Abstract

ABSTRACT. Good governance is a governmental management in organizing and managing sosial andeconomic resources to develop the growth of the nation. The role of civil society like NGO/ NonGovernment Organizations in Good governance is supporting the participatory development. The lowavailability of employment is one of the problems in the development. This research focuses on theforms of Indonesian Migrant Workers Union (SBMI) participation as a civil society in empowering theformer Indonesian migrant workers from Lampung region.. And also data analyzation. The result of thisresearch showed that the participation of SBMI Lampung in empowering the former Indonesian migrantworkers from Lampung in form of non-physical participation, included: planning, decision making onevaluation and counseling, empowerment, mentoring and rehabilitation; while the physical participation was done in form of procurement necessity for ex-BMI (Indonesian Migrant Workers) such as; materials, machinery and money. In addition, SBMI focused on the process of empowerment in thefield of motivation, self-development, management, resource mobilization and network development. Keywords: Good governance, civil society, SBMI, participation, ex-migrant workers from Lampung.

Abstract

Advances in technology and information have opened up great opportunities for the community, especially for the world of education. Therefore, educational institutions or organizations must have strategies in dealing with changes in student interaction patterns on information technology devices and how schools face the development of the digital era. This research is a research that explores the strategy of education providers in the use of digital literacy as a medium to improve the quality of learning. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis with a qualitative approach that focuses on substantive and formal theories as well as events that exist and are recognized as true. The strategy of the education provider organization in utilizing digital literacy at the IT Baitul Muslim High School in East Lampung has been going well so far, because the digital literacy program had been implemented in the school environment long before the COVID-19 pandemic hit. So that the learning process with digital literacy is nothing new for schools and students. Although in this case the improvement of teacher competence continues to be pursued as one of the school's strategies to improve teacher competence to actualize learning and the potential of students in digital literacy learning

Abstract

Participation in supporting national development does not only help the government but the existence of development stakeholders in every layer, greatly determines the success of national development, in this case the involvement of local governments must be able to synergize well with the central government in the implementation of national development, it must be supported by the economy from national income. . The research method that researchers use in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis method. The approach to substantive and formal theories as well as events that exist and are recognized as true. Writing using this method aims to describe the problems studied accurately regarding the facts and causes of the observed phenomena. poor management services to the community, of course this is very deviating from the values ​​and basic rules of a policy implementation process in optimizing public services, in which case the policies made must be successful with good implementation stages, therefore an understanding of pathological problems can be the main basis for SAMSAT in implementing tax administration services within its organizational environment effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

effective approach to sustainable environmental management. This study explores empowerment strategies in Metro City, Lampung, by integrating an analysis of factual environmental conditions such as daily waste generation, irrigation pollution, and the shortage of green open spaces. A descriptive qualitative method was employed through literature review, analysis of local government documents, media reports, and academic research. The findings indicate that effective empowerment strategies involve strengthening local capacities, active community participation in waste bank management, adherence to the STBM (Community-Based Total Sanitation) framework, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. The main obstacles include limited funding, weak inter-agency coordination, and low public awareness. The study recommends enhancing policy support, providing incentives, and establishing inclusive mechanisms for participatory-based sustainable development.

Abstract

Industri tekstil Indonesia menghadapi dinamika pasar yang tidak menentu, mendorong pelaku usaha untuk beradaptasi dengan strategi pemasaran digital. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu Gama Textile menjangkau audiens yang sesuai segmentasinya. Kegiatan ini berfokus pada penyusunan konten yang menarik, pengoptimalan gambar produk, penggunaan Facebook Ads, pembangunan landing page dengan Facebook Pixel, serta peningkatan tampilan Shopee. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah Defusi Ipteks berbasis pendekatan partisipatif, dimana tim pengabdi bersama mitra secara aktif merancang dan merealisasikan solusi melalui observasi, wawancara, diskusi, pelatihan teknis, dan pendampingan langsung.  Landasan teori Uses dan Gratifications (UGT) dan prinsip komunikasi efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan nilai konten. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterlibatan pengguna, kualitas dan relevansi konten, dan peningkatan efektivitas promosi digital mitra. Pendampingan ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat posisi Gama Textile di pasar digital dan menjadi model praktik terbaik bagi UMKM lainnya.

Abstract

Social media helps tourist destinations build their image and branding. By sharing interesting visual content, traveler experience stories, and positive testimonials, tourist destinations can strengthen their identity in the public eye. The use of social media also allows a tourist destination to interact directly with tourists, by answering questions, providing recommendations, and sharing personal tourist experiences. This study aims to determine the respondents' level of understanding of the creation of social media about forest tourism in increasing the visibility and attractiveness of tourism in Lampung province, focusing on theories that support the role of social media in influencing tourist decisions. Respondents in this study amounted to 28 people who were parties to the Government Office which included the Tourism Office, Hiudp Environmental Service, Forestry Service, SDA Pesawaran, KPH Pesawaran, and Tahura. The implementation of this community service activity was carried out using lecture and FGD (Focus Group Discussion) methods conducted directly by lecturers of the Forestry Department and Social Media Training Resource Persons by Lampung Geh. The results of the pre-test and post-test show that if there is an increase in participants' understanding of social media related to ecotourism. The data analysis conducted shows a significant increase in participants' knowledge, this reflects the material provided by the resource person can be understood by the participants. The percentage of the pre-test value is 66% while for the post-test value is 95%, so there is an increase of 29%.

Abstract

Mahasiswa saat ini memiliki peranan penting sebagai Political Control, Guardian of Value, Agen of Change, Iron Stock, Role Model, dan Moral Force. Mahasiswa adalah sumber daya manusia yang diharapkan memiliki kesiapan dalam menghadapi Era Society 5.0 dan Revolusi Industri 4.0. Dalam rangka menyiapkan sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan bersaing di era Society 5.0 dan Revolusi Industri 4.0 dibutuhkan peranan dari seluruh elemen lapisan masyarakat. Termasuk didalamnya terdiri dari pemerintah pusat dan daerah, organisasi nirlaba, akademisi dan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu menggunakan metode ceramah dan (FGD) Focus Group Disscussion. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang peran mahasiswa dalam pembangunan politik di Era Society 5.0 dan Revolusi Industri 4.0. Society 5.0 dibuat sebagai solusi dari revolusi industri 4.0 yang dikhawatirkan akan mendegradasi umat manusia dan karakter manusia. Society 5.0 bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan ruang maya dan ruang fisik menjadi satu, sehingga semua hal menjadi mudah dengan dilengkapi artificial inteligent. Mahasiswa dalam hal ini dituntut berfikir kritis, inovatif dan kreatif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe digital marketing strategies used by cafés and restaurants during Covid-19 pandemic in Metro City – Lampung. The research employed descriptive quantitative approach by analyzing data from interviews and observations toward 10 cafés and restaurants in Metro City. The results of this study reveal that digital marketing used by cafés and restaurants in Metro City was throughout digital platforms such as Gojek and Grab, then advertising was done through social media Instagram. This shows that the use of digital platforms and social media has proven to be effective in increasing sales and maintaining the existence of a business during this COVID-19 pandemic. The results of this study can be used as a reference source for culinary entrepreneurs in various regions so that they can use digital media to maintain sales targets during the COVID-19 pandemic, where people are prohibited from doing direct activities outside the home, hopefully it can help reduce physical interaction and the spread of the virus.
