Abstract

ADIDES (Asosiasi Dosen Integrator Desa) is a non-profit academic organization that promotes community empowerment through collaboration among lecturers, villages, and Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa). However, limited digital content management and the absence of data-driven monitoring reduced the effectiveness of its website as a communication and outreach platform. This community service project aimed to strengthen the digital marketing performance of the ADIDES website through search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and web analytics implementation. The program employed a participatory approach consisting of problem identification, website assessment, keyword research, content development, implementation, and evaluation. As the primary outcome, 80 SEO-oriented articles were produced based on systematic keyword research to improve the website's organic visibility and traffic potential. In addition, a web analytics dashboard was developed to enable the ADIDES internal team to monitor website performance, including visitor trends, traffic sources, and content effectiveness for continuous evaluation. These outputs provide a sustainable, data-driven content management system that supports evidence-based decision-making and enhances organizational capacity in managing digital communication. The program demonstrates that integrating keyword-driven content strategies with performance monitoring can strengthen website awareness, increase stakeholder engagement, and support the long-term sustainability of digital community outreach.

Abstract

Rose cultivation is an important agricultural sector in Ngliman Village. However, conventional cultivation practices that remain widely adopted have resulted in low productivity, declining sales, and reduced farmer satisfaction. This study aims to analyse the effect of applying cultivation technology on rose productivity, increased sales, and farmer satisfaction. The research employed an experimental method on a 4 × 15 metre plot planted with 60 rose plants. Cultivation technology was implemented to improve plant growth and production yields. Data were collected over six planting cycles and compared with conventional cultivation methods. The results showed a significant increase in productivity following the application of cultivation technology. Increased yields directly contributed to higher sales and greater levels of farmer satisfaction. These findings indicate that integrating technology into rose cultivation can improve farming performance while providing economic benefits for farmers. Furthermore, the application of technology supports more efficient and sustainable cultivation practices. This study demonstrates that the use of technology has the potential to strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of rose cultivation businesses in Ngliman Village and other areas with similar characteristics.

Abstract

Ngliman Village is one of the largest rose-producing villages in the Kediri Residency area. However, the surplus of rose harvests has resulted in a large amount of rose petals not being optimally utilized, potentially becoming organic waste. One of the alternative solutions for utilizing this waste is through the fermentation of eco enzyme made from rose petals. The fermentation process conducted by the Women Farmers Group (Kelompok Wanita Tani/KWT) is still performed manually, making it difficult to monitor fermentation conditions and increasing the risk of fermentation failure. This study aims to implement a real-time eco enzyme fermentation monitoring system based on the Internet of Things (IoT). The system was designed using an ESP32 microcontroller with a DHT22 sensor for temperature monitoring and an MPX Pressure Sensor for monitoring fermentation gas pressure. Monitoring data are transmitted through the internet network and displayed on a web-based dashboard in real-time. The results show that the system is capable of reading, processing, and displaying temperature and gas pressure monitoring data effectively during the fermentation process. The implementation of the IoT-based monitoring system can support a more effective, structured, and efficient fermentation monitoring process while minimizing the risk of fermentation failure at the community scale.
