Abstract

Implementation of the Tulungagung Tourism Application Program Tulungagung Tourism in tourism development is very much needed. Currently, traveling has become a necessity for many people and it is time to optimize the tourism industry with a touch of technology and increase the commercialization of tourist areas through more modern tourism alternatives. The implementation of the Tulungagung Tourism Application Program which can be accessed via gadgets and the internet can be used as a tool for local governments to improve the quality of public services and improve the regional economy through the tourism sector. The method used in this research uses in-depth analysis techniques, namely examining problems on a case by case basis. In this research, the focus of the research study is identifying the role of the Tulungagung Tourism application in helping restore tourism in Tulungagung Regency after the pandemic. Then we will also examine what factors influence the implementation of the Tulungagung Tourism application at tourist attractions in Tulungagung Regency. The Tulungagung Regency Government has made a breakthrough in the tourism sector by providing community services in the form of an application called Tulungagung Tourism. The Tulungagung Tourism application is designed as a means or information medium prepared by the Tulungagung Regency government to make it easier for tourists to choose the best spots. The existence of the Tulungagung Tourism application is very important because it helps tourists to explore tourist destinations by using this application. In this application there are many features that make it easier for tourists to choose their tourist destination. With the Tulungagung Tourism application, Tulungagung district has become one of the areas that is most serious about developing its tourism sector massively and continues to grow. This application is one of the long-term plans for the government because there are so many tourist attractions in Tulungagung that the government automatically provides media facilities to accommodate tourists' needs.

Abstract

As one of the populist economy institutes in Indonesia, cooperatives have grown and developed almost the most of territory in Indonesia. No exception is the probability there are also many cooperatives within the disaster-prone territories or regions. So that the existence of cooperatives in disaster-prone areas will be the pedestal and hope of local society to come into play and help quickly to give stimulant recovery and society economy empowerment, at the moment when the societies get disaster. A Cooperative is one of the institutes that can participate together with society in disaster risk management. As an institute that is established together and based on kinship, cooperatives are hoped to be the nearest institute to citizens so that can result in the best solutions to overcome disaster problems. Various manners can be done cooperatively to help society to decrease the disaster impact; one of them is to prepare reserve stock for emergency needs. Because of still in a region that is prone to disaster, the stocks should be stored in a safe place. These reserve stocks can be taken from SHU (effort remaining results) and appropriated to the agreement so that they can be given freely while waiting for help from outsiders. So in the other words cooperatives have the function of the provider of emergency needs after a disaster so the needs of victims (the societies around the cooperative) can be fulfilled quickly.

Abstract

Tourism is the most important sector in economic development and development. Tourism in Indonesia as a supporting factor for the economy has bright prospects. One of the local governments that is quite successful in exploring and developing the tourism potential of this new village is Gresik Regency through Sekapuk Village which has Setigi tourism. Setigi tourism is part of the policy product carried out by the Sekapuk Village government, the mechanism for establishing Setigi tourism is part of the results of the Sekapuk Village deliberations. In recent years, Gresik Regency has tended to focus on tourism development in its area as an alternative to the mining industry. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of Setigi tourism in increasing village original income in Sekapuk village, Panceng district, Gresik Regency, this needs to be done because the community is a very important element to support the successful development of an area. This study used qualitative research methods. The results of this study are showing the success of Setigi tourism in increasing Regional Original Income and being able to bring in new economic sources other than being farm laborers. It is known that there has been an increase in the APBdes in Sekapuk Village in the last 4 years, namely an increase in PADes from 2019 to 2021, an increase of 100% over 2,380,014,655 in 2019 to 9,590,701,000,00 in 2021, while there is an increase in the aspect of MSME movement, one of which is the involvement of MSME residents who always sell in the area. tourism, as well as employing local residents in tourism Setigi.

Abstract

Community empowerment through the management of dairy cattle is one of the flagship programs of the Magetan Regency Government which aims to improving the economy of the people of Kampung Susu Lawu who incidentally are dairy farmers so that farmers can spread their wings in marketing the livestock products they have managed through this empowerment after that. This paper means to reveal and analyze data: 1) the process of community empowerment through the management of dairy farms in the Susu Lawu village, Sarangan sub-district, Plaosan sub-district, Magetan district, and 2) community empowerment evaluation through the management of dairy farms in the Susu Lawu village, Sarangan sub-district, Plaosan sub-district. magnet district. This paper was conducted using a qualitative case study approach. Data collection techniques used are: (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) documentation. This paper had result that indicate if: (1) The process of Community Empowerment through the management of dairy farms in the Susu Lawu Village, Sarangan Sub-district, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency is generally quite mature in terms of planning by selecting activities based on the priority needs of community groups. In general, its implementation can support the success of the Empowerment Program through the management of dairy farms and improve the community's economy. (2) Evaluation through the management of dairy farms in the Susu Lawu Village, Sarangan Sub-district, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency is quite successful in developing skills and increasing the income of community groups.

Abstract

Housing and settlements are basic human needs that are important factors in improving human dignity and the quality of a prosperous life in a just and prosperous society. The problem of slums which are mostly inhabited by the poor is a complex and intertwined phenomenon because it has long been a social problem in the community. One of the efforts of the Surabaya City Government to reduce uninhabitable housing is through the Slum Areas Social Rehabilitation Program (RSDK).Research on the Evaluation of the Slum Region Social Rehabilitation Program for Improving the Quality of Life of Residents was carried out to describe the extent of the Evaluation and Impact of the Implementation of the RSDK Program, using descriptive qualitative research methods based on the criteria of Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equality, Responsiveness, and Accuracy. The results of this evaluation indicate that in general, the Program Implementation was sufficient to meet the criteria targeted at the implementation program. In terms of efficiency, program implementation still has shortcomings due to the minimum timeframe specified and also the implementation process that is appropriate to the cost per stage. Adequacy is judged by the success of the development is still low due to complaints from some program beneficiaries. The similarity is seen based on the costs incurred for the Construction of Home Improvements have been carried out fairly. The level of community responsiveness related to program implementation is quite good because of the role of the local community in helping the program implementation process. The accuracy of the program implementation related to the results or program objectives is in accordance with what is desired. The physical impact that occurs with the construction of uninhabitable housing improvement programs can help the development of environmental conditions in the communities living in slums. Meanwhile, the social impact that occurs is to bring up the value that is useful and useful for the needs of people's lives.

Abstract

The effects of traffic activities on increasing pollution and human health concentrations have become a concern. In many cities air quality problems are mostly caused by motor vehicle emissions (WHO, 2005) Based on data published by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in 2017, the number of motorized vehicles in Indonesia is ± 129 million in 2016. Surabaya as a city the second largest in East Java with Motor Vehicles as much as ± 2,126 million Motor Vehicles, making the Regulation of Surabaya City Mayor Number 17 of 2018, Car Free Day where this regulation is a reference in the implementation of Car Free Day in Eight points in Surabaya. In this study, the researcher used the Implementation Theory of Donald S. Van Meter and Carl E. Van Horn. According to Donald S. Van Meter and Carl E. Van Horn. In this study, researchers used the six variables as a reference in the process of examining the Implementation Regulation of Surabaya City Mayor Number 17 of 2018, Car Free Day. The researcher used a type of qualitative descriptive research which then carried out Data Collection Techniques with Observation, in-depth interviews, and Documentation that could help to answer all the problems that the researcher made. The results of this study indicate the Implementation Regulation of Surabaya City Mayor Number 17 of 2018, Car Free Day in Bungkul Park Jl. Raya Darmo Surabaya, which is reviewed from 6 Implementation variables to solve the problem is: (1) Standards and Policy Objectives in the field have not been implemented according to the Function and Purpose, (2) Resource Policy is obtained from the City of Surabaya Regional Budget, (3) Inter-Organization Implementation and Communication Activities that have been established in implementing this policy are running well between the Implementation Team in accordance with their respective duties and responsibilities, (4) Characteristics of ImplementingOrganizations strengthened by the existence of a policy hierarchy formed based on the existing Implementation Team's Decree (5 ) Economic and social conditions that occur in the community are related to economic activities and changes in social activities in the community and (6) Disposition / Attitudes of implementers in the field have been running but not maximally because there is no reference to sanctions to take decisive actions or attitudes. Suggestions from this study are the firmness of the implementing party of the Car Free Day (CFD) program to more deeply disseminate information to the public, issue legal regulations so that anyone who violates can get strict sanctions, provide facilities to support Car Free Day (CFD) activities such as provide adequate Parking and Land for economic activities so as not to interfere with the implementation of this Policy by the Standards and Policy Objectives.

Abstract

This research is conducted to give an illustration of the extent of the impact of village funds on village development in Tunjungtirto Village Singosari Subdistrict and whether the village funds are used according to the program. The impact analysis focuses on the areas of development which include the construction of basic facilities and infrastructure, the construction of basic social service facilities and infrastructure, and the construction of economic facilities and infrastructure. The conclusions of the research results are: 1. Village Fund Implementation in Tunjungtirto Village has been implemented for a development activity program by development priority set by Permendes PDTT, 2. Determination of the Program of development activity funded by Village Funds is done through the participative process (bottom-up), transparent and accountable by implementing the Deliberation of Village Development Plan (Musrenbangdes). 3. The Impact of Village Funds in the development of village development areas covering basic infrastructure, basic social service facilities, and economic infrastructure has a positive impact for the village community. 4. The impact of village funds on community empowerment is useful in mobilizing household-based economic activities in management, production, and distribution. 5. The impact of Village Funds for Village Governments can give an acceleration of village development to achieve the vision and mission of Tunjungtirto village government in RPJMDes.

Abstract

Land and building tax is a local tax that has been transferred from the central to the regions since the issuance of PDRD Regulation No. 28/2009. The village is one of the institutions authorized as a collecting officer of PBB and is required to carry out duties in the execution of the collection of PBB by Law No. 12 of 1994 on Land and Building Tax to support the original revenue areas used for regional development. This research is to explain how the process of implementation of land tax collection and building in Mrandung village of Klampis district of Bangkalan regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, document review, and analyzed using the Van Meter model and Carl Varn Horn. The results of this research indicate that there is no process of collecting land and building taxes in Mrandung village because the village government of Mrandung replaces the obligation of its citizens in paying off all the indebted taxes owned by the people of Mrandung village. It makes the village government as the management apparatus of PBB at the village level is not Following the procedures by the laws and regulations of the Building Land Tax Law No. 12 of 1994 on Land and Building Tax and does not obey the regulations in Bangkalan regency namely Bangkalan Regent Regulation No. 60 of 2013 on the Management of Land and Urban Building Tax and Rural. The analysis using Model Van Meter and Carl Van Horn could be seen that the absence of the process of collection of Land and Building Tax in Mrandung village due to attitude/tendency owned by Mrandung village government which underlies the implementors remains in their thinking in response to the policy of collection land and building in Mrandung village of Klampis district of Bangkalan regency. The suggestion from this research is that PBB officers in the village should be more active in delivering information to the community, and the quality of human resources and understanding of the content of PBB policy should be improved so that in running the PBB by established procedures.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Malang Mbois app as a super-app innovation aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of public services in the city of Malang. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the extent to which the Malang Mbois app can meet expectations in improving public service efficiency and to identify the factors contributing to its success and the obstacles encountered in its implementation. A qualitative research method was employed, with data obtained from interviews with service users, city government stakeholders, and an analysis of the digital footprint of the app in daily operations. Diffusion of innovations theory served as the theoretical foundation to assess the five main characteristics of innovation: relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, and observability, all identified as key factors influencing the adoption rate of the Malang Mbois app. The findings indicate that the Malang Mbois app has successfully increased the effectiveness of public services, with 80% of users reporting enhanced satisfaction due to greater efficiency and transparency in services. Direct observation of the app demonstrated a significant reduction in the average waiting time from several weeks to just a few days for administrative processes such as business licensing. The study also identified several challenges, including the need for enhanced security infrastructure and training programs to improve digital literacy among users unfamiliar with technology. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the Malang city government intensifies efforts to integrate data, expand digital education programs, and strengthen the security of the app to support broader and sustained adoption of the Malang Mbois app. Implementing these recommendations can help address existing challenges and maximize the potential of the Malang Mbois app as an effective public service tool.
