Abstract

This study examines the relationship of four dimensions in career development those are increased career goals, professional ability, promotion speed and increased remuneration, toward an affective commitment, and a turnover intention. The sample is employees of PT. Aksara Solopos in the amount of 100 respondents. A survey method was used in this study to be data collection method and it was done by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used for data analysis and the results show that the dimensions of career development.The method of data collection in this study used a survey method by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The test results show that the dimensions of career development (increased career goals, professional ability, promotion speed and increased remuneration) influence increased career goals, professional ability, promotion speed and increased remuneration, furthermore that affective commitment negatively influence turnover intention.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to empirically test the profit balance of stock prices, stock trading volume and return on invested capital (ROI). This research method used quantitative linear regression analysis using SPSS IBM 20. The information comes from the quarterly financial reports listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the years 2018-2020. The results of the F-test show that the earnings ratio, stock market trading volume and return on invested capital (ROI) have a significant impact on stock prices. At the same time, the t-test shows that profit balance, stock trading volume and return on invested capital (ROI) partially significantly affect stock prices.

Abstract

This study attempts to measure Personal Branding of Three Female Bureaucrats : A Feminist Stylistics Approach. This study adopted a qualitative method. Data gathered through a several documents from social media. Findings of the study indicate that the aforementioned analysis, Sri Mulyani, Retno Marsudi and Denni Puspa Purbasari do have a strong personal branding. They present the image of people who are intelligent and competent in their area, but who nevertheless remain humble and can adapt to any circumstances. When viewed through the lens of Motion personal branding concepts, the three female bureaucrats met most of these criteria: historical narrative, positioning, commodification, aestheticization, moral career, and linguistic realization. They are able to use media as a means of branding, and build a positive reputation. The success of this personal branding can also be proven by the public's response to Sri Mulyani, Retno Marsudi and Denni Puspa Purbasari image and persona, which demonstrate respect and admiration for their figure. The Beneficial of this study are for developing knowledgement of personal branding and translation.

Abstract

Until now, plastic waste is still a major problem if left unchecked. Plastic waste will certainly have a negative impact on the environment, such as polluting water, air, soil, and clogging waterways, as well as having a negative impact on the health of living things. This is because plastic packaging waste takes a long time to decompose. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase knowledge, skills, and processing plastic waste into multipurpose shopping bags. This service partner is a PKK mother who is in the hamlet of Keblokan RT 03/ RW 08, Sendangijo, Selogiri, Wonogiri, Central Java. The methods used are pre-test, outreach, post-test, training & mentoring, as well as the evaluation stage. As a result of this community service, it is hoped that processing plastic waste into multipurpose shopping bags can have a positive impact on PKK mothers and the environment, and can even become a business opportunity for the community. This community service is beneficial to the community because it can manage useless plastic packaging waste into useful and valuable products.

Abstract

Based on a report from the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises, a large number of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have been affected by the pandemic. Of the total, more than half reported a decline in sales, while the rest faced problems related to capital, distribution, and availability of raw materials. This study is a quantitative study with an associative approach conducted through a survey method, aiming to analyze the impact of organizational justice on innovative work behavior, with knowledge sharing as a mediating variabel. Data analysis was performed using PLS-SEM software version 3.0. The measurement tool used in this study was a questionnaire designed with a likert scale, and data were collected from 155 respondents. The sampling technique applied was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach, i.e., sample selection based on specific criteria. The criteria set were respondents who were employees with at least one year of work experience, assuming they had adapted to their jobs. The results of the study indicate that organizational justice has a significant and positive influence on innovative work behavior. Additionally, organizational justice was found to positively contribute to knowledge sharing, and knowledge sharing has a significant and positive influence on innovative work behavior. Other findings show that organizational justice significantly influences innovative work behavior partially through the mediation of knowledge sharing. Abstract

This training also aims to empower the community to process butterfly pea flowers into tea and sweets, an initiative that aims to improve health and welfare at the community level. Through education, training and skills development, the community is ready to realize the potential of telang flowers for health and process them into value-added products such as tea and candy. These steps include adding information about the benefits of butterfly pea flowers for health and the production process of tea and sweets. Through a series of trainings, this approach aims to ensure that the community, especially PKK women in Losari Hamlet, Kwangsan Village, Jumapolo, Karanganyar, know the benefits of telang flowers, not only as animal feed. The main focus is only increasing the value of telang flowers for animal feed, knowing the health benefits and expanding entrepreneurial skills. The results of this program are expected to increase community participation in the use of telang flowers and the community will also become more aware that plants which were originally only used for animal feed actually have many benefits for body health and are also sustainable and sustainable. . economically empowering domestic businesses.

Abstract

Digital marketing training with imooji is an initiative that aims to develop the knowledge and skills of MSME business actors in promoting products using digital promotional media. The method used in this service activity uses the socialization method and practice of making imooji. As a result of this training, business actors can make good use of digital promotional media. In this training, participants are invited to explore the potential of imooji as a creative tool that can increase visual appeal and customer interaction in the digital world. Imooji not only creates a pleasant impression, but can also be a key element in communicating the value of brands and culinary products to the target market. Through this training, MSME players are expected to be able to optimize their digital presence to increase visibility, increase customer engagement, and ultimately, increase sales of their culinary products.

Abstract

The study aims to compute causality Granger test on Net Interest Margin (NIM) and liquidity Bank Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. Variable of liquidity uses proxies Legal Reserve Requirement (LRR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). The statistics tool is E-Views 8th with Granger Causality test. The Data research is financial statement Bank in IDX. We provide finding in the relationship among NIM, LRR and liquidity ratio Bank. We found result that there is Granger causality NIM and LRR, NIM and Loan to Deposit Ratio (liquidity) and Reserve Requirement and LDR. The study is beneficial for management bank to make policy in net interest margin and liquidity, for future research to develop empirical literature in net interest margin, Legal Reserve Requirement and Loan to Deposit Ratio.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka mengetahui bagaimana meningkatkan kinerja organisasi (KO) dengan penerapan manajemen rantai pasokan (PMRP) dan sistem informasi strategis (SIS), di kalangan usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Populasi dan sampelnya adalah para pelaku UMKM di wilayah Jawa Tengah. Kriteria sampel yang digunakan adalah UMKM yang pernah menggunakan atau berinteraksi dengan teknologi informasi atau internet. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) atau model persamaan struktural, pengolahannya memakai program aplikasi Analysis Moment of Structural (AMOS). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa penerapan manajemen rantai pasok dan sistem informasi strategis tidak berpengaruh langsung pada kinerja organisasi, sistem informasi strategis berpengaruh positif pada keunggulan kompetitif dan kinerja organisasi, keunggulan kompetitif (KK) mempunyai pengaruh positif serta signifikan pada kinerja organisasi, keunggulan kompetitif memediasi sepenuhnya pengaruh sistem informasi strategis pada kinerja organisasi, keunggulan kompetitif tidak memediasi pengaruh penerapan manajemen rantai pasok pada kinerja organisasi.
