Abstract

This study aims to find out the model of the fiscal application of Rasul SAW in the context of the fiscal management of Palembang City Province. This research was conducted in two stages. Phase I, namely describing Rasul SAW's fiscal management model and implemented it in the management of the fiscal city of Palembang and its implications for the level of security and welfare of the people of Palembang city. Phase II, namely the development of Rasul SAW's fiscal management model, became the model rule for the fiscal management of Palembang city. Fiscal management includes the use of government spending, taxation, and loans to achieve the desired goals in building a country, fiscal management becomes the main tool for the state for welfare, this management is applied by the Prophet Muhammad in Medina. The Prophet Muhammad's fiscal resources consisted of Zakat, Ghanimah, Kharaj, Jizyah, and other sources burupa Usyir. The position of fiscal management plays an important role in the Islamic economic system compared to monetary management, with the prohibition on usury and obligations regarding the importance of fiscal position compared to monetary. The economic and fiscal system applied to the government of Palembang City refers to the policies contained in the Pancasila, the Act, and government regulations both the central government and regional government regulations. The fiscal becomes regional original income (PAD) sourced from; (1) Results of regional tax collection; (2) Regional retreat; (3) Management of regional wealth 4) and others.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the challenges, opportunities, and strategies in the implementation of sharia management in the era of globalization. In the context of modern business that is increasingly competitive, sharia management is faced with various challenges, including a lack of understanding of sharia principles, differences in regulations in different countries, and challenges in public education. Meanwhile, opportunities for the development of sharia management are increasingly open with the rapid growth of the halal industry and the increasing demand for products that are in accordance with ethical and sustainability principles. Through a literature approach, this study analyzes various literature to identify existing challenges, explore potential that can be utilized, and formulate effective strategies to overcome these obstacles. The findings of the study show that increasing sharia literacy, the adoption of information technology, and collaboration between the public and private sectors are strategic steps that can help sharia management compete in the global market. This research is expected to contribute to the development of sharia management as well as practical recommendations for industry players and policymakers in facing modern business dynamics

Abstract

Seni adalah sebuah kegiatan yang memiliki daya tarik besar dalam kehidupan manusia. Ketertarikan ini salahsatunya disebabkan karena seni memang merupakan keindahan, sedangkan manusia adalah makhluk yang menyukai keindahan. Salah satu kesenian yang bertujuan untuk menyampaikan nilai-nilai Islam adalah seni rebana yang ada di Desa Lubuk Batang Baru Baturaja yang penduduknya rata-rata memeluk agama Islam. Seni rebana merupakan bagian warisan budaya leluhur dalam mensyiarkan agama Islam kepada masyarakat agar mengenal Islam lebih baik lagi. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di ini akan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk paparan teori dan praktik, serta uji penampilan secara langsung. Luaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah selain terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan seni rebana, kegiatan ini juga dapat menanamkan kecintaan terhadap nilai-nilai Islam dalam kecintaan kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW. Adapun tujuan jangka panjangnya adalah agar mengembangkan dan melestarikan serta menjaga kesenian rebana ini sebagai warisan budaya yang telah dibawa dan oleh para pendahulu sebelumnya untuk masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh pelaku industri rumahan kerupuk kemplang di Desa Pedamaran, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan pendapatan usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Fokus penelitian mencakup strategi produk, harga, distribusi, dan promosi, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi pemasaran yang tepat dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan memperluas pasar, sehingga berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan pendapatan usaha. Strategi ini juga mencerminkan nilai-nilai ekonomi Islam seperti kejujuran, keberkahan, dan keadilan dalam berusaha.

Abstract

Studi ini membahas tentang bagaimana operasi plastik dalam perspektif hukum Islam. Hasil studi ini menyatakan bahwa operasi plastik merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi umat Islam di era kontemporer. Operasi plastik secara umum terbagi menjadi dua bagian, yakni operasi plastik yang diperbolehkan karena untuk tujuan pengobatan dan operasi plastik yang diharamkan karena untuk mempercantik diri. Keharaman operasi plastik untuk mempercantik diri karena mendatangkan banyak mudharat tidak hanya bagi si pelaku, juga perbuatan itu termasuk dari perbuatan merubah ciptaan Allah SWT.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of academic supervision through a Deep Learning approach in enhancing the pedagogical competence of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at SDN 224 Palembang. The background of this research is the gap between the demands of 21st-century pedagogical competence and the reality of supervision practices that remain conventional and administrative in elementary schools. The study aims to describe PAI teachers' pedagogical competence, analyze the Deep Learning approach in supervision, and examine its implementation to enhance pedagogical competence. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through non-participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis. The findings reveal three main themes. First, PAI teachers' pedagogical competence is still dominated by conventional methods with minimal technology integration, while academic supervision focuses on administrative compliance without reflective feedback. Second, the Deep Learning approach is understood as a framework for analyzing learning depth including question quality, cognitive interaction, and value contextualization yet remains unimplemented in supervision instruments. Third, Deep Learning-based supervision has the potential to enhance pedagogical competence through data-driven feedback, but is constrained by technological infrastructure, teachers' digital literacy, administrative burden, and the absence of a pedagogical collaboration culture. This study implies the necessity of transforming the supervision paradigm from administrative to reflective-analytical, strengthening technology-based instructional leadership, and developing supervision instruments based on Deep Learning indicators. Abstrak Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi supervisi akademik melalui pendekatan deep learning dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SDN 224 Palembang. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kesenjangan antara tuntutan kompetensi pedagogik abad 21 dengan realitas praktik supervisi yang masih bersifat konvensional dan administratif di sekolah dasar. Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI, menganalisis pendekatan deep learning dalam supervisi, serta mengkaji implementasinya untuk peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi non-partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkap tiga temuan utama. Pertama, kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI masih didominasi metode konvensional dengan integrasi teknologi minimal, sementara supervisi akademik terfokus pada pemeriksaan administratif tanpa umpan balik reflektif. Kedua, pendekatan deep learning dipahami sebagai kerangka analisis kedalaman pembelajaran meliputi kualitas pertanyaan, interaksi kognitif, dan kontekstualisasi nilai namun belum terimplementasi dalam instrumen supervisi. Ketiga, implementasi supervisi berbasis deep learning berpotensi meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik melalui umpan balik berbasis data, namun terkendala infrastruktur teknologi, literasi digital guru, beban administratif, dan minimnya budaya kolaborasi pedagogis. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan perlunya transformasi paradigma supervisi dari administratif menuju reflektif-analitis, penguatan kepemimpinan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, serta pengembangan instrumen supervisi berbasis indikator deep learning.
