Abstract

Padi merupakan komoditas pangan yang permintaannya terus meningkat setiap tahun. Pupuk merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat vital bagi tanaman padi untuk meningkatkan produktivitasnya. Salah satu pupuk yang mampu menyediakan unsur hara makro yaitu pupuk majemuk Phonska cair. Penelitian bertujuan  untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis  pupuk Phonska cair terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman padi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Pabbentengan, Kec. Bajeng, Kabupaten Gowa, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan pada bulan Juni – Oktober 2025. Pengujian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan jumlah perlakuan sebanyak 12 (Dua belas) dan diulang 3 kali sehingga total plot sebanyak 36 plot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan Petroganik 500 kg + Urea 200 kg + Phonska 300 kg/ha (C) dan Phonska Cair 18 L/ha (12 mL/L) (L) memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman padi sawah. Nilai RAE dari semua perlakuan menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi pemberian Petroganik 500 kg/ha + Urea 200 kg/ha + Phonska 300 kg/ha (C) dan Phonska Cair 18 L/ha (L) menunjukkan nilai RAE tertinggi, yaitu 129,1, dan rasio R/C 2,03. Rice is a food commodity whose demand continues to increase every year. Fertilizer is a vital need for rice plants to increase their productivity. One of the fertilizers that can provide macronutrients is Phonska liquid compound fertilizer. The study aims to determine the effect of Phonska liquid fertilizer doses on the growth and production of rice plants. The study was conducted in Pabbentengan Village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi Province, from June to October 2025. The test used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 12 (twelve) treatments and 3 replications, resulting in a total of 36 plots. The results showed that the treatment of Petroganik 500 kg + Urea 200 kg + Phonska 300 kg/ha (C) and Phonska Liquid 18 L / ha (12 mL / L) (L) gave the best effect on the growth and production of lowland rice plants. The RAE value of all treatments showed that the combination of Petroganik 500 kg/ha + Urea 200 kg/ha + Phonska 300 kg/ha (C) and Phonska Cair 18 L/ha (L) showed the highest RAE value, namely 129.1, and R/C ratio of 2.03.

Abstract

This study analyzes the contribution of the pump-based irrigation program to improving food security in Tana Toraja Regency, focusing on the dimensions of availability, access, and stability. The research was conducted in Mengkendek District, where pump irrigation has become a major strategy for addressing water shorthages in highland agricultural systems. A descriptive qualitative approach supported by quantitative data using a Likert-scale questionnaire was employed. Twenty-one farmers representing seven farmer groups participated in the study. The results show that pump irrigation significantly enhances food availability by increasing production, cropping frequency, and cultivated land area. Food access improved through higher income and greater purchasing power, enabling more diverse and nutritious food consumption.  Food stability also increased, supported by more consistent production throughout the year, although challenges such as pump damage, fuel costs, and topographical barriers remain. Overall, pump-based irrigation contributes substantially to strengthening household food security; however, sustained support through technical assistance, institutional strengthening, and operational cost management is needed to ensure long-term program sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mempelajari Pengaruh Konsentrasi ZPT dan Komposisi Media Tanam Terhadap Petumbuhan Tanaman Durian. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk percobaan faktorial dua faktor yang disusun berdasarkan rancangan acak kelompok. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi zat Pengatur Tumbuh Atonik yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu: 2 ml/liter, 3 ml/liter, 4 ml/liter air. Faktor kedua adalah media tanam terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu: tanah : sekam : pupuk kandang (1 : 1 : 1), (1 : 1 : 2) dan (1 : 2 : 2). Hasil penelitian menunjukan Konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh atonik 4 ml/liter memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap pertumbuhan bibit tanaman durian yaitu persentasi tumbuh, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah cabang, diameter batang, volume akar. Sedangkan media tanam (1 : 2 : 2) memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap pertumbuhan bibit tanaman durian yaitu pada presentasi tumbuh, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah cabang, diameter batang, volume akar, dan tidak terdapat interaksi antara Konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh atonik dengan media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan bibit tanaman durian.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bone dikenal sebagai salah satu daerah utama penghasil padi di Sulawesi Selatan, dengan banyak masyarakatnya yang bergantung pada sektor pertanian. Kelurahan Tibojong yang terletak di Kecamatan Tanete Riattang merupakan salah satu wilayah di Kabupaten Bone yang memiliki potensi pertanian cukup besar. Namun, terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan sumber daya petani, kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi, serta pola pertanian yang masih konvensional sehingga menyebabkan hasil panen yang belum maksimal. Metode Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi petani di Kelurahan Tibojong Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Timur Kabupaten Bone sebanyak 250 orang petani. Adapun sampel yang digunakan yaitu 20% dari total populasi (50 orang). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyuluh pertanian berperan sangat penting dalam mendukung transformasi pertanian melalui pelatihan, pendampingan, pengenalan teknologi, akses permodalan, dan penguatan kelompok tani, dimana hal tersebut dilihat dalam 3 aspek yakni aspek teknis, sosial dan ekonomi. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini ialah penyuluh pertanian memiliki peran besar dalam membantu petani melakukan perubahan ke arah pertanian yang lebih maju.

Abstract

Farmer groups are a forum for farmers to obtain non-formal education and obtain facilities from the government that can support the rice farming activities carried out, such as farmers are given training, insight into market access, obtain subsidized fertilizer, seeds, tools and agricultural machinery. This study aims to analyze the strategic role of farmer groups in the implementation of agricultural technology in rice farming. This study uses a qualitative analysis method, namely a method of in-depth data processing with data from observations, interviews and literature. The technique of analyzing qualitative data by summarizing categorizing and interpreting. Qualitative analysis is an analysis method using interviews and observations by answering questions such as what, why or how. The results of this study are in the form of technology implementation in rice farming cultivation which is implemented by 72.24% which means that in carrying out rice farming activities, farmers have utilized agricultural technology to facilitate in carrying out farming activities and reduce production process costs. Farmer groups as a forum for farmers to obtain non-formal education, a place for farmers to solve problems and express their opinions about what is found in the field related to their rice farming. Therefore, the government and extension workers should be more active in providing training and education to farmers so that they can broaden their horizons to current developments, thus enabling them to accept and embrace change in managing their farming businesses more effectively and efficiently.
