Abstract

Belanja online sudah mengubah cara berbelanja menjadi lebih mudah, tetapi dunia belanja online tidak semuanya baik. Seiring dengan kemudahan yang ditawarkan dalam berbelanja online terdapat pula beberapa masalah yang masih harus dihadapi oleh pelanggan. Berbelanja online sering dimanfaatkan oleh oknum untuk mencari keuntungan dengan cara yang tidak baik sehingga sering terjadi penipuan yang sangat merugikan konsumen. Penyebab utama penipuan dalam belanja online adalah karena kurangnya kehati-hatian konsumen,mudah tergiur dengan harga murah tanpa mengecek kredibilitas toko online. Untuk itu konsumen perlu berhati-hati dalam melakukan transaksi pembelian online. Kegiatan PKM ini menjelaskan tentang kiat aman berbelanja online, berupa pemberian penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat sehingga masyarakat bisa lebih berhati-hati ketika belanja online dan tidak terlalu konsumtif sehingga uang yang ada dapat dialihkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan yang lain. Pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat karena dapat membuat keputusan berbelanja yang lebih bijaksana serta menghemat pengeluaran mereka.

Abstract

Health is a right that must be given by the state to each of its citizens. This has been stated in the 1945 Constitution and Law Number 36 Year 2009 Concerning Health. Nurses as Health Workers in the Hospital become an important factor in supporting optimal health services for patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze both partial and simultaneous influence of distributive leadership, teamwork and job satisfaction on the performance of nurses in RSUD Sumbawa NTB. This study uses quantitative survey methods. The survey was conducted with a questionnaire of 137 nurses in RSUD Sumbawa NTB. Data analysis techniques used are simple regression analysis and multiple regression.The results showed that 1.) Leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses in Sumbawa NTB Regional Hospital, 2.) The team worked positively and significantly on the performance of nurses in RSUD Sumbawa NTB, 3.) Positive and significant job satisfaction on Nurse Performance in RSUD Sumbawa NTB, and 4) Simultaneously distributive leadership, teamwork and job satisfaction are significant to the performance of nurses in RSUD Sumbawa NTB.

Abstract

The aims of this study are 1) to identify the causes of employee discipline at PT. Smart Talenta Multitama is not yet optimal and 2) determines efforts to improve the work discipline of employees of PT. Smart Talenta Multitama through the supervisory function. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. The number of samples is 13 employees with purposive sampling method. Data analysis consists of three paths, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The results showed that 1) the causes of work discipline at PT. Smart Talenta Multitama has not been maximized, namely low absenteeism, accuracy in entering and leaving work and adherence to regulations. This can be seen from the average value of the three indicators of 2.19 which is in the unfavorable category. 2) Efforts to increase supervision to improve the work discipline of employees of PT. Smart Talenta Multitama are: a) The frequency of supervision must be increased so that the employee work does not deviate from the established provisions;b) The supervision carried out should pay attention to attendance, the accuracy of entering and leaving work for employees, and compliance with regulations so that employee work discipline increases; and c) Leaders should reward disciplined employees and punish employees who do not follow the rules or are not disciplined.
