Abstract

This study examines the practices, challenges, and impacts of implementing a digital information system in educational management at an Islamic boarding school in West Kotawaringin Regency. The background of this study stems from the need for Islamic educational institutions to transform and become more adaptable to technological advancements, despite various limitations such as manual administrative systems, inadequate infrastructure, and varying levels of human resource competence. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design to gain in-depth understanding through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the implementation of the “SIASA DARA” digital information system has improved administrative efficiency, strengthened institutional communication, and enhanced the quality of learning. Furthermore, students’ engagement in digital activities has fostered skill development while cultivating responsible character in technology use. Nevertheless, challenges persist regarding infrastructure and the optimal utilization of technology by educators. Overall, the integration of digital technology in Islamic boarding schools not only supports the modernization of governance but also remains aligned with Islamic values and relevant to educational needs in the digital age

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of a QR Code-based attendance system for congregational prayers in fostering a culture of discipline among students at a high school in West Kotawaringin Regency. The study employs a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, the vice principal for student affairs, Islamic Religious Education teachers, and students, and were supported by observations and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the QR Code-based attendance system is capable of improving the effectiveness of student attendance tracking in a more accurate, transparent, and real-time manner. In addition to serving as an administrative tool, this system also contributes to enhancing student discipline, particularly in terms of punctuality, adherence to rules, and the development of a sense of responsibility. In the initial stages, student discipline was primarily influenced by digital monitoring, but it gradually evolved into a habit ingrained in daily life. The success of the program’s implementation is supported by the commitment of school leadership, teacher involvement in monitoring, and periodic evaluation of attendance data. The use of digital technology in school religious activities serves as an innovative strategy to strengthen school management and foster students’ disciplined character on an ongoing basis

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul berbasis Heyzine tentang materi hukum jual beli dan pelarangan riba bagi siswa kelas VII SMP sebagai media pembelajaran digital yang interaktif dan mudah diakses. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan Penelitian dan Pengembangan dengan model ADDIE yang dibatasi pada tiga tahap, yaitu analisis, desain, dan pengembangan. Proses pengembangan meliputi persiapan materi, pembuatan ilustrasi, mengintegrasikan multimedia, serta merancang latihan dan evaluasi interaktif. Kelayakan e-modul dinilai oleh empat validator, yang terdiri dari dua ahli media dan dua ahli material. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa pakar media memberikan skor kelayakan 96,92% dengan kategori sangat layak, sedangkan ahli material memberikan skor 97,50% dengan kategori sangat layak. Temuan tersebut menegaskan bahwa e-modul telah memenuhi standar mutu dalam hal penyajian media dan akurasi konten, sehingga siap digunakan sebagai sumber pembelajaran alternatif dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada materi fiqih muamalah.
