Abstract

Latar Belakang: Peningkatan berat badan merupakan salah satu indikator kesehatan bayi yang dapat dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur pertumbuhan bayi. Pijat bayi memang dipercaya dapat menjaga kesehatan dan mampu merangsang dan mengoptimalkan tumbuh kembang bayi. Pijat merupakan salah satu metode pengobatan tertua di dunia. Beberapa penelitian mengatakan pijat bayi bisa merangsang nervus vagus, dimana saraf ini meningkatkan peristaltik usus sehingga pengosongan lambung meningkat dengan demikian akan merangsang nafsu makan bayi. Disisi lain pijat juga melancarkan peredaran darah dan meningkatkan metabolisme sel, dari rangkaian tersebut berat badan bayi akan meningkat. Tujuan Penelitian: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap pertumbuhan bayi yang dinilai dari adanya peningkatan berat badan bayi pada bayi umur 3-8 bulan di desa Wates kecamatan Pagu kabupaten Kediri. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi eksperiment design dengan rancangan Pretest–Postest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah bayi usia 3-8 bulan di desa Wates kecamatan Pagu Kabupaten Kediri yang berjumlah 64 bayi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling yaitu total sampling. Analisa Bivariat untuk membuktikan pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap peningkatan berat badan bayi sebelum dan sesudah treatment menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian: umur responden terbanyak yaitu 4 bulan (28%), jenis kelamin responden terbanyak dalam penelitian ini berjenis kelamin perempuan yaitu berjumlah 39 responden (28%), sebagian besar 40% bayi pernah dipijat dengan intensitas dua bulan sekali, sebagaian besar 81% bayi yang dilakukan pijat mengalami kenaikan berat badan. Uji Wilcoxon Test diperoleh nilai p= 0,000. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap pertumbuhan (berat badan) bayi usia 3-8 bulan di desa Wates Kecamatan Pagu Kabupaten Kediri.

Abstract

Childbirth is a series of physiological processes that will allow some major changes in a mother to be able to give birth to her baby through the birth canal. The occurrence of perineal stiffness can actually be prepared for and anticipated, starting in early pregnancy. Preparations that can be made include doing physical exercises such as pregnant yoga. Prenatal yoga is very useful for pregnant women, especially to overcome complaints during pregnancy, reduce anxiety, improve sleep quality, and prepare physically for the labor process by training pelvic floor muscles to be stronger and more elastic so as to facilitate labor. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of prenatal gentle yoga on the incidence of perineal lacerations in maternity mothers in the working area of the Ngletih Health Center, Kediri Regency, in 2024. In this study, we used the quasi-experimental research method with a post-test control design. The sample used in this study was mothers who gave birth from January to April 2024, which was distinguished between the control group and the treatment group. The results of the study obtained were the influence of pregnant yoga on the incidence of perineal lacerations in maternity women, with ρ values of 0.000 < α 0.05 and significant differences in lacerations of degrees 1 and 3. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that pregnant yoga is very effective in preparing the elasticity of the perineal muscles so that it can help prevent the rupture of the delivery process.

Abstract

Background: The postpartum period is a period of adaptation that is quite difficult for a mother. Various complaints can arise during the postpartum period, both physical and psychological complaints. Postpartum hormonal changes and adaptation to a new role as a mother often cause mothers to experience changes in mood, and become easily sad and sensitive. These symptoms are usually called postpartum blues. The still high rate of postpartum blues in the world, namely 70-80%, and the rate of postpartum blues in Indonesia, namely 60-70%, shows that the mental health problems of postpartum mothers require special attention. The results of a preliminary study at the Mrican Community Health Center, Kediri City, showed that 70% of 52 postpartum mothers (36 respondents) experienced anxiety during the postpartum period. In Indonesia, postpartum blues is still considered normal and does not require special treatment, even though this problem has a high impact on the welfare of postpartum mothers and their babies.Objectives: The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the Nareswari method (Breathing, Relaxation, and Coloring) in reducing the anxiety level of postpartum mothers as an effort to prevent cases of postpartum blues. The Nareswari method is a combination of hypnobreastfeeding techniques and coloring therapy (coloring).Methods: This type of research is observational analytical experimental research with a case-control approach with two group pretest and post-test. The independent variables are hypnobreastfeeding and coloring hypnosis. The dependent variable is the level of anxiety of postpartum mothers and the number of samples in this study was 50 respondents.Results: The results of statistical tests show a significant difference between the level of anxiety in the treatment group and the control group (p-value = 0.0000 < α value 0.05).Conclusions: The Nareswari method is effective in reducing anxiety levels in postpartum mothers. There was a significant reduction in anxiety levels after postpartum mothers routinely used this method for one month.

Abstract

Abstract Background: For newborns, especially in their early years of life, breast milk is the primary and optimal source of nutrition. Stress, anxiety, and fatigue are often experienced by mothers postpartum, which can affect the let-down reflex and breast milk production. Many breastfeeding mothers worry about their milk supply, it can make mental pressure and exacerbate the condition. Therefore, interventions aimed at reducing stress and increasing confidence in breastfeeding can help enhance milk production. Hypnobreastfeeding is one method that has started to gain recognition in recent years as an alternative approach to support the breastfeeding process. Hypnobreastfeeding  can establish mental environments that facilitate the release of oxytocin, which is essential for both the let-down reflex and the production of milk. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of hypnobreastfeeding on nursing moms' ability to produce breast milk. Method: Using a pre-test and post-test approach, this study uses a quasi-experimental design to assess how hypnobreastfeeding affects the production of breast milk. Purposive sampling was used to choose 25 nursing moms who had kids between the ages of 0 and 6 months for the research sample. Result: This study uses a quasi-experimental design to assess how hypnobreastfeeding affects the production of breast milk. Purposive sampling was implemented to choose 25 breastfeeding moms who had babies between the ages of 0 and 3 months for the research sample. This research showed a varying increase in breast milk production, with an average increase of around 30-35 ml every pumping. Conclusion: This study suggests that hypnobreastfeeding can help breastfeeding moms produce more breast milk.

Abstract

Perubahan atau penyesuain fisik dan psikis pada saat kehamilan dapat menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan pada ibu hamil. Reaksi terhadap ketidaknyamanan tersebut diwujudkan dalam bentuk keluhan yang memerlukan penanganan secara tepat. Ketidaknyamanan_ di alami ibu hamil seperti .nyeri ulu hati, sukar tidur (insomnia), kelelahan sakit punggung, hipersaliva, peningkatan jumlah kencing, nyeri pada sendi, mual, kram pada kaki serta varises pembuluh darah besar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh prenatal yoga terhadap kulaitas tidur ibu hamil TM II dan III. Prenatal yoga merupakan keterampilan pemrosesan, berbentuk tehnik pengembangan kepribadian seperti fisik, psikologis dan spiritual. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian eksperimental dengan desain pre-post test. Besar sampel penelitian ini adalah 22 responden. Demonstrasi prenatal yoga ditawarkan kepada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Ngletih. Penelitian ini di lakukan pada bulan januari – Februari 2024. Tehnik sampling yang digunakan yakni total sampling .Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrument kuesioner yakni PSQI. Uji yang digunakan dalam analisis bivariat ini menggunakan uji beda t-test(uji paired t-test). Sebelum memulai prenatal yoga, sebanyak 22 responden mengakui kualitas tidur yang tidak baik. Sesudah melakukan prenatal yoga, sebanyak 20 responden (90,9%) mendapatkan peningkatan kualitas tidur menjadi baik, p value 0,002(p<0,05). Hasilnya ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada kualitas tidur ibu hamil sebelum dan sesudah melakukan prenatal yoga. Kegiatan ini akan memberikan manfaat yang optimal jika ibu hamil melakukannya secara teratur dua kali seminggu dengan durasi satu jam. Dalam melakukan prenatal yoga juga sebaiknya didampingi oleh instruktur atau fasilitator yang sudah terlatih sehingga aman untuk ibu hamil.

Abstract

Seorang wanita pasti akan melalui proses kehamilan dalam kehidupannya, Ketika seorang Wanita hamil pasti akan mengalami ketidaknyamanan dalam dirinya, untuk mengurangi masalah tersebut ibu hamil bisa melakukan prenatal yoga. Kelas prenatal yoga kini banyak difasilitasi oleh program dari Puskesmas, namun masih banyak ibu hamil yang belum memanfaatkan kelas prenatal yoga tersebut karena masih banyak ibu hamil yang belum mengerti tentang pentingnya prenatal yoga. Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan keteraturan aktivitas prenatal yoga dengan ketidaknyamanan pada ibu hamil. Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi dan sampel berjumlah 32 responden dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner keteraturan aktivitas prenatal yoga dan ketidaknyamanan pada ibu hamil kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil: Hasil uji statistik menggunakan chi square, keteraturan aktivitas prenatal yoga berhubungan dengan ketidaknyamanan pada ibu hamil dengan nilai P value (p)<(0,05). Simpulan dan saran: Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa terdapat hubungan keteraturan aktivitas prenatal yoga dengan ketidaknyamanan pada ibu hamil. Disarankan kepada ibu hamil untuk melakukan prenatal yoga dengan rutin agar bisa merasakan manfaatnya secara langsung prenatal yoga dalam pengurangan ketidaknyamanan selama proses hamil.

Abstract

Psychological factors such as fear and anxiety during labor have been increasingly recognized as important determinants influencing labor progression and birth outcomes. These emotional responses can alter neuroendocrine pathways, affecting uterine contractions and overall labor efficiency. Despite growing awareness, psychological determinants are still often under-assessed in routine maternity care, particularly in clinical settings. This study aims to examine the relationship between maternal fear and anxiety with labor progress and birth outcomes. A quasi-experimental study was conducted involving 60 primigravida women in the active phase of labor. Anxiety levels were measured using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A), while labor progress was assessed using partograph monitoring. Data were analyzed using independent t-test. Mothers with lower anxiety levels demonstrated significantly faster labor progress (p < 0.001) and fewer interventions compared to those with higher anxiety levels. High anxiety was associated with prolonged labor duration and increased pain perception. Fear and anxiety significantly influence labor progress and outcomes. Addressing psychological well-being should be an essential component of maternity care.
