Abstract

The marketing performance of bag MSMEs in Bogor is a complex phenomenon and still faces challenges, such as limited resources, lack of digital technology utilization, and lack of effective partnerships. This makes it difficult for bag MSMEs to improve their competitive advantage and marketing performance. This study aims to analyze and empirically prove the influence of internal resources , digital marketing , and partnership strategies on competitive advantage and their implications for marketing performance in bag Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bogor. The research approach uses a quantitative method with causality analysis. The population consists of 112 bag MSMEs, with a sample of 88 bag MSMEs. The instrument is a questionnaire with 47 valid and reliable indicators, analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS version 4.1.0.5. The results of the study indicate that internal resources and digital marketing significantly influence competitive advantage. Digital marketing is the dominant factor, emphasizing the importance of digital transformation in building competitiveness. Furthermore, marketing performance is significantly influenced by internal resources , digital marketing , and competitive advantage. However, partnership strategies do not have a significant effect, either directly or indirectly, on competitive advantage and marketing performance. Abstract

Cash waqf is an Islamic social finance instrument with great potential in supporting the economic empowerment of the Muslim community. Although Indonesia's cash waqf potential reaches IDR 181 trillion annually, the cumulative amount collected by end-2025 has only reached IDR 3.5 trillion, less than 2% of the total potential. This article analyzes the optimization of cash waqf through the Islamic Financial Institution-Cash Waqf Recipient (LKS-PWU) using a conceptual and comparative approach. The study is conducted through library research and regulatory analysis, covering classical fiqh perspectives, positive law, and institutional practices in Indonesia. The findings indicate that the integration of sharia principles, digital innovation, and good governance can enhance the effectiveness of cash waqf collection and management through LKS-PWU.

Abstract

This study aims to normatively analyze the role of the state in economic development and the formation of justice during Indonesia's Reform Era (1998–2024) using Ibn Khaldun's economic framework from Al-Muqaddimah. Employing a qualitative approach with the library research method, this study examines primary sources from Ibn Khaldun's works and secondary sources comprising academic literature on post-1998 Indonesian economic policies. The findings indicate that Ibn Khaldun's thought on the state as a facilitator of development, fiscal justice, and equitable wealth distribution holds significant relevance in evaluating the dynamics of Reform Era economic policies. Several points of convergence exist between Reform Era policies and Ibn Khaldun's principles, particularly in fiscal decentralization, tax reform, and social welfare programs. However, persistent wealth distribution inequality, unequal tax burdens, excessive state dominance in certain economic sectors, and the chronic problem of corruption still require serious attention and adjustment to align with Ibn Khaldun's concept of umran and justice. This study concludes that Ibn Khaldun's normative principles can serve as a relevant reference framework for designing more just and sustainable economic policies in Indonesia going forward.
