Abstract

Islam is a universal religion containing the principles of human rights as a teaching concept. Islam positions humans on an equal footing with other humans. This is based on several things. First, Islam is a religion of law with the understanding that Islam applies to everyone regardless of class, the social structure of society from the upper class to the lower class, from the bourgeoisie to the proletariat, all are treated equally before the law. Democracy is a concept of a political system, even before, it has been agreed that Islamic teachings contain democratic principles. Democracy itself can take the form of institutions and value systems. The principle of humanity is beyond primordial boundaries and interests. This is the principle adopted by the Indonesian State which is based on Pancasila with the principle of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika

Abstract

Corruption is a crucial problem that affects almost all countries in the world and is one of the main inhibiting factors in economic, social development, and the democratic process. Islamic law (sharia) strictly regulates the prohibition of all forms of betrayal of trust, bribery, and illegal taking of property, all of which are fundamental elements of corruption. To facilitate understanding in this writing, we use research methods including; by increasing the exploration of data sources from various literatures related to corruption from an Islamic perspective, so that we can draw the conclusion that Islam with its legal system offers an effective way to build a just, clean, and civilized society.

Abstract

Perilaku bullying di lingkungan sekolah menjadi perhatian serius pemerintah dan lembaga perlindungan anak di Indonesia Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (KPAI) menyatakan bahwa sebanyak 45% siswa laki-laki dan 22% siswa perempuan menyebutkan bahwa guru atau petugas sekolah pernah menjadi pelaku kekerasan di lingkungan sekolah. KPAI juga mencatat bahwa 84% siswa di Indonesia pernah mengalami kekerasan di sekolah. Sebanyak 40% siswa usia 13–15 tahun melaporkan pernah mengalami kekerasan fisik oleh teman sebaya, sedangkan 75% siswa mengaku pernah melakukan kekerasan di sekolah. Untuk memudahkan dalam pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Msyarakat ada bebrapa Langkah yang dilakukan diantaranya Tahap Persiapan dan Kordinasi, Tahap Pelaksanaan, Tahap Evaluasi dari kegiatan yang dilakukan dapat kami simpulakn bahwa bahwa kegiatan PKM yang telah dilakukan dapat dikatan berhasil dengan baik, dapat memberikan pemahaman dan kesadaran siswa mengenai bahaya bulliying secara signifikan.

Abstract

Islamic law and custom are interconnected legal aspects in the formation of a law, one of which is found in marriage law. Islamic law and custom have their respective involvement in the process of making a law. In practice, there is an interaction between customary law and Islamic law, which often results in adaptation or acculturation in the implementation of marriage, for example. In various regions, marriage has different traditions and its own uniqueness. One of the marriage phenomena that occurs in Sasak customs is stepping over older siblings, one of the issues often encountered in Sasak society, especially in Monggas village which still upholds traditional values. To facilitate research, researchers used a qualitative approach in this study aimed to understand in depth the social phenomenon in the form of the implementation of customs and regulations in the implementation of marriage in Monggas Village. Islamic law and Custom go hand in hand, customs resolve social affairs, Islam legitimizes Sharia matters. Kepeng pelengkak aims to honor siblings and maintain islaturahmi, such things are highly recommended in Islam.
