Abstract

The problem in this study is the low activity and learning outcomes of mathematics students. The cause is one-way dominant learning and student difficulty in understanding mathematical concepts. Efforts made to overcome this problem is by using a combination of PBL, GI, and Talking Stick Models in learning. The purpose of this study is to describe the activities of teachers and analyze the improvement of student activity and learning outcomes. The approach used is a qualitative approach to the type of Class Action Research (PTK) during 4 meetings in Class V SDN Belitung Selatan 5 which amounted to 22 students. Types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data. The results of this study showed that the activity of teachers has increased, at the 1st meeting obtained a score of 28 with the category “Good” until at the 4th meeting obtained a score of 43 with the category “very good”. Student activity has increased, at meeting 1 reached 41% with the category “A small percentage of active students” until at meeting 4 reached 100% with the Category “All students are very active”. Learning outcomes have increased in every aspect of the category of “a small percentage of students complete " to "all students complete". At meetings 1 to 4 cognitive aspects increased from 36% to 100%, affective at meetings 1 to 4 increased from 41% to 100% and psychomotor at meetings 1 to 4 increased from 41% to 100%. So, based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the combination of PBL, GI, and Talking Stick models can improve student activity and learning outcomes. The results of this study are expected to be used as a reference in using learning models that can improve students ' mathematical activities and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis politik hukum dalam pembentukan pengaturan ketahanan keluarga di Indonesia serta merumuskan konsep regulasi yang ideal dalam konteks dinamika sosial saat ini. Ketahanan keluarga menjadi isu strategis dalam pembangunan nasional karena berkaitan langsung dengan stabilitas sosial, kesejahteraan masyarakat, dan penguatan institusi keluarga sebagai unit terkecil negara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan hukum normatif, dengan menelaah sumber hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier, serta doktrin dan pandangan pakar yang relevan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa politik hukum pengaturan ketahanan keluarga masih mengalami tarik menarik antara pendekatan moral normatif dan kebutuhan akan kebijakan yang lebih inklusif dan adaptif. Regulasi yang telah dirancang sebelumnya, seperti RUU Ketahanan Keluarga, dinilai terlalu intervensif dan belum sepenuhnya mencerminkan kompleksitas kebutuhan keluarga di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pembentukan regulasi ketahanan keluarga yang ideal dengan menyeimbangkan antara nilai-nilai lokal dan prinsip-prinsip hak asasi manusia, serta mempertimbangkan keragaman budaya, agama, dan kondisi sosio-ekonomi masyarakat. Reformulasi kebijakan ketahanan keluarga seharusnya dilakukan melalui partisipasi publik yang luas dan berbasis pada data empiris agar dapat menjawab tantangan zaman dan memperkuat integritas keluarga Indonesia secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research aims to study visiting guests in the Al-Qur'an, the procedures for visiting in the Al-Qur'an, the interpretation of several tafsir, one of which is al-Qurtubi regarding visiting etiquette in surah an-Nur verses 27–29, and to find out the wisdom visit. This research uses library research methods. Next, the data obtained is then analyzed and studied in depth by paying attention to the references used. Search for library studies using the internet, then review them based on related topics, just like library studies. References in the form of books, journals, articles, theses, and those related to the discussion that the author has researched. The research results show that the essence of visiting etiquette is a collection of rules or norms that regulate how a person behaves when visiting someone else's house. Speaking politely, maintaining cleanliness, respecting the host, and obeying social rules in a particular place are some examples. The etiquette of visiting, which can be "taken from the interpretation of Al-Qurtubi, is that when someone visits, it is permissible to precede him with a greeting before asking permission. It is not permissible to look into another person's house without permission. It is not permissible to ask permission more than three times. In other words , if the visiting party asks for permission three times but there is no response from the homeowner, the visiting party should postpone their request. If the homeowner is asked "who is this?", don't just say "me" because they may not know who is coming those who ask for permission should not knock too hard because this includes not having any etiquette. The person who asks for permission must return if the owner of the house asks. However, that does not mean that the owner of the house has the freedom to chase away his guests it is permissible to enter an unoccupied house. However, this is different if the house or residence you want to enter is no longer occupied. You as a host must treat guests well. Some of the wisdom of visiting is expanding one's sustenance and prolonging one's life, obtaining rewards, obtaining forgiveness and obtaining goodness.
