Abstract

Kecerdasan buatan atau artificial intelligence (AI) adalah sebuah teknologi baru disiplin ilmu yang menggunakan teknologi komputer. Kombinasi AI dan pengobatan dalam bidang keperawatan dan kesehatan telah banyak dilakukan dan dilaporkan. Apa saja dan bagaimana efektivitas penerapannya tentu sangat dibutuhkan guna mempersiapkan tenaga kesehatan dan system kesehatan yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini merupakan systematic review. Strategi  pencarian:  artikel  dicari  melalui basis data sejak Januari–November 2023. Pencarian   diperoleh   dari berbagai basis data seperti:    PUBMED    dan    Google Scholar.   Tidak   ada   upaya   dari   penulis untuk   mencari   secara spesifik   artikel - artikel yang tidak  terpublikasi.  Kata  kunci yang  digunakan  adalah  “Artificial Intelligence AND Medicine”ATAU  “Artificial Intelligence AND Nursing”, ATAU  “Artificial Intelligence AND Medical therapy”.  Terdapat 26 artikel yang telah diektraksi dari 497 artikel yang tersaring melalui database yang membahas penerapan AI dalam berbagai bidang keperawatan dan kedokteran yaitu: penegakan diagnose dalam bidang Radiologi, endoskopi, dan berbagai penggunaan USG, peningkatan keterampilan pembedahan dan teknologi bedah jarak jauh, peningkatan terapi pre dan pasca operasi, perbaikan dan efektifitas manajemen kesehatan, perbaruan system pembuatan obat dan vaksin, serta peningkatan kualitas penelitian.

Abstract

Covid-19 telah menyadari kita bahwa ancaman pandemi bisa datang kapan saja. Kesadaran untuk perilaku pencegahan penyakit menular pasca COVID ( post covid preventive behaviors ) dan melaksanakannya dapat menjadi salah satu penentu kualitas kesehatan untuk generasi mendatang. Tinjauan sistematis ini akan mengulas berbagai penelitian tentang faktor yang berhubungan dengan post covid preventive behaviors sebagai upaya untuk terus menyiapkan masyarakat yang mampu melindungi diri mereka dari penyakit infeksi. Tinjauan sistematis ini disusun kata kunci yang digunakan adalah Covid preventive behavior AND "Hand Disinfection"[MeSH] AND "social distancing AND "wearing mask". "post"[All Fields] AND ("pandemic s"[All Fields] OR "pandemically"[All Fields] OR "pandemicity"[All Fields] OR "pandemics"[MeSH Terms] OR "pandemics"[All Fields] OR "pandemic"[All Fields]) AND ("behavior"[MeSH Terms] OR "behavior"[All Fields] OR "behavioral"[All Fields] OR "behavioural". Pencarian diperoleh dari berbagai database seperti: PUBMED dan Google Scholar. Artikel terbitan tahun 2021 - Januari 2023 sejumlah 237 artikel yang diidentifikasi dan 10 artikel yang layak dinilai secara kualtitatif. hasio penelusuran telah membahas 10 artikel yang menyatakan bahwa bahwa 2 teori besar tentang prilaku yaitu health belief model dan  theory of planned behavior mampu untuk menjelaskan dan merubah perilaku sesorang. Terdapat 3 artikel yang melaporkan efektifitas theory of planned behavior dan 7 artikel yang melporkan efektifitas penerapan theory health belief models.

Abstract

Human behavior, in dealing with pandemic, becomes one of the key factors during the speed of an outbreak. In this way, individual and social responsibility are needed to determine behaviors, end the pandemic, and anticipate for the next outbreak. The purpose of this systematic review is to provide structured information about the results of applying the theory of planned behavior (TPB) in concern to create COVID-19 preventive behavior (CPB) as the case example. This systematic review was compiled by searching articles using the keywords "theory of planned behavior"[MeSH] AND COVID-19 preventive behavior. ("theory of planned behavior"[MeSH]) AND "hand disinfection"[MeSH]. "Theory of planned behavior" AND "social distancing." "Theory of planned behavior" AND "wearing mask." The search was obtained from PUBMED and Google Scholar. The 13 articles met the requirements to be reviewed qualitatively on the implementation of TPB. The results showed that TPB was effective to bring about the prevention behavior of infectious disease, such as COVID-19. Other significant aspects are intentions, norms, and behavioral control. The TPB model can be applied for health promotion in creating prevention behavior of infectious disease.

Abstract

Motivation is a process that occurs in a person that appears with feelings so that it encourages individuals to do something caused by one's desires, needs and goals. The performance of cadres can be seen from the success of a cadre in carrying out their duties. To improve the performance of posyandu cadres, the ability of a cadre must be developed. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work motivation and the performance of posyandu cadres. The database used in the Literature review is Google Scholar with sample inclusion criteria, articles published in the last 5 years, using national journals, articles using the correlational method with the population used are Posyandu cadres. The search  for  journals  in  this  study used the search keyword "Motivation AND performance of Posyandu cadres". The results and analysis obtained as many as 4.580 articles were identified, the researcher found 10 articles that could be used in the literature review. Based on the results of the review that motivation has the effect of increasing the performance of cadres.
