Abstract

Post date pregnancy is one of the pregnancies that are at risk, this case can cause many risks and the higher complication either for mothers or the baby who had beenborn couldhave asphyxia. The purpose of the study is to find out the relationship of post date pregnancy and the incident of asphyxia neonatorum. The type of the study used was analytic survey with historical cohort research design. The population sample was all maternity mothers in RSUD H. A. Sulthan Daeng Radja Bulukumba 2016 was 1526. The sample was 307 people. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with systematic random sampling. The instrument taking used was performed through observation. Data were analyzed by Chi-Square with α 0.05 and Relative Risk test (RR). The result of this study found that the analyzed by Chi Square test obtained (p-value: 0,00) and relative risk value 3.066. which means that there was relationship of post date pregnancy and the incident of asphyxia neonatorum in RSUD H. A. Sulthan Daeng Radja Bulukumba 2016, with a relative risk value (RR) of 3.066 means that mothers who have a post date at risk 3 times more childbearing asphyxia compared with pregnant aterm. It is recommented for midwifes to be more cautions in determining the age of the pregnancy so that the incident of the asphyxia neonatorum can be minimized.

Abstract

Coverage of TT immunization for pregnant women, the number of pregnant women was 437 while coverage of TT 1 immunization was 122 (54.7%), TT2 immunization 63 (7.2%). In January-September 2016 the number of pregnant women was 380 while the coverage of TT 1 immunization was 85 (9.0%) people, TT2 was 32 (4.3%) people. In November 2016 January 2017 the number of pregnant women was 114 while the coverage of TT 1 immunization was 26 (3.8%) people, TT2 was 17 (2.0%). This could be interpreted that the TT immunization coverage was not following which is expected. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of factors related to the coverage of tetanus toxoid immunization for pregnant women. Observational analytic study design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study amounted to 114 people and a sample of 53 pregnant women with sampling using the technique. Consecutive sampling. The results of the study there is a relationship between knowledge about coverage of tetanus toxoid immunization for pregnant women with a p-value of 0.022, there is no relationship between attitude and coverage of tetanus toxoid immunization for pregnant women at Bonto Tiro Health Center in 2017 with the results of p-value 1,000, there is a relationship between education with coverage of tetanus toxoid immunization for pregnant women at Bonto Tiro Health Center in 2017 with a p-value of 0.002, there is no relationship between work and coverage of tetanus toxoid immunization for pregnant women at Bonto Tiro Health Center in 2017 with results p-value 0.556, there is no relationship between family support and coverage of tetanus toxoid immunization for pregnant women at the Bonto Tiro Health Center in 2017 with a p-value of 1,000.

Abstract

Very rapid growth and development occur at the age of five, known as the golden age phase, therefore this phase is a very important period in terms of growth and development. The purpose of this study was to determine "Overview of Toddler Growth and Development in Tanete Health Center in Bulukumba Regency in 2016". This type of research is descriptive research with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study was 75 toddlers with a total population of 343 toddlers with regard to growth and development. From table 4.1 shows that most respondents were toddlers with an age of 1 year, amounting to 21 people (28%), and the least respondents were toddlers aged 5 years which numbered 9 people (12%). The distribution of respondents with the highest sex was toddlers with male sex, amounting to 40 people (53.3%). From table 4.2 shows that the distribution of respondents with normal body weight is 44 people (58.6%). The distribution of respondents with normal height was 46 people (61.3%). Distribution of respondents with a normal head circumference of 66 people (88%). From table 4.3 shows that the distribution of respondents with normal gross motor skills was 54 people (72%). Distribution of respondents with normal motor numbered 42 people (56%) Conclusion of the data, the results of the study showed that the highest distribution of respondents was toddlers with normal growth. The results obtained by the distribution of most respondents are with normal development. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as a material for consideration and reference in the effort to detect early childhood growth and development.

Abstract

Infant mortality is the first indicator in determining the child’s health status. Low birth weight babies can be caused by several factors, namely maternal factors and fetal factors, while other factors are placental factors. The purpose of this study is to describe the incidence of low birth weight infants in RSUD H.A Sulthan Dg Radja Kabupaten Bulukumba Tahun 2017 that’s is 1.830 babies with a sample of 65 BBLR and 65 babies who are not BBLR, sampling in this study was carried out in 2 ways, namely by random sampling technique for non BBLR infants and total sampling technique for BBLR infants.BBLR infants showed that 20 to 35 years old are 51 people (78,5%) for BBLR. Whereas 46 people (70,8%) who are not low LBW are more dominant than <20 years old and >35 years old while for parity, there are 33 people (50,8%) who are LBW and 20 people (30,8%) who are LBW, the number of multiparas is 29 people (44,6%) who are LBW and those who are not LBW are 39 people (60,9%) and grand multipara 3 people (4,6%) are LBW and those who are not LBW are 6 people (9,2%) with a total of 130 respondents. Conclusions in the research conducted in RSUD H.A Sulthan Dg Radja from the data of 65 infants of low birth weight found that the most dominant were mothers with primiparous parity and for the date of 65 infants who were not BBLR found that the most dominant age was low risk, for the most dominant parity, namely mothers with multiparous parity. Suggestions as maternal for consideration and reference in the prevention of BBLR, as a scientific contribution and maternal for future researchers.

Abstract

Stunting is still a problem in nutrition and child development problems in Indonesia. Stunting in South Sulawesi in 2019 amounted to 11.4%. The highest stunting prevalence is in the Bulukumba Regency, which is as much as 7.7% of short toddlers and 23.3% of very short toddlers. It is known the factors associated with the occurrence of stunting. The study was observational with a case-control design using secondary data from the mother's KIA book and primary data through interviews. Variables studied included the mother's height, the mother's education level, economic status, exclusive breastfeeding, birth weight, and gender. Sampling technique using simple random sampling. The number of samples in the study was 152 samples which included 76 case groups and 76 control groups. The results of the study obtained variables related to stunting events are maternal height p-value 0.015 (95% CI 1,495-40,012), exclusive breastfeeding p-value 0.006 (95% CI 1,366 - 6,228), sex p-value 0.002 (95% CI 1,590-7,312). The results of the multivariate analysis of maternal height had the highest risk of stunting incidence (p=0.015 OR=7,735, 95% CI=1,495-40,012) and gender was the most significant factor in stunting p-value events of 0.002 (95% CI 1,590-7,312). Maternal height is the most dominant factor in relation to stunting events.

Abstract

Kehamilan merupakan peristiwa penting dan hal yang membahagiakan sekaligus menggelisahkan bagi seorang wanita. Kecemasan ini lazim terjadi pada ibu primigravida dikarenakan belum pernah melahirkan namun diera pandemic covid-19 dampak psikologis dan kekhawatiran terjadi pada ibu hamil yang akan pemicu terjadinya kecemasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan tingkat kecemasan dalam menghadapi persalinan pada ibu primigravida dengan multigravida trimester III kehamilan dan memberikan strategi dalam mengurangi kecemasan yakni Teknik pernafasan diafragma dimasa pandemic Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan jenis desain penelitian eksperimental quasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Bontobangun. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil trimester III(primigravida dan multigravida) berjumlah 25 orang. Hasil penelitian terdapat perbedaan rerata score derajat kecemasan bermakna pada kelompok intervensi dibandingkan kelompok control.

Abstract

Kematian ibu di Indonesia masih di dominasi oleh tiga, penyebab utama kematian yaitu perdarahan, hipertensi dalam kehamilan meliputi (preeklampsia-eklampsia) dan infeksi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analitik dengan desain historical kohort. Dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu bersalin, dengan tekhnik sampling menggunakan Cluster, Proporsionale, System Random Sampling dengan 332 sampel. Hasil uji statistic (Uji Chi square) yang dilakukan, didapatkan nilai p sebesar 0,00. Nilai p lebih kecil dari nilai α 0,05 (0.00<0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan umur ibu dengan kejadian preeklampsia pada ibu bersalin di Kabupaten Bulukumba tahun 2017.

Abstract

Persalinan merupakan suatu peristiwa yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan wanita. Kesiapan baik fisik atau pun mental sangat dibutuhkan oleh ibu dalam menerima kondisi kehamilannya serta dalam menghadapi proses persalinan. Persiapan persalinan yang direncanakan bersama bidan diharapkan dapat mengurangi ketidaksiapan ibu saat persalinan dan mengoptimalkan asuhan yang diberikan kepadanya. Permasalahan yang dihadapi ibu hamil saat ini antara lain masih kurangnya pengetahuan tentang persiapan menghadapi persalinan maka dinilai perlu memberikan edukasi untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada ibu hamil untuk persiapan yang lebih matang. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Poskesdes Kelurahan Palampang Kecamatan Rilau Ale Kabupaten Bulukumba. Waktu pelaksanaan pada bulan April 2022. Sasaran adalah Ibu hamil dan pendamping. Metode pengabdian masyarakat dengan penyuluhan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah ibu hamil mampu memahami tentang persiapan menghadapi persalinan. Disarankan kepada petugas kesehatan khususnya Bidan di Puskesmas agar lebih intens dalam pemberian edukasi seputar persiapan persalinan sehingga ibu hamil lebih mempersiapkan fisik, psikis serta perlengkapan yang diperlukan saat persalinan.

Abstract

Program edukasi merupakan upaya yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perilaku individu, keluarga dan masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan vaksinasi covid-19 bagi ibu hamil dan menyusui.mengingat ibu hamil memiliki system imunitas yang rendah,COVID-19 bisa saja menginfeksi kapanpun. Meski gejala umum yang dialami akan sama saja dengan pengidap lainnya, Ibu hamil yang telah memiliki penyakit bawaan, seperti penyakit paru-paru,asma,atau kerusakan hati, akan memiliki gejala yang lebih parah.Virus corona pada ibu hamil akan membuat sejumlah penyakit yang telah ada menimbulkan gejala yang parah, bahkan menjurus pada kehilangan nyawa. Selain itu, wanita hamil yang terkena COVID-19 yang parah juga berisiko mengalami persalinan preterm, keguguran, hingga kematian. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan Pendidikan kesehatan tentang pentingnya melakukan vaksinasi COVID-19 pada masyarakat terutama ibu hamil dan menyusui di Desa Possi Tanah Kecamatan Kajang Kabupaten Bulukumba Metode dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian melalui penyuluhan Kesehatan dan diskusi tentang pentingnya vaksinasi COVID-19 pada ibu hamil dan menyusui dengan melibatkan dinas Kesehatan, pemegang program COVID 19 puskesmas, pemerintah desa, tokoh agama dan masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan penyuluhan adalah meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terutama ibu hamil dan menyusui tentang pentingnya vaksinasi COVID-19 untuk melindungi ibu dan bayinya dari infeksi virus COVID-19. Kesimpulan hasil pendidikan Kesehatan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat terutama ibu hamil dan menyusui dalam melaksanakan vaksinasi COVID 19.

Abstract

Comprehensive Midwifery Care is an upbringing that is given thoroughly starting from pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, nifas, neonates to family planning. The main goal of comprehensive midwifery care is to reduce morbidity and mortality (pain and death rates) in an effort to save mothers and babies focused on promotive and preventive efforts. The purpose of this case is to provide continuous midwifery care and document SOAP in pregnant women, maternity, newborns, unifas, neonates to birth control using varney management and in the form of in-person interviews, patient observation and home visits. Based on the results of comprehensive midwifery care in Mrs. "F" by conducting obstetric care independently and early handling, there was no involvement starting from pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, nifas, neonates and birth control. It is recommended to midwives to improve the quality of service to the health of the mother and baby. The conclusion is comprehensive midwifery care conducted on Mrs.F"starting from 36 weeks of gestation, maternity, BBL, neonates, nifas to family planning (KB), in accordance with midwifery service standards by using comprehensive midwifery care management and documented in the form of subjective data, objective data, data analysis and management (SOAP).
