Abstract

Banks have become an inseparable aspect of human life. They serve as institutions where people save money and apply for loans. The banking sector also plays a major role in strengthening a country’s economy. Work motivation refers to a condition that encourages individuals to carry out activities and perform their duties. Measuring employee performance is very important because it serves as the foundation for employee career development and opportunities for promotion. Performance appraisal can also motivate employees to contribute optimally to the organization. Several factors can influence employee performance, such as teamwork, motivation, and work discipline. Descriptive research aims to investigate certain situations or conditions, and the results are presented in the form of a research report. The findings indicate that teamwork, work motivation, and work discipline have a significant and simultaneous effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Transocean Maritime. The analytical methods applied include multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive analysis, and correlation tests. The results indicate that work motivation has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. This condition occurs because the characteristics of the maritime sector place greater emphasis on operational discipline, work systems, and team coordination, meaning that individual motivational drives are not yet the primary factor determining performance. On the other hand, organizational culture is proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture is also found to have a more dominant influence on improving work quality compared to the work motivation variable. Descriptively, employees demonstrate a high level of performance, particularly in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. To achieve more optimal organizational performance, PT Transocean Maritime is recommended to strengthen a professional and collaborative organizational culture, as well as optimize the provision of work facilities that are currently perceived as less than ideal by employees..

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of production quality and marketing on consumer satisfaction at Bu Anik Cowhide Cecek Business in Kediri, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive quantitative associative by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents selected using accidental sampling technique at Mrican Market, Kediri. The obtained data were processed using SPSS software through a series of research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing via t-test and F-test. The regression analysis results show that partially, the production quality variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Similarly, the marketing variable is proven to have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction partially. Simultaneously, both independent variables significantly affect the buyer satisfaction level with an F-value of 45.321. Through the coefficient of determination test, it was found that the variation in consumer satisfaction is influenced by 48.3% by production quality and marketing, while the remaining 51.7% is influenced by variables outside the scope of the regression model in this study.
