Abstract

The Department of Archives and Library Services of Depok City has introduced a digital library service through the e-Perpus Kota Depok mobile application. This study aims to assess user satisfaction based on the quality of services provided. The PIECES Framework, comprising 6 dimensions: Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service, was employed to evaluate service quality. Using a descriptive-quantitative approach and purposive sampling, data were collected from 100 respondents in the context of an evaluative research study. The results were analyzed using IBM SPSS 25. Descriptive analysis indicates that the overall service quality of the e-Perpus Kota Depok application is categorized as satisfactory. This is reflected in high average scores, particularly for the Economy (4.45) and Performance (4.44) dimensions. These findings suggest that the application effectively meets users' needs and expectations regarding service quality.

Abstract

Time on Task sebesar 10,9 detik.

Abstract

In recent years, the adoption of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) has become an important part of the digital transformation in the healthcare sector. However, centralized EMR systems still face several challenges, including the risk of single points of failure and limitations in ensuring the integrity and security of patient data. This research aims to develop a prototype of a decentralized RME data storage system utilizing Blockchain and the Inter-Planetary File System (IPFS). The system is designed to support three main scenarios, namely patient registration, patient data search, and outpatient registration. Patient medical record data is stored off-chain on IPFS in JSON format, while metadata, including the Content Identifier (CID) and Population Identification Number (NIK), is stored on-chain on the Ethereum network using Smart Contracts. System evaluation was conducted by measuring gas consumption in patient data storage and outpatient registration functions. The results show that the patient registration function consumes a significantly higher average gas (380,907 units) than the outpatient registration function (51,540 units), indicating greater computational complexity. These findings also suggest that integrating blockchain technology with IPFS is a viable approach to building a secure, decentralized electronic medical record (EMR) storage system.

Abstract

Manual essay assessment is often time-consuming and increases educators' workload, creating the need for an automated essay scoring system that can improve the efficiency of the assessment process. To address this need, the Nurul Fikri Integrated Institute of Technology (STT-NF) has developed the Essay Analytic Online (ESAO) platform. However, discussions with the platform developers and administrators revealed several UI/UX issues, including an outdated interface design, unclear feature presentation, login-related usability problems, and inconsistencies in interface elements that negatively affect system usability. This study aims to design the UI/UX of the ESAO web platform using the Double Diamond Design Framework to produce a more intuitive, consistent, user-friendly interface that better meets user needs. The design process followed the four phases of the Double Diamond Framework—Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver—resulting in user flows, a design system, and high-fidelity prototypes developed in Figma. The proposed design was evaluated using the Single Ease Question (SEQ) method involving 20 participants, comprising students and lecturers from STT-NF, across five task scenarios. The evaluation yielded an overall mean SEQ score of 6.46 on a 7-point scale, with average scores of 6.48 for students and 6.30 for lecturers. All task scenarios achieved scores above the usability acceptance threshold of 5.0, indicating a high level of perceived ease of use. These findings demonstrate that the proposed UI/UX design effectively enhances the usability of the ESAO platform. Nevertheless, the evaluation was limited to ESAO users within STT-NF. Future studies are therefore recommended to involve a more diverse group of participants to obtain more comprehensive and generalizable usability evaluation results.
