increasingly, development growth in the construction sector tends to increase so that market opportunities for material marketing, especially concrete blocks, will certainly increase. The results obtained by conducting brick building training are to increase the insight and skills of youth youth in making concrete blocks, as well as to improve the welfare of youth youth and village residents in particular. Keywords—: concrete blocks; socialization; material; tools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran kepemimpinan Inspektur Kabupaten Magetan dalam memoderasi pengaruh Profesionalisme Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Inspektorat Kabupaten Magetan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Magetan. Data populasi sebanyak 47 orang. Untuk menjaring data, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Kuesioner dengan skala likert berbentuk checklist yang berisi mengenai pernyataan yang berhubungan dengan variabel-variabel penelitian dengan 5 alternatif jawaban untuk mengukur setiap variabel penelitian. Variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini meliputi: Profesionalisme Kerja (X1), Motivasi Kerja (X2), Kepemimpinan Inspektur (Z), dan Kinerja ASN (Y). Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji pengaruh moderasi yakni Uji selisih mutlak quasi moderated dari Multiple Linear Regression dengan menggunakan program statistic SPSS for windows 16. Hasil penelitian :-  Profesionalisme Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Apartatur Sipil Negara; -  Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Apartatur Sipil Negara. - Kepemimpinan Inspektur memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Apartatur Sipil Negara. Dengan demikian Profesionalisme Kerja dapat digunakan sebagai variabel moderasi; - Profesionalisme Kerja dengan Kepemimpinan Inspektur sebagai variabel moderasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Apartatur Sipil Negara dan - Motivasi Kerja dengan Kepemimpinan Inspektur sebagai variabel moderasi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara.

Abstract

AbstrakMatapencaharian masyarakat di Kabupaten Madiun mayoritas adalah petani. Di masa pandemi COVID-19 ini khususnya petani baru harus memikirkan cara bertani yang tepat, dalam pemilihan varietas tanaman pangan yang ditanam. Karena ketepatan pemilihan tanaman pangan akan berpengaruh pada perekonomian masyarakat khususnya pedesaan. Desa Cabean, Kecamatan Sawahan, Kabupaten Madiun mayoritas penduduknya bekerja sebagai petani. Varietas tanaman pangan yang ditanam diantaranya padi, tebu, dan kedelai tergantung pada musim dan perekonomian masyarakat. Perekonomian masyarakat yang dimaksud bertujuan untuk memenuhi biaya pengelolaan dan penghasilan dalam satu tahun.Untuk membantu petani dalam memilih varietas tanaman pangan yang cocok di masa pandemi ini, dibuat sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW).Kriteria yang digunakan diantaranya kebutuhan air, biaya pengelolaan, jumlah panen dalam satu tahun, dan hasil dalam satu kali panen (rupiah).Untuk data alternatif merupakan varietas tanaman pangan diantaranya padi, tebu, dan kedelai.Data kriteria dan Alternatif diperoleh dari hasil observasi di kelompok tani Desa Cabean, Kecamatan Sawahan, Kabupaten Madiun. Sistem pendukung keputusan dibangun menggunakan metode Build and Fix. Dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan ini diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat yang bekerja sebagai petani dalam menentukan tanaman pangan yang sesuai di masa pandemi COVID-19 untuk terciptanya ketahanan pangan yang baik. Sebanyak 15 anggota kelompok tani telah melakukan uji coba terhadap sistem, dengan hasil sebanyak 11 petani dapat menggunakan dengan baik, dan 4 petani mengalami kesulitan.Kata kunci: pandemi COVID-19, tanaman pangan, sistem pendukung keputusan, SAW, Kabupaten Madiun Abstract[Selection of Food Plants for Food Security during the Pandemic with Simple Additive Weighting in Madiun Regency]. The majority of people in the Madiun Regency are farmers. During the COVID-19 pandemic, especially new farmers must think about the right way of farming in choosing the varieties of food crops to be planted. Because the accuracy of selecting food plants will affect the economy of the community, especially in rural areas. Cabean Village, Sawahan District, Madiun Regency, the majority of the population work as farmers. The varieties of food crops grown include rice, sugar cane, and soybeans depending on the season and the community's economy. The economy of the community in question aims to meet management costs and income in one year. To help farmers choose suitable food crop varieties during this pandemic, a decision support system is made using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The criteria used include water needs. , management costs, the number of harvests in one year, and yields in one harvest (rupiah). For alternative data, food crop varieties include rice, sugar cane, and soybeans. Criteria and alternative data are obtained from observations in farmer groups in Cabean Village, District Sawahan, Madiun Regency. The decision support system was built using the Build and Fix method. With this decision support system, it is hoped that it can help people who work as farmers in determining suitable food plants during the COVID-19 pandemic to create good food security. A total of 15 members of farmer groups have tested the system, with the results that 11 farmers can use it well, and four farmers experience difficulties.Keywords: pandemic COVID-19, food crops, decision support system, SAW, Madiun Regency
