Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh diklat terhadap pengembangan karirdi kantorBadan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap pengembangan karirdi kantor Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, untuk mengetahui pengaruh diklat dan fasilitas kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap pengembangan karir di kantorBadan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwadiklat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir di kantor Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir di kantor Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Hasil regresi berganda yaitu Y = 0,143 + 0,179X1 + 0,806X2.Kata kunci : Diklat, Fasilitas kerja, Pengembangan Karir

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative, and the place of this research is the Department of Transportation of Labuhanbatu Regency. Data collection techniques used in the study were observation, documentation and questionnaires using a Likert scale. The population in this study were 84 employees of the Labuhanbatu Regency Transportation Service. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Since the number of employees of the Labuhanbatu Regency Transportation Service is 84 people (less than 100 people), all employees are taken as objects of research. The value of Fcount is 30.993> Ftable 2.72 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. From these results, it can be concluded that Emotional Intelligence (X1), Intellectual Intelligence (X2), and Quality of Work Life (X3) simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The value of R Square from the analysis of the coefficient of determination of 0.538 means that Employee Performance (Y) can be explained by the variables of Emotional Intelligence (X1), Intellectual Intelligence (X2), and Quality of Work Life (X3) of 53.8%, while the remaining 46.2 % can be explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of price, promotion and product quality on consumer satisfaction. The design of this research is hypothesis testing using primary data obtained by distributing 100 questionnaires to consumers of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Quality Rantauprapat, with the measuring scale used is the Likert scale. In this study, the data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression analysis technique of quantitative data using the (SPSS) method. The results of this study conclude that partially and simultaneously there is a positive effect but not all significant between the effect of price, promotion and product quality on consumer satisfaction of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Quality Rantauprapat.

Abstract

Online shopping has become a new habit in today's society and has even penetrated students. Developments in the field of technology have led to changes in students who used to only shop directly or offline now shopping online, including Universitas Labuhanbatu students. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents to make it easier for researchers to get the information they need. In this study, the population was students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Labuhanbatu. This study used a purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 50 people. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. This study shows that there is a positive effect of price on purchasing decisions, there is a positive influence of E-wom on purchasing decisions, there is a positive influence of discount on purchasing decisions, and there is a positive influence of the tagline "Gratis Ongkir" on purchasing decisions. Price, E-wom, discount, and the tagline "Gratis Ongkir" together have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotional strategies, product design, and halal labels on purchasing decisions on the culinary king of kebabs and rantauprapat burgers. The population in this study is the culinary consumer of the king of kebabs and rantauprapat burgers. The number of samples in this study amounted to 96 samples. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling and the researcher used accidental sampling. The testing technique used in this test is validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicoloniarity test and coefficient of determination. TEST The hypothesis uses the t-test to prove the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The test results in this study indicate that promotional strategies affect purchasing decisions, product design affects purchasing decisions, halal labels affect purchasing decisions. Simultaneously promotion strategy, product design, halal label affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Horizontal Communication, Vertical Communication and Diagonal Communication on Employee Morale at the North Rantau Sub-district Office, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study is employees at the North Rantau Sub-district Office, the study period is from January to July 2023, The determination of sample techniques uses the opinions of 30 people and the analysis methods used are descriptive analysis methods, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing, with a variable value of Horizontal Communication calculated at 3,237 while t table 1,703 (tcount > from ttabel) with a sig value of 0.003 smaller than the alpha value of 0.05. Then the value of the Vertical Communication variable is calculated at 3.081 while t table is 1.703 (tcount > from ttabel) with a sig of 0.005 smaller than the alpha value of 0.05. Meanwhile, for the Diagonal Communication variable, the calculation value is 2.907 while the ttabel is 1.703 (t calculate > from the ttabel) with a sig of 0.007 smaller than the alpha value of 0.05. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test) showed that Horizontal Communication (X1), Vertical Communication (X2) and Diagonal Communication (X3) had a positive and significant effect on employee morale at the North Rantau Sub-district Office, with a calculated value of 9.178 while f table 2.76 (f count is greater than thef tabel). The test results of the Coefficient of determination (R2) can be seen that the Adjusted R square value of 0.458 or 45.8% shows that Horizontal Communication, Vertical Communication and Diagonal Communication against Employee Morale at the North Rantau Sub-district Office of 54.2%

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Product, Price, Location and Store Atmosphere on Customer Satisfaction at Warkop Markas Cofee. The population used in this study were 96 respondents who visited and made repeated purchases more than 3 times at Warkop Markas Cofee. The data collection technique in this study used the one shot method or one-time measurement of 96 respondents. While the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and uses the SPSS application. Partially, the product has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at Warkop Markas Cofee. Partially Price has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Warkop Markas Cofee . Partially, location has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Warkop Markas Cofe. Partially Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Warkop Markas Coffee. Simultaneously the product, price, location, and store atmosphere variables together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Warkop Markas Cofee. Abstract

Pada ada dua dekade terakhir, produksi minyak kelapa sawit dunia meningkat pesat. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh data bahwa antara tahun 1980 dan 1990 saja, produksinya meningkat dari 4,55 juta ton menjadi 10,95 juta ton. Lantas, pada tahun 1997 meningkat menjadi 17,46 juta ton. Selanjutnya, produksi kelapa sawit dunia mencapai 21,258 juta ton pada tahun 2000. Penelitian pembuatan arang aktif dari cangkang sawit pernah dilakukan. Pada tahun 1994. Percobaan dilakukan dengan reaktor unggun tetap dengan metode operasi curah (batch) pada tekanan atmosfir. Abstract

Health efforts for children can be made through improving nutrition. Good nutrition will produce quality human resources. One of the important nutrients for the growth and development of school children is protein from fish. This service activity conveys the message of the importance of fish consumption, involves the role of parents in transforming the benefits of sustainable fish consumption, and explores the factors that influence children's consumption of fish. So it is hoped that it can increase the target's knowledge and determine the factors that influence the target in consuming fish. The results of this activity concluded that there had been an increase in the target group's knowledge about the importance of fish consumption, but its implementation in daily practice could not yet be confirmed. So it is necessary to monitor its implementation. Knowledge and motivation are not the main factors for children wanting to consume fish, the availability of food made from fish at home and processing that can increase children's interest in consuming fish are the main factors that need to be considered.
