Abstract

Studi ini menjelaskan tentang teori organisasi neoklasik yang hadir atas jawaban dari teori organisasi klasik. Pada awalnya penemuan ini bukanlah hal yang disengaja karena pada proses penelitiannya seluruh aspek dan unsur percobaan menggunakan teori klasik, namun ternyata hasilnya menunjukan hal yang berbanding terbalik. Hal-hal sosio Psikologis yang semuala tidak dianggap penting pada teori klasik, ternyata justru menjadi penentu utama kualitas dan produktifitas sebuah organisasi. Meski demikian teori neoklasik juga masih meninggalkan jejak kegagalan diantaranya menbuat hubungan antara manajer dan anggota menjadi lebih fleksibel hingga berdampak ada kurangnya wibawa dan memberi ruang untuk menghilangkan Batasan antara atasan dan bawahan. Seiring berkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, manajemen selaku ilmu terapan sudah seyogyanya terus melakukan evaluasi dan observasi sesuai kebutuhan dan tuntutan zaman. Dengan demikian kemungkinan pengembangan dan perubahan teori pasti terjadi hingga sebuah organisasi bermutasi menjadi bentuk ideal sesuai kebutuhan zaman.

Abstract

This article discusses educational management and its application in Islam. Running an educational unit is closely related to educational management. Islam is a mercy for all beings, governing all matters concerning humanity, including educational management. Allah SWT directly exemplified the basic principles of management in the creation and organization of the universe. Likewise, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) employed these basic principles in his preaching. Numerous verses in the Quran and Hadith explain these basic principles. Management as a science emerged during the British Revolution, but its application, particularly in Islam, dates back much earlier. The lack of Muslim scholars studying this science has led some to believe that management is a new discipline. This article aims to contribute knowledge so that a society divided by the dichotomy of knowledge need not be allergic to foreign terms without Islamic embellishments. Therefore, from an Islamic perspective, the basic principles of educational management are nothing new.

Abstract

This article explains the position of science in Islam. Science and Islam are a duality. Islam once lived through a period of rapid scientific and technological development, with its influence reaching across Europe and the world. To this day, the scientific products of that era remain a global reference, and their stories are immortalized in scientific forums both eastern and western. A vast body of literature chronicles and analyzes the golden age of civilization. In Islam, science is equated with the Quran, for all knowledge originates from it. Numerous verses in the Quran and Hadith explain the importance of seeking knowledge and its virtues. Unfortunately, the dichotomy of knowledge has led some to believe that there are obligatory and optional sciences to be studied. This has weakened Muslim human resources, especially in responding to the challenges of the times, where science, technology, and the arts continue to develop. This article aims to contribute knowledge that openness to absorbing knowledge has a significant impact on the advancement of civilization. Eliminate the dichotomy of knowledge and avoid being allergic to new sciences that lack Islamic labels. The source of knowledge is, in essence, the Quran.
