Abstract

Pada ada dua dekade terakhir, produksi minyak kelapa sawit dunia meningkat pesat. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh data bahwa antara tahun 1980 dan 1990 saja, produksinya meningkat dari 4,55 juta ton menjadi 10,95 juta ton. Lantas, pada tahun 1997 meningkat menjadi 17,46 juta ton. Selanjutnya, produksi kelapa sawit dunia mencapai 21,258 juta ton pada tahun 2000. Penelitian pembuatan arang aktif dari cangkang sawit pernah dilakukan. Pada tahun 1994. Percobaan dilakukan dengan reaktor unggun tetap dengan metode operasi curah (batch) pada tekanan atmosfir. Operasi terdiri dari dua tahap yaitu tahap karbonisasi dan diikuti tahap aktivasi dengan gasifikasi uap air

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the Azay Boiling Water Depot in Juang Bireuen City to find out how impulsive purchases and promotions influence customers' interest in purchasing boiled water. The research here is purely descriptive. Although 98 customers made up the sample, little is known about the population as a whole. Observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies were used to gather data. Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0 was used for the analysis of this research. The results indicated that both impulse buying and promotion had a positive and significant impact on consumers' buying interest. This is supported by the fact that the T-Statistics value was greater than 1.96 and the P-Value was less than 0.50, indicating that the hypothesis test in this study was accepted or valid. An R-Square value of 0.901 for the purchase intent variable is readily apparent. This indicates that a 90.1% relationship exists between the two variables, with impulsive purchases and promotions having the greatest impact on consumer interest.

Abstract

The rice productivity in Panai Tengah was still relatively low, producing 4.75 Mg ha-1, compared to the national production of 5 to 6 Mg ha-1. Low rice productivity was caused by limiting factors in land use, namely, physical and biological factors, soil chemistry, and agricultural systems. Providing organic fertilizer or municipal waste compost is one way to overcome the constraints on the soil’s physical, biological, and chemical characteristics. This study aims to determine the response to the growth and yield of rainfed rice fields in Kecamatan Panai Tengah with a dose of Municipal Solid Waste Compost (MSWC). This research was conducted by taking soil samples in the rainfed rice fields and then analyzing them in the experimental field at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Labuhanbatu University. The analysis stage was for six months, from seeding to harvesting. The methodology for this study was a non-factorial randomized block design consisting of 7 treatments. The result showed that applying MSWC at a dose of 18 Mg ha-1 showed high yields. The recommendation to farmers was to give 18 Mg ha-1 of MSWC to increase the yields of their rice fields.

Abstract

Socialization of Women's Empowerment Through Creative Economy in the Craft Sector" aims to increase women's awareness and skills in developing the creative economy in the craft sector. This activity is carried out through training and mentoring to improve women's abilities in designing, producing, and marketing craft products. The expected results are increased income and welfare of women, as well as the development of the creative economy in the community. Thus, this activity can contribute to women's empowerment and local economic development.

Abstract

Determining the cost of production may still be somewhat difficult for MSME players. Calculation and determination of the cost of production is very important in order to know the calculation of sales margins, determination of selling prices and predictions of profit and loss. UMKM Keripik Ketela has not yet calculated the cost of goods produced accurately due to a lack of knowledge about accounting. Conducted training regarding calculating the cost of production according to It is hoped that accounting science can produce accurate information and can be used as a consideration in determining product selling prices more accurately. In calculating the cost of a product, it is necessary to know the cost elements used, including the nature of these costs, both fixed and variable. The training program provided will help Cassava Chip MSME owners to be able to accurately calculate the cost of production which will later be useful in determining product selling prices, monitoring periodic profits and losses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh rasio kecukupan modal atau capital adequity ratio (CAR) terhadap profitabilitas yang dilihat dari aspek net interest margin yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah rasio kecukupan modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap net interest margin terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2008-2012.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dalam kurun waktu penelitian (tahun 2008- 2012).Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 31 bank. Teknikpengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui metode purposive sampling dengan tujuanuntuk mendapatkan sampel yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dengan menggunakan program SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kecukupan modalmempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja perbankan Indonesia yang dilihat dari profitabilitas (NIM).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh daya tarik brand ambassador terhadap keputusan pembelian shampo merek pantene pada masyarakat labuhanbatuutara, 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh daya tarik iklan terhadap keputusan pembelian shampo merek pantene pada masyarakat labuhanbatuutara.Hipotesis penelitian adalah variabel daya tarik brand ambassador berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian shampo merek pantene pada masyarakat labuhanbatuutara, variabel daya tarik iklan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian shampo merek pantene pada masyarakat labuhanbatuutara.Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat labuhanbatuutara. Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Lingga Tiga Sawit Labuhanbatu. Jumlah anggota populasi sebanyak 181 orang karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling karena pengambilan sampel anggota populasi dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi tersebut. Dan penentuan ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin, sehingga diperoleh hasil sebanyak 64 responden yang akan dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data dan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana untuk mengukur pengaruh dari variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat yaitu keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja sebagai variabel independent (X) dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependent (Y). Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini dibantu dengan program Stastitical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 19. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Lingga Tiga Sawit Labuhanbatu. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian empiris variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar 0.461 dengan nilai t hitung 3.477 serta nilai signifikansi 0.001

Abstract

Penelitian ini di lakukan dengan metode analisis kuantitatif dengan populasi adalah karyawan pada PT.MUSTIKA ASAHAN JAYA. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh antara human kapital terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mustika Asahan Jaya dengan hasil regresi Y = 2,203 0,515X1. Sedangkan nilai R² = 63,50% dan sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lainnya yang tidak diikutkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research was to know: (1) the influence of television commercials against the decision of the purchase of instant noodles (survey with the community of Tanjung selamat), (2) the influence of the price of the purchase decision instant noodles (survey with the community of Tanjung selamat). This research including survey research with quantitative approach. The population in this research is the community of Tanjung Selamat. Based on the results of the calculation of the specified number of samples is used as much as 98 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested and reliabilitasnya validity. Data analysis technique that is used is a double linier regression. The results of the study showed that: (1) influential television commercials significant on the Tanjung Selamat, proved from the value of the significance of 0,000<0.05 and regression coefficient of 0,058, (2) the price of a significant effect of Tanjung Selamat, proved from the significance of 0,000<0.05 and regression coefficient of 0,181.
