Abstract

The study was conducted at the Rokan Hulu Police Resort, with the aim of examining the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of gender-based HRM practices on performance. The population of this study was 269 people. Based on this population size, using the N population table developed by Krejcie and Morgan namely with N (population) = 269 then n (sample) = 159 samples. The sampling method used in this study is the simple random sampling method. All respondents will be used to obtain primary data related to the variables, which will be collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5 points. All data obtained will be analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. This study found that gender-based HRM practices have a positive effect on performance, gender-based HRM practices have a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive effect on performance, and job satisfaction mediates the effect of practices on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between learning organization and employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Dumai City. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of 83 employees, all of whom were selected as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires utilizing a 5-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results indicate that: (1) learning organization has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; (2) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) learning organization has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; and (4) job satisfaction significantly mediates the effect of learning organization on employee performance. These findings contribute to the theoretical development of learning organization concepts and offer practical implications for human resource management in the public sector.

Abstract

The study was conducted at the Pelalawan Regency Land Office, with the aim of testing the role of gratitude in the workplace in mediating the influence of inclusive leadership on proactive behavior. The population of this study was 98 people. Based on this population size, the entire population was sampled. The sampling method used in this study was the Saturated Sampling Technique. All respondents will be used to obtain primary data related to the variables, which will be collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5 points. All data obtained will be analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. This study found that Inclusive leadership has a positive effect on proactive behavior; Inclusive leadership has a positive effect on gratitude in the workplace; Gratitude in the workplace has an effect on proactive behavior; Gratitude mediates the effect of inclusive leadership on proactive behavior.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Pekanbaru City District Court with the aim of analyzing the role of psychological empowerment as a moderating variable in the relationship between authentic leadership and innovative work behavior. The study population consisted of 95 individuals, all of whom were sampled using a saturated sampling method. Primary data were obtained through a questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale (1–5), covering the research variables. Subsequently, the data were analyzed using a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The research findings indicate that authentic leadership exhibits a positive relationship with innovative work behavior, and psychological empowerment has been shown to moderate the relationship between authentic leadership and innovative work behavior.

The study was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) to examine the role of workplace dignity in mediating the influence of inclusive leadership on innovative work behavior. The study population consisted of 890 people. Based on this population size, as per the Krejcie and Morgan (1970) table, the sample size for this study was 269 people. The sampling method used in this study was Systematic Random Sampling. All respondents were used to obtain primary data related to the variables, which were collected through a questionnaire with a 1-5-point Likert scale. All data obtained were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. This study found that inclusive leadership had a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior; inclusive leadership had a significant positive effect on workplace dignity; workplace dignity had a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior; and workplace dignity mediated the effect of inclusive leadership on innovative work behavior.

Abstract

The study was conducted at the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives of Riau Province, aiming to examine the mediating role of HR practices in the relationship between authentic leadership and employee creativity. The research population consisted of 196 employees. Based on this population size, the sample was determined using the population table developed by Krejcie and Morgan (1970), where for N (population) = 196, the required sample size is n = 132. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. All respondents were involved to obtain primary data related to the variables, which were collected through a questionnaire using a 1–5 point Likert scale. All collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS 3.0. The study found that authentic leadership has a positive effect on employee creativity; authentic leadership positively influences HR practices; HR practices positively affect employee creativity; and HR practices mediate the influence of authentic leadership on employee creativity.
