Abstract

This study proposes an IPFS-based system for automatic digital intellectual property registration within Web3 platform environments. The rapid development of digital technology has encouraged the transformation of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) protection from manual systems to more secure and efficient digital mechanisms. However, current IPR registration processes remain centralized, slow, and vulnerable to data tampering. Based on this issue, this study aims to design and test an automatic IPR registration system using the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) as a decentralized storage solution. This research employs a software engineering method with a prototyping approach that includes the design of a user interface, integration of the IPFS API, implementation of an automatic hash-generation system, metadata storage in a database, and issuance of digital certificates. Testing results show that the system can automatically register digital works, generate unique and consistent file hashes, upload files to IPFS with an average upload time of less than two seconds, and provide global accessibility through a distributed network. In addition, the system is capable of validating the authenticity of a work by matching the hash and metadata listed in the digital certificate. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the use of IPFS in digital IPR registration systems is effective in enhancing security, efficiency, and transparency, although further development is required in relation to integration with national legal frameworks and formal legal recognition.

Abstract

The rapid adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) decision systems has increased organizational dependence on large-scale data, making big data governance a critical requirement for ensuring reliable and responsible decision-making. Although AI systems are often evaluated based on predictive accuracy and computational performance, their trustworthiness is strongly influenced by the quality, security, privacy, traceability, and fairness of the data used throughout the AI lifecycle. This study aims to develop a Big Data Governance Framework for Trustworthy AI Decision Systems by integrating key governance dimensions with trustworthy AI requirements. A qualitative conceptual framework development approach was employed, supported by structured literature review, thematic synthesis, and design science research principles. Relevant literature on big data governance, trustworthy AI, data quality, privacy, security, explainability, accountability, fairness, and AI decision systems was reviewed to identify recurring concepts and research gaps. The results show that trustworthy AI decision systems require seven core governance dimensions: data quality governance, security and privacy governance, metadata and data lineage, bias and fairness control, explainability support, accountability mechanisms, and continuous monitoring. These dimensions strengthen trustworthy AI capabilities, including reliability, transparency, explainability, fairness, privacy preservation, security, robustness, and auditability. The proposed framework demonstrates that trustworthy AI is not only determined by algorithmic performance but also by strong data governance across the AI lifecycle. This study concludes that effective big data governance can improve decision accuracy, traceability, accountability, risk reduction, and stakeholder trust in AI-based decision systems.

Abstract

The rapid development of the digital industry has encouraged companies to transform conventional supply chain systems into digital supply chains that are more transparent, efficient, and data-driven. However, this transformation still faces sustainability challenges, particularly related to energy consumption, carbon emissions, operational waste, and inefficient resource utilization. This study aims to analyze the application of green technology in digital supply chains and examine its influence on sustainability performance through the mediating role of digital supply chain systems. A quantitative approach was employed by collecting data from 120 respondents involved in supply chain activities, including business actors, logistics managers, operational staff, procurement staff, distribution staff, and managerial decision-makers in the Jabodetabek area. The data were gathered using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method to test the relationships among green technology, digital supply chain, and sustainability performance. The findings show that green technology has a positive effect on digital supply chains and sustainability performance. Digital supply chains also positively influence sustainability performance and mediate the relationship between green technology and sustainability performance. The model explains 46.4% of the variance in digital supply chains and 68.1% of the variance in sustainability performance. he integration of green technology with digital supply chains can strengthen operational efficiency, reduce environmental impact, improve transparency, and sup- port sustainable business practices. This study contributes to the development of sustainability-oriented supply chain strategies aligned with SDG 9, SDG 12, and SDG 13.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Aaker’s Brand Equity Model on customer trust and customer loyalty in renewable energy startups, with a particular focus on digital marketing strategies. In the context of rapid technological advancement and growing environmental awareness, renewable energy has emerged as a strategic solution to reduce dependence on fossil fuels and support sustainable development. This research investigates how key dimensions of brand equity, namely brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand association, influence customer trust, which subsequently affects customer loyalty toward renewable energy startups. In addition, the study examines the role of digital marketing in strengthening the relationship between brand equity, customer trust, and customer loyalty. A quantitative approach was employed by collecting data from a purposive sample of 130 respondents who possessed knowledge of or experience with renewable energy products and services. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach was applied to analyze the relationships among the research variables. The results reveal that brand awareness and perceived quality have a positive and significant effect on customer trust, whereas brand association does not significantly influence customer trust. Furthermore, customer trust significantly enhances customer loyalty, confirming its mediating role in the relationship between brand equity dimensions and customer loyalty. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening brand awareness and perceived quality as key drivers of trust and long-term customer loyalty in renewable energy startups. This research contributes to the literature on digital marketing and brand management in the renewable energy sector and provides practical implications for startups seeking to build trust-based customer relationships and achieve sustainable competitive advantage in an increasingly competitive market.
