Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital bagi para content creator binaan Tampil Warta melalui pelatihan empat pilar literasi digital. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi pelatihan interaktif, diskusi, simulasi kasus, serta evaluasi menggunakan instrumen pre-test dan post-test. Sasaran peserta adalah para content creator yang tergabung dalam program pembinaan Tampil Warta sebanyak 10 orang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta pada keempat aspek literasi digital, yaitu digital culture, digital skills, digital ethics, dan digital safety. Berdasarkan analisis data, terjadi penambahan skor rata-rata pada setiap instrumen penilaian sebesar 80% dibandingkan skor awal, yang menunjukkan keberhasilan proses transfer pengetahuan selama pelatihan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berhasil memperkuat kapasitas content creator dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia digital dan mendorong terbentuknya ekosistem digital yang lebih aman, etis, dan produktif.

Abstract

Premature cardiac contractions, including premature atrial contractions (PACs) and premature ventricular contractions (PVCs), are common arrhythmias that may increase the risk of cardiovascular complications when they occur frequently. Accurate classification of these events from electrocardiogram (ECG) signals remains challenging due to noise and signal variability. This study proposes a machine learning–based classification framework that combines recursive feature elimination with cross-validation for feature selection and an ensemble learning strategy to improve classification robustness. The approach was evaluated using the Massachusetts Institute of Technology – Beth Israel Hospital (MIT-BIH) Arrhythmia database and achieved high classification performance, with an accuracy of 95.34%, F1-score of 92.11%, and balanced precision and recall for PVC and PAC. In addition, SHapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) were employed to identify the most influential features, enhancing model interpretability. The results demonstrate that the proposed framework provides a reliable and interpretable solution for distinguishing premature cardiac contractions, highlighting its potential application in clinical decision support systems.

Abstract

The Final Project examines link budget calculations for Cambium brand radio devices using Link Planner to support Telkomsat’s transition from partner-managed to self-managed Radio IP services. A successful transition requires proper planning, including identifying equivalent radio devices and conducting link budget analysis. The process involves determining transmission distance, antenna height, and selecting suitable devices. Key parameters in the link budget calculation include Freznel Zone Clearance (FZC), Free Space Loss (FSL), Effective Isotropic Radiated Power (EIRP), Received Signal Level (RSL), System Operating Margin (SOM), Availibility (%), and Bandwidth (Mbps). Among 31 customers, 100% met standart EIRP values, 87% had good RSL, and 13% were very good. Additionally, 94% met SOM standards, while 6% fell into the poor category. Based on these result, it can be concluded that this research was successful, as the obtained result align with the established standards.
