Abstract

The increasing use of digital wallet (e-wallet) services in Indonesia highlights the need for a deeper understanding of the factors that influence user loyalty. This research is conducted to examine the influence of perceived ease of use and perceived risk on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction positioned as a mediating variable within the context of the LinkAja e-wallet application. A quantitative research design is employed by distributing structured questionnaires to 190 active LinkAja users across Indonesia. The collected data are analyzed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS version 4.0. The findings indicate that perceived ease of use exerts a positive and statistically significant impact on customer satisfaction, whereas perceived risk demonstrates a negative and significant effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction is found to positively influence customer loyalty and to significantly mediate the relationship between perceived ease of use and perceived risk on customer loyalty. These results imply that optimizing system usability and effectively managing perceived risks are crucial in improving user satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty toward e-wallet services.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of digital financial literacy, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived security on behavioral intention to use the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) operating in a university canteen. A quantitative survey was conducted with 69 respondents selected through purposive sampling and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The measurement model met the recommended thresholds for convergent validity, discriminant validity, and reliability. The structural model shows that perceived usefulness (β = 0.308; t = 2.296; p = 0.022) and perceived security (β = 0.320; t = 2.354; p = 0.019) have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, whereas digital financial literacy (β = 0.039; t = 0.515; p = 0.607) and perceived ease of use (β = 0.273; t = 1.847; p = 0.065) show no significant effect. The model explains 75.2% of the variance in behavioral intention (R² = 0.752; Q²predict = 0.750). These findings indicate that campus canteen MSMEs are driven to adopt QRIS primarily by perceived benefits and transaction security, rather than by financial literacy or ease of use alone. As an implementation of these findings, a “Kantin Pinter” digital platform prototype was developed, integrating QRIS education, transaction monitoring, ease-of-use, and digital transaction security features.

Abstract

Abstract

The rapid growth of the digital fitness application industry has encouraged the emergence of various sportstech platforms to meet public demand for flexible and practical access to sports services. However, existing sports class reservation platforms still face several issues related to user interface and user experience aspects, particularly unclear cancellation policies, limited rescheduling features, and lack of transparency regarding class availability information. This study aims to identify user needs and obstacles in the sports class booking process, as well as to design the Go-FIT website prototype as a user-oriented solution. The approach used in this study is Human-Centered Design (HCD), implemented through five stages of design thinking: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. Data were collected through pre-surveys, literature studies, and observation of user reviews on existing sports class reservation platforms. The prototype was developed using Figma and Loveable as an AI-assisted development platform. Evaluation was conducted with 30 respondents using the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument. The test results showed an average SUS score of 82,5, which falls into the Excellent category, indicating that the Go-FIT prototype has a very high level of usability in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, and overall ease of use. The results of this study are expected to serve as a foundation for developing a more transparent, flexible, and user-oriented digital sports class reservation system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing Behavioral Intention to Use QRIS among culinary micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in DKI Jakarta using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model extended with Perceived Security and Perceived Trust variables. This study employed a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 214 MSME respondents who have used QRIS. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Price Value, Perceived Security, and Perceived Trust have a positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intention to Use QRIS, with Perceived Trust being the most influential factor. Meanwhile, Social Influence was found to have no significant effect. The R² value of 0.578 indicates that the model explains 57.8% of the variation in behavioral intention to use QRIS. These findings suggest that increasing QRIS adoption among MSMEs should be supported by providing beneficial and easy-to-use services, costs commensurate with benefits, robust security systems, and efforts to build MSME owners' trust in QRIS as a digital payment method. This study contributes to the development of UTAUT2 literature by extending the model in the context of digital payment adoption in the MSME sector.
