Abstract

Mental health has become a critical global issue that has significantly increased in recent years, driven by social changes and the rapid development of digital technology. This study aims to identify key domains, analyze research trends, and uncover research gaps in mental health studies using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The methodology involves identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and in-depth analysis of 20 scientific articles published between 2023 and 2026. The results reveal four main domains in mental health research: service accessibility, technology and artificial intelligence, social factors, and global collaboration. The findings indicate that although technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning improve prediction accuracy and early detection, the primary challenges remain in limited access to mental health services and the influence of social factors. Furthermore, a gap exists between technological development and real-world implementation. The main contribution of this study is the development of an integrative mental health system model that combines access, technology, social factors, and collaboration. This model is expected to serve as a foundation for developing more effective, integrated, and sustainable mental health systems in the future.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged the submission of student assignments to shift from physical documents to digital documents. However, this convenience also creates new challenges, such as unstructured assignment archiving and the increasing potential for document similarity among students. This study aims to design and develop a website-based digital document checking application for student assignments that can manage documents and automatically display similarity percentages between files. The system was developed using the Waterfall method through requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation stages. The technologies used include HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, XAMPP, and Sublime Text. The document checking process consists of document upload, text extraction, text preprocessing, word weighting using TF-IDF, and similarity measurement using the cosine similarity method. The data used consisted of 165 student assignment files, comprising 79 dataset files and 86 test files. Testing on five sample documents showed that the system was able to display various similarity percentages of 5%, 12%, 45%, 88%, and 92%, categorized as original, plagiarism indication, and high plagiarism. These results indicate that the application can assist lecturers in conducting an initial examination of similarity in student assignment documents. Therefore, the developed application has the potential to support more effective academic document management and improve academic integrity in higher education environments.

Abstract

This study examines how Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) contributes to Sustainable Employee Performance (SEP) in higher education by positioning Employee Green Behavior (EGB) as a mediating mechanism and Green Organizational Culture (GOC) as a moderating condition. A quantitative cross-sectional survey was conducted among 200 lecturers and educational staff working at higher education institutions in Makassar City, Indonesia, from 1 to 14 April 2026. Data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4 and 5,000 bootstrap subsamples. The measurement model demonstrated satisfactory reliability and validity. The structural results show that GHRM positively affects EGB (beta = 0.487; p < 0.001) and SEP (beta = 0.193; p = 0.001), while EGB positively affects SEP (beta = 0.408; p < 0.001). GOC positively affects EGB (beta = 0.235; p < 0.001) and SEP (beta = 0.274; p < 0.001). EGB significantly mediates the GHRM-SEP relationship (beta = 0.199; p < 0.001), and GOC significantly strengthens the GHRM-EGB relationship (beta = 0.354; p < 0.001). The model explains 41.4% of EGB and 47.2% of SEP variance. The findings extend GHRM research by integrating behavioral mediation and cultural moderation with employee-level sustainable performance, and offer practical directions for embedding sustainability into higher education HR systems and organizational culture.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of Green Digital Transformation Capability (GDTC) on Sustainable Organizational Performance (SOP) in higher education through Green Digital Innovation (GDI), while assessing Data-Driven Culture (DDC) as a moderating condition. A quantitative cross-sectional survey was conducted among 200 lecturers and educational staff at higher education institutions in Makassar City, Indonesia, from 1 to 14 April 2026. Data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4 and 5,000 bootstrap subsamples. The measurement model demonstrated satisfactory reliability and validity (outer loadings = 0.738-0.868; composite reliability = 0.923-0.938; AVE = 0.624-0.689; HTMT = 0.182-0.659). GDTC positively affected GDI (beta = 0.443; p < 0.001) and SOP (beta = 0.302; p < 0.001), while GDI positively affected SOP (beta = 0.372; p < 0.001). DDC positively affected GDI (beta = 0.234; p < 0.001) and SOP (beta = 0.274; p < 0.001). GDI partially mediated the GDTC-SOP relationship (beta = 0.165; p < 0.001), and DDC strengthened the GDTC-GDI relationship (beta = 0.388; p < 0.001). The model explained 42.7% of GDI and 50.4% of SOP variance. The findings extend digital sustainability research by demonstrating a capability-innovation-performance mechanism and identifying data-driven culture as a boundary condition in higher education.
