Abstract

Singosaren Market or also known by the people of Surakarta City and its surroundings with Matahari Singosaren is one of the centers of Mobile Phones or Smartphones in Surakarta City. Singosaren Market was first built in 1988, at first the first floor was clothing stalls but starting in 2000 the first floor was changed to a mobile shops. Mobile phone sellers in their daily lives if there are buyers who want to buy goods and the seller of the stock is empty, then the sellers will ask other sellers whether the stock is still there or empty. To speed up or help sellers get information on which stores are not empty, in this study a Integrated Inventory Information System Design for Mobile Stores in Singosaren Market Surakarta was designed, which is expected to be applied in the future at mobile shops in Singosaren Market Surakarta.

Abstract

Indonesia as a tropical country has two seasons, namely the dry season and the rainy season. Each season changes usually have a significant influence in several regions. Pacitan Regency is an area in East Java, part of which is the coast and mountains. Several roads in Pacitan Regency have damaged conditions, including waterlogging, potholes and bumpy conditions. Some factors that cause damaged road conditions include the influence of temperature, rain, and humidity. In this study data analysis was performed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis with the Stepwise method. Where this research is quantitative and ex-post facto research. The data collection method uses the documentation method, which is collecting secondary data from several related agencies. Based on the results of data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the Stepwise method, it can be concluded that the temperature factor has an influence on road damage, while the rain and humidity factors do not have any effect.

Abstract

This Community Service activity was carried out as a form of youth organization Dwi Manunggal, Jagan Village, Bendosari, Sukoharjo in increasing the knowledge and abilities of members in planning and carrying out activities. Where the main problem faced by the youth committee is that youth members in planning and carrying out activities have begun to show a significant decline in enthusiasm, one of which is the lack of response to existing activities. To revive the spirit of youth organizations in planning and carrying out activities, organizational training activities were held for members of youth organizations Dwi Manunggal, Jagan Village, Bendosari, Sukoharjo. In the activity, it was also explained about the existing conditions or problems of the Dwi Manunggal youth organization and also the solutions. The results of this community service activity showed that based on the results of the discussion after the delivery of the material it was found that members of the Dwi Manunggal youth organization became more knowledgeable about an organization so that the Dwi Manunggal youth organization could become a place for good self-development of its members

Abstract

Aksesibilitas merupakan faktor penting dalam pengembangan sektor pariwisata. Jalan penghubung antara Pantai Srau dan Pantai Watukarung di Kabupaten Pacitan saat ini belum mampu mendukung pertumbuhan wisata secara optimal, karena kondisi jalan yang rusak, sempit, dan minim fasilitas keselamatan. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menilai kelayakan peningkatan jalan tersebut melalui analisis aspek teknis, ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan studi kelayakan dengan pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder serta analisis deskriptif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi eksisting jalan tergolong kelas III C, dengan lebar jalan 3–4 meter dan permukaan yang tidak merata. Diperlukan peningkatan ke kelas III B dengan pelebaran hingga minimal 5,5 meter, penguatan lereng, dan sistem drainase yang baik. Dari segi ekonomi, proyek dinilai layak dengan nilai NPV positif, IRR lebih dari 25%, dan rasio manfaat-biaya (BCR) sebesar 1,09. Secara sosial, proyek ini berpotensi meningkatkan mobilitas masyarakat, membuka akses ke layanan dasar, dan menciptakan lapangan kerja. Sementara dari aspek lingkungan, risiko erosi dan gangguan ekosistem dapat diminimalkan melalui strategi mitigasi. Oleh karena itu, proyek ini dinyatakan layak dan strategis dalam mendukung pengembangan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Pacitan
