Abstract

The maintenance of fishing vessels at Perikanan Samudera Kendari Harbor (PPS) is often carried out by fishing vessels maintenance ventures such as painting, cutting, annihilating, welding, spraying by using sand, changing oils, repairing machines, and other maintenance duties. This industry could potentially lead to degradation of environmental quality, one of which is heavy metal contamination. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to know the degree of heavy metal contamination at PPS Kendari, based on physics parameters (water brightness) and chemical parameters (Pb and Zn). Lead content (Pb) at the first station (1), the second station (2) and the third station (3) was undetected. Meanwhile, zinc content (Zn) at the first station (1) and the second station (2) was also undetected. At the third station (3), the zinc content was detected of 0.006 mg/L. This value is still under standard quality, namely of 0.1 mg/L. Zn contamination index was 0.053. This value is still within 0 ≤ Pij ≤ 1,0 range which meant the content of Zn at PPS Kendari still meets the standard quality (good condition).

Abstract

The results showed that the number of vehicles that passed in the South Konawe Torobulu ferry port area was 9686 vehicles during the eid homecoming flow based on 2017 and the minimum number of vehicles that crossed as many as 3596 vehicles during Eid homecoming in 2020, for the total load of CO emissions generated according to the type of vehicle the most The amount produced is 93,010,624 (g/month/km) for 2020 and for the total load of N2O emissions produced which are differentiated according to the type of vehicle, the largest produced is 40,695,872 (g/month/km) 2017 date. The CO load produced is according to the type of vehicle, the largest produced is 0.09 (tons/month) in 2021 date and for the N2O emission load is produced according to the type of vehicle, the largest is 0.0601 (tons/month) 2018 date. The results of the analysis using Quantum GIS that the Green Open Space at the South Konawe Torobulu ferry port with an area of 52 .299 m2 of which there is tree cover vegetation with an area of 11,394 m2 and ornamental plant vegetation with an area of 2810 m2, with the ability to absorb 151,560208 kg/hour, for this reason it is necessary to add 1.65 hectares to be able to absorb Green Open Space, so that vehicle CO2 emissions due to The resulting Eid homecoming flow can be absorbed more optimally.

Abstract

Nanga village is a village located in East Wawonii District which is still said lagging city. There has no effective waste disposal site, and several communities choose to throw garbage into the ocean directly and the river. So that, it can be collected and managed properly and efficiently garbage by using the planning design of an integrated waste processing site (TPST) location to handle and reduce the negative impacts of garbage. The research variable refers to regional, allowance, and placement eligibilities (SNI 03-3241-1994). Based on this research, we discover the Nanga village stated in the medium classification to develop an integrated waste processing site in East Wawonii District.
