Abstract

This study aims to analyze the acceleration of income of Lamongan batik MSMEs in Lamongan Regency using an integration method of three business analysis models, namely the Value Chain analysis model, Business Model Canvas, and PESTEL analysis. This is to create a sustainable business model. This research is a descriptive qualitative study with the research objects being the Chotifa Batik MSME in Sendang Duwur Village and the Bani Yasit Batik MSME in Sendang Agung Village. The results show that the combination of the three sustainable business models can provide a detailed and comprehensive overview of the internal and external conditions of Lamongan batik MSMEs. The value chain analysis shows that both Lamongan Batik MSMEs, namely Batik Chotifah and Batik Bani Yasit, have weaknesses in terms of raw material procurement and technology in the production process. The PESTEL analysis shows that economic, technological, and environmental factors are issues that must be prioritized. BMC analysis shows that Batik Chotifa focuses on the lower-middle segment with expertise in natural dyeing. Meanwhile, Batik Bani Yasit focuses on the upper-middle segment with innovative batik designs. The integration of these three models makes it easier for Batik MSMEs to categorize the external challenges they will face, optimize internal activities, and develop effective, efficient, adaptive, and sustainable business strategies. By integrating a sustainable business model, Lamongan Batik MSMEs have the opportunity to increase their competitiveness, expand their market to the global market, and preserve local culture and the surrounding environment

Abstract

This study aims to examine how digital literacy supports the development of Islamic learning at Tenggulun State Elementary School and to identify the challenges and opportunities associated with its implementation. This study adopts a qualitative descriptive case study approach, utilizing semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis to collect comprehensive data. The participants consisted of an Islamic education teacher and the school principal. Data were analyzed using a descriptive qualitative framework involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the integration of digital literacy remains limited and has not been systematically implemented. Digital technologies are primarily used as instructional support tools rather than as a means of actively developing students’ digital literacy competencies, and learning practices remain largely teacher-centered. Nevertheless, digital media such as videos and presentations have demonstrated potential to enhance students’ engagement, understanding, and motivation. The study also identifies several challenges, including inadequate infrastructure, limited teacher competence, low student digital skills, and insufficient parental support. In conclusion, digital literacy has the potential to support the gradual development of more engaging and learner-centered Islamic learning practices. However, its effective implementation requires improved infrastructure, enhanced teacher competencies, and stronger collaboration between schools and parents to support sustainable digital-based learning.

Abstract

Meskipun isu akses kesehatan lansia di wilayah perdesaan telah banyak dibahas dalam penelitian dan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, kajian yang secara khusus mengintegrasikan tasharruf zakat sebagai model intervensi kesehatan lansia berbasis Collaborative Community Engagement (CCE) masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas model tasharruf zakat dalam mengoptimalkan akses kesehatan lansia di Desa Solokuro, Kabupaten Lamongan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan 60 lansia sebagai partisipan utama, dipilih melalui purposive sampling, serta didukung oleh kader PKK, perangkat desa, dan lembaga pengelola zakat. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara singkat, dokumentasi kegiatan, dan hasil pemeriksaan kesehatan dasar, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model tasharruf zakat melalui bakti sosial kesehatan mampu meningkatkan akses lansia terhadap layanan kesehatan dasar, kesadaran terhadap kondisi kesehatan, serta memperkuat peran komunitas dalam pendampingan lansia. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan konsep Collaborative Community Engagement dan Islamic Social Finance, serta memperluas pemahaman mengenai zakat sebagai instrumen perlindungan sosial di sektor kesehatan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan model serupa secara berkelanjutan dan membuka peluang kajian lanjutan terkait dampak jangka panjang serta integrasi zakat dengan sistem pembiayaan kesehatan lainnya.
