Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan profesionalitas dan motivasi guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di tingkat SMA di Baturaja. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Populasi penelitian meliputi guru PAI tingkat SMA, sedangkan sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan korelasi Pearson dan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalitas guru dan motivasi kerja berada pada kategori tinggi serta memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Profesionalitas guru berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas strategi pembelajaran, sedangkan motivasi kerja mendorong efektivitas pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan prestasi akademik siswa. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan kompetensi profesional dan motivasi guru melalui pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan sebagai upaya meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di sekolah

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the implementation of the Lauhun method in Qur'an and Hadith learning, describe students' Qur'an memorization ability, and examine the effect of the Lauhun method on students' Qur'an memorization ability at MTs Nahdlotul Muslimin. The study employed a quantitative approach using an explanatory survey design. The population consisted of 265 students, while 73 respondents were selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires, memorization tests, observations, and documentation, and were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Chi-Square test at a 5% significance level. The findings revealed that the implementation of the Lauhun method was categorized as moderate, accounting for 60.27% of respondents. Likewise, students' Qur'an memorization ability was predominantly in the moderate category (60.27%). The hypothesis testing produced a Chi-Square value of 21.74, exceeding the critical value of 9.488, indicating that the alternative hypothesis was accepted. These findings demonstrate that the Lauhun method has a significant effect on students' Qur'an memorization ability. Better implementation of the Lauhun method is associated with higher levels of Qur'an memorization achievement. Therefore, the Lauhun method can serve as an effective instructional strategy for improving the quality of Qur'an and Hadith learning in Islamic junior secondary schools.

Abstract

Teacher creativity in the learning process is a crucial aspect in creating a fun learning environment and motivating students to actively participate in learning activities, particularly in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This study aims to describe the forms of PAI teacher creativity and their impact on student learning interest at SD Negeri 104 OKU. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The results indicate that PAI teacher creativity manifests itself in three main ways: a variety of learning methods (discussions, demonstrations, and question-and-answer sessions), the use of learning media (visual and audiovisual), and teacher role models in religious and communicative behavior. These three aspects have been proven to increase student learning interest, as evidenced by increased student participation, enthusiasm, and responsibility in learning. Thus, PAI teacher creativity is a strategic factor in creating a learning climate that supports the strengthening of religious values and character in students from an early age.
